Went to 9013 Elmhurst Ave, Queens, NY 11372... to drop off a package... first they informed me that they would not print out the label. Went down the block had it printed came back... then they informed me that they would not use their own tape to tape the label on but that I could buy some tape from them for 4 dollars... Went down the block again and got a roll for 1 dollar... came back and at this point they had a very nasty attitude (apparently because I did not buy the tape from them) they informed me that they refuse to send my package and would not give me a reason.. had to wait for them to finish having another argument with another ups customer about tape... they told me to go to the next one down which was 5 blocks away we of course got into a big argument over this... why are they a ups access point if they seem angered and annoyed when someone comes with a package?

Desired outcome: They not be advertised as a ups access point any longer
