I had never shipped a vehicle before and read dozens and dozens of horror stories about this un-regulated industry. What I found in that research...don't just choose the cheapest carrier. JS Transport gave me a very reasonable quote that was right in the middle of the cheap and expensive quotes. You work directly with the company who handled payments to the drivers. I set up my shipment over the weekend and I received my vehicle within 48 hours. Excellent service and much appreciated honesty in an otherwise un-regulated industry.

Excellent service with clear and precise communication. Right from Samantha (company rep) to Marcello (pilot of the truck) - kept me up to date and car was delivered as per the committed time. Kept me appraised on daily basis on how far the car was from the final destination. Ohio to California journey was kind of quick. Car arrived in good condition. Apart from bugs being martyred on the back of a car; painted a grim picture though. Perhaps they can come up with a better and innovative way to protect the car from bugs and debris.

I used JS to move a BMW from San Antonio to CT and Kenny did a awesome job getting everything setup. He was very communicative and responsive in answering my questions. He mentioned, given these crazy times, that there were a lot of "road warriors" out there and that it would be best if we wait for a trusted carrier to move the car. I agreed and within a week my car was waiting for me from San Antonio. The driver himself was also very communicative and alerted me right away when he arrived in CT. Thanks again for making this painless!

Excellent service and I would highly recommend JS Transport Services. I had a high-end vehicle transported from Maine to Virginia. The company was recommended by the car dealership I use to service another car. John Smith and his team made the process easy, especially considering some necessary special requests concerning pick-up. The price was reasonable, and the delivery time was unexpectedly short. Never having had a vehicle transported, I was initially nervous, but John Smith made me feel at ease. The communication throughout was excellent.

I've used JS Transport Services twice, and both times they were very helpful in getting my first vehicle from CA to FL and my second from Southern to Northern FL. They followed my instructions, prices were reasonable, and they made the process of transporting my vehicle easy on me. Both drivers were professional, on time, and the cars arrived without any issues or damage. I plan to continue using JS Transport Services as my first option since they've been so helpful both times. JS Transport recently shipped a vehicle from a dealership in Maryland to my home in Michigan, and overall I had a good experience working with them. What was good about the experience? - The driver was very professional, was careful with my vehicle, and was responsive over phone calls/texts. - I got the vehicle relatively quickly. JS Transport delivered my new vehicle purchased on line out of Oklahoma City to Knoxville, TN. These people are completely professional if every aspect of their business. Brenda called to let me know exactly when to expect to hear from the driver. The driver called exactly when she said he would. He arrived ahead of schedule, car was already off the trailer when we got to the rendezvous location. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff and Samantha were terrific. I bought a truck in Lubbock Texas and needed it shipped to Cary NC. Samantha communicated with me every step in the process (Dealers/seller pick up prep, the driver pick up and delivery ETA). JS Transportation exceeded my expectations. They did exactly what they said they would do. My Truck was delivered a day early, in perfect condition, the driver, Sergio was super nice. It was fun to learn the cities and states Sergio traveled through to arrive at our driveway with our new Truck. Unfortunately, my car was broken into whilst being transported from New Orleans to Aspen. The front passager window was smashed. Ordinarily, this would lead me to write a poor review. To the contrary, I must commend JS Transport Services for acting with the highest ethical standards and making sure the damaged window was repaired and the car returned to me as quickly as possible. Issues happen and they only become problems when companies don't stand behind the service they render. I have no hesitation in recommending JS Transport as they have proven to be a company that stands behind the service. Thank you to Jennifer and the JS Transport team.

As a first time client, I am thoroughly happy with JS Transport Services. I had a 1969 Camaro SS shipped from Louisiana to North Carolina. The staff was friendly, articulate and prompt. I have never seen this level of service from an Auto Transport Company. The driver delivered the car and was Professional and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this company for moving your classic car or any other car. Lastly, Jennifer who was our main contact person in the office was delightful to work with. Worked with Samantha to ship a 2020 Mini from Ohio to TX. She made the whole process seamless and easy. Strong communication from the start. Explained what to expect and all details of my responsibilities and what they and the driver should do. After pick up of the car, Samantha provided all contact details of the driver and on drop off of car she was quick to follow up. I am aware that the trucking itself is contracted out to different people, my driver from Mark Y Express was on point the whole way through , even took the time to do a walk through on features of the car as I had never driven the car before.(purchased on-line) Good on JS Transport for the screening work to find a top rate transporter like them.

I would rate these guys as five stars that can fit into the review. They would surprise you on all aspects, when it comes to move. JS Transport is a fantastic company, who stays connected and would guide and update you on every step. The response time is immediate and they live by their words. I was so happy that I gave them business and they delighted me on their service level. I would recommend them to everyone that I come across. By the way, JS Transport is cheaper than any of the top rated Movers in this country and also way above the service quality of these so called top rated Movers. JS team moved my belongings coast to coast in 7 days while the other company took more than a month to move my household stuff with pathetic service level.

I've never used a transportation company before and was a little nervous to ship my car from NC to NY. My trusted dealer suggested I use JS Transport so I felt better contacting a company that my dealer uses often. From my first contact, the experience was seamless. The communication was great with the company and the driver, the car arrived on time with no damage whatsoever and their rate was better than 5 other companies I called for pricing. There were no hidden fees. They also walked me through the Bill of Lading that I'd have to sign when I accepted my car and they followed up after delivery to make sure the delivery went the way I expected. If I ever have to transport a car again, I wouldn't hesitate to use JS Transport.

Everything was very smooth; thanks largely in part to how diligently they worked to find the right carrier, while still remaining very communicative, and having excellent and incredibly professional transporters! I especially appreciated their use of technology and real time updates (both this company and the drivers they contracted with). When they took pictures of my vehicle at pick up and identified little nicks and scratches, the pictures were immediately uploaded to my work order and made available to me right away. That made me feel even more comfortable and confident in the process, especially considering I was transporting a slightly pricier vehicle. I thanked them SO MUCH for taking such good care of me and my car, and I would rate the drivers they contracted with 5 stars on every measure!

JS Transport Services was recommended to me by my Audi dealer in Oklahoma City. Thankfully, most of us know nothing about having to transport an inoperable automobile from some distant spot to our home. After my recent experience , and, without reservation, I suggest that you make JS Transport contact information a part of your wallet and your glove boxes in all of your vehicles. You have to consider reliability, insurance, bonding and a potential transporters' customer base, which in this case includes many auto dealers transporting millions of dollars of inventory annually. The driver was extremely responsible and seemed very concerned that I could not locate a set of keys I thought were in my console. I did appreciate his genuine concern. If you ever need auto transport, I would give Jennifer, Samantha a call.

I recently purchased a vehicle that I found online. Contacted the dealer that had the vehicle and completed the purchase. The vehicle was not located where I live - I live in Tucson, AZ and the car was in Oklahoma City. I made the decision to have the car shipped. The dealer selected JS Transport services as they had used them before with good results. JS Transport contacted me directly and the shipping cost was reasonable and we worked out the pickup and delivery times. The delivery estimate was for either a Sunday or Monday delivery (they picked up the car late Thursday afternoon and departed Friday morning. I was expecting a late Saturday afternoon delivery based on estimated travel time and a call from the driver on Friday. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the driver called us a 8:30 am Saturday morning waiting to offload our car! The car arrived in excellent condition - can't say anything else. I would definitely recommend JS Transport Services. Very easy to work with and very open about their policies and coverage.
