US Auto Sales review: Car loan

My 2014 Chevy Equinox was stolen and totaled in October of 2022 and when my insurance company sent USAuto sales a 9000 dollar check it was rejected multiple times and trashed my 100% payment record dropped my credit 130 points and still has my credit in a bind where u can’t do anything with it not get another car or pay for vet bills and had to put my dog down because of this, Usauto sales still has not reported the corrections to the credit bureaus and I still can’t use my credit after 7 months of dealing with this my next step is legal action
