I had a deliver of Wine scheduled unfortunately I am not home during the hours of delivery. I called and tried to get it changed to after 5PM - NO HELP AT ALL then asked about pick up. They said pick up is in Maryland, BUT I live in West Virginia. Sent email in asking for a delivery after 5 and was told I would get call - no one calls. Then I get two more attempts to deliver package - DUH, I am not home and I explained this over and over again yet UPS does nothing at all. What is wrong with you all, do you care or is it just the big accounts matter and the normal person is nothing to you at all

Wrote to me telling me someone would call - NOTHING!
I explained I am not home but I will pick up if it closer to my home - cannot do but your in area of my home for delivery. As I have read more and more about UPS, you all seem to have many complaints and I guess you do not care about customer service just provide lip service.
This needs to be read who someone who can make a decision and not some clerk who you push into patronizing customers on line. Do something, better yet, do the right thing!

I recently ordered from rue 21. I noticed they had my package going to my billing address from my card. I request for a change on march 3rd to ga bc I no longer live at that addres, which is in sc. On the 8th, according to my access point profile, it was approved. On sat. It still got ship to that billing address. Smh. I have been on the phone with ups for several hours and still nothing. From 2pm-8pm
1. They are giving me all types of run around. (call the shipper, call this and that, oh it's nothing we can do) I spoke to 5 diff. Reps and the last one is currently assisting me.
2. They don't feel the need to reimburse me for the delivery change that was never sent me. How? Their excuse is oh we have to find the package, knowing good and well if it was sent to that address, that new resident has that package. The only thing I want, is to reimbursed for paying $20 something to have them request an address change, but they so call claim they can't do that either. I am sooooo pissed with ups right now and I probably would never order offline again, with this experience.

This has to be the worst delivery company ever my package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and they are just now looking for every time I call it's some [censor] I just want my refund I should not have to wait 8 days for an investigation when I have been waiting 5days already it's ridiculous like seriously it's a shame that you can't do your job right it's just completely careless
delivery issue
I had a package delivered yesterday from Amazon where the driver did not set the package outside of my gate. My German Shepherd got the package since I was not home and completely destroyed the package containing two photo cell 123 batteries. I found one battery on the deck that had tooth marks on it but I was unable to find the second one after searching well into the dark with a flashlight concerned that my dog may have swallowed the other one. I searched again all day today to no avail and then called by vet. Due to the carelessness of the driver, I had to take my dog to the vet and spend over $120 on x-rays to make sure that he had not swallowed the other battery. This is totally unacceptable since the driver left the larger package by the garage completely out of reach of my dog. I would like to have my vet fees reimbursed by UPS since this was such a careless act.
our ups driver is the worst of all time
The ups driver for the island walk shopping center in palm coast, fl is the absolute worst. Every single store owner complains about him and nobody can understand how he still has a job. He throws boxes to the ground. Not drops them... Throws them to the ground. Scrapes his metal dolly all along the floors and hits things in the store and laughs while doing so. He frequently leaves boxes in the back of his truck saying he cannot reach them and we will get them tomorrow. He is rude, and lazy, and sits in the back of the shopping center eating. I asked i'm why he goes back there, he said he was still on shift and can hide back there. How is this guy employed?

I think it's better to describe it step by step. My goal was to deliver my personal things from Berlin to Belgrade.
1. I paid the delivery from Berlin to Belgrade. My six parcels were picked up by UPS and sent from Berlin. The following day when I had to be ready to leave Berlin all my parcels were brought back, the reason was that the driver didn't collect the invoice when the pick up took place. As a result, my stuff was in Berlin, I wasn't given the money back and I had to take my plane.
2. I paid again (extra 600 something euros, new delivery ID is 1ZP984DT0400015418) and asked my friends to send my boxes and make sure driver has the required invoices. The driver didn't show up. I had to make a call to support and ask to arrange the pickup, it happened a day later.
3. My stuff arrived to Belgrade. After a long delay I was contacted by UPS Serbia and asked to provide some documents, some of which didn't make sense (residence permit and return ticket). I got stay permit from police and sent other documents. After delay they asked me to refill invoices. After a few iterations (I have correspondence saved), when I asked for template or assistance, I finally managed to make up an invoice that satisfied them.
4. But after that they asked me to go to their office and count my cloth. I did spend half a day on the way there and back and counting my things. The problem on this side was that 2 out of 6 boxes were heavily damaged. One was not the one I was sending in the first place (I was told that it was damaged and they had to replace it) with my things rearranged. And the second one was wet, with a hole in one corner and small things falling out from it. When I opened it I could say for sure that something was lost on the way. I pointed that out and a guy at the warehouse "fixed" it with duct tape.
5. The delivery date on second shipment documents is 14th February, now it is 7th of March. And I still didn't have my delivery! I contacted UPS Serbia twice yesterday to ask what was causing the delay again and got no reply. I sent a message to UPS Germany and still waiting for response.
6. And a cherry on a cake, I was charged with extra 1100 euros with no explanation (I have my bank account details).
So all in all, the delivery that I'm still waiting for cost me more that 2k, my packages are damaged (likely something is missing) and they are not yet delivered.

I scheduled a package pickup yesterday, 3/6/2018. It's just a small package but due to certain circumstances, I can't drop it off at one of their location. When the driver saw how small the package was, he told me with an angry tone and attitude to just drop it off at their office next time.
What's the point of their package pickup service if they will just complain how small, or big, a package is. Very unprofessional. This is why I hate using UPS.
ups delivery attempt while I was home in my driveway.
Was in my driveway under my car changing the oil. Delivery was for my medication from the VA. Driver pulled up to front of my house and went to front door and left note. When I heard driver close door of truck I got out from under car and walked up driveway. Driver pulled down street past me and turned around in cul-de-sac. He looked at me as he drove past me again, standing in my driveway. I immediately called customer service who told me dispatch would call me back especially because of the urgency for my meds. After a second call to customer service dispatch finally contacted me and in so many words said"the driver said he didn't see you... oh well, too bad". This is not the first time I have had issues with UPS and my medication delivery and horrible customer service.
driver drove over the lawn section of my yard directly over my main irrigation line.
At about 2:00 PM, 3/3/2018, a driver that was attempting a short cut thru my driveway, drove over my lawn after our rain storm and dug deep into the ground. This occurred at a spot that is directly in over my main irrigation line that goes to half dozen zones. I strongly suspect that because of the weight of the truck, it most likely damaged the PVC line. Unfortunately, I will not know until I fill my irrigation line in April or May. I want to put a claim in now for possible damage to my system and to pay for the repair of the lawn itself. The cost is unknown right now though I can get an estimate of the possible damages.
I have not had any response from UPS on this claim.

I received a package today. I was home the entire time and no one ever came to the door or knocked. They left it by my garage door in a pile of snow and when my husband found it it was soaking wet. I've always thought of UPS as having a lot better customer service than that. I don't think it's too much to ask to walk down my sidewalk and place my package at my front door.

My complaint is that Kenora/keewatin Ontario is a UPS delivery dead zone not enough staff to cover this large area.
My package arrived in town on February 22nd and has had no scanning on it since the website just keeps telling me Delivery is scheduled for today buy the end of day today is the 27th so my package has been in town for 5 days and still has not been delivered and there is no Ups store to pick it up or other agent to pick it up from.
I worked as a courier for 13 years and realize the challenges of this area but come on 5 days to still not get my delivery from the warehouse on the other side of town.
Tomorrow I will go down to the warehouse to see if I can find my package or at least leave them a note to see if i cab get some one to give me a call.
I called the ups customer service line and they told me to get hold if the shipper so they could get the ball rolling and find out what happened to my package... Its a small town its just faster if I track it down my self.

I didn't get his plates cause my husband was on his way to work but he delivered a Package and parked right at the stop sign on Isabelle Racine, WI and we could not see the cars coming from other direction good thing there it wasn't busy. He was blonde and tall wears glasses he saw us and still proceed outside of the truck. We had to go around him and right threw the next street cause he was parked right at the stop sign.

I wasnt home when the package was delivered but when I arrived back home I found my package in an empty flower bed instead of my porch. When I opened the package, there were bugs from the flowerbed crawling all over the contents of my package, which contained clothes and shoes along with other items. There was plenty of empty space on my porch for the package, so why it wasn't placed on my porch, I have no idea.

Yard has been trenched three times. I have spoken to the following people with the Stafford TX office and have been told numerous times I will be called back and no one does now. Two weeks ago Trey stated the insurance company will be calling me to get the yard repaired. This is my last step before turning this over to my attorney.

I believe the last time the yard was trenched was out of retaliation for complaining to Chris twice before. Driver stated the first time he drove around the driveway but the limb hangs too low and has not been damaged. He has since changed his statement according to Trey. I have bought dirt twice before to repair the large trench and replaced the sprinkler head.

I am at my wits end and trying all avenues for support now.
I purchased an electric skateboard from the USA, prior to making the purchase I emailed UPS and confirmed the item with the said battery can be shipped, at the end of the post is the reply from UPS.
Only after receiving this confirmation did I go ahead and purchase the item, with the following costs, hence why I can't just let it go.
- Cost of the board: $1, 750
- UPS Shipping Cost: $825
The item was shipped from the USA and when it got to Koeln Germany was flagged as a hazardous item, UPS is now distancing themselves from the issue and pretty much provided me with the option of someone needs to collect it in Germany.
How and where do I go to either get the item in some way shipped to South Africa or recover my costs from UPS?
As I said they are really not helpful at all at this point.

Shipments of Lithium Metal Batteries are prohibited on Emirates Airlines flights which UPS uses to this destination country.
Alternative arrangements are in place, but expect transit delays if the normal planned flow of the package is via Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Time in Transit may be extended due to solution found.
