UPS delivery promises

29 November 2017 - I pay Amazon extra to have my laptop delivered today, and Amazon chooses UPS for delivery. At 4:30 pm today (on the day it's supposed to be delivered) I decide to go out and trace it, since I've heard nothing from UPS regarding status and I usually would have had the delivery by now.

When I enter the tracking number, all that UPS tells me is that my package is "delayed" and it might not be delivered today. Really? You can't tell me any more than that? What delayed it? Where is it right now? Is it possible for me to go pick it up at the sorting warehouse that's 2 miles from my house? Is it out for delivery?

The online live support (15 minute wait) isn't much help. "We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible." STUPID. Don't treat me like a 2-yr-old. Tell me what the hell is going on.

More: "I am reall (SI) sorry, we do not have any updates yet when this package will arrive to the destination. However, rest assured that your package will be delivered as soon as possible." STUPID.

After I demanded some real answers, I finally found out that it WAS at the warehouse 2 miles from my house, and NO, they would not let me just drive over and pick it up.

These people are BLITHERING [censor]!

UPS, you have a lot to figure out before you get to real profitability!

UPS ups package: wrong information of delivery and notifications to pick up.

Today, Wed 29th November 2017 I received an email notice my package would be delivered at pick up point because I am not at home while I was staying at home to receive it (Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point™ for customer coll - this notice showed on the system at 12:42).

Then I waited for the notice to pick up and received two notice email that the parcel is ready at the service point to pick up. (the notice at 14:54)

I came there at round about 6PM and the lady at service point (detail below) said to me that the package was not delivered to the service point yet!
This is supper annoying when I had to wait and then to walk there and back home in a very cold weather for nothing.

I do not want to recommend the UPS services to anyone that I know or use it in the future now.

UPS ups driver

My complaint is about a UPS Driver who delivered my package and my grandmother's package last night 11/28/17 in Birnamwood, WI. My grandmother was home alone when he/she delivered the packages. She heard the door bell ring and so she went to the door and nobody was there. Then she saw a flashlight outside and didn't see a vehicle so she got scared and didn't answer the door. In my grandparents house they have a little indoor walkway between their front door and outside. Instead of putting the packages in the little walkway like delivery people usually do they left the packages outside and they were BLOWN across the road into the ditch. My grandfather found them this morning. We are lucky they didn't get blown on the highway, as they live right off highway 45, or that anybody didn't steal them! I'm very upset about this! I wish I had the drivers number and license plate because this is ridiculous!

UPS ups driver complaint

On 11/28/17 around 4 pm I was sitting in my car about to pull out of my handicap space in front of my house on N 7th street Newark NJ, a ups truck drove up blocking me from coming out, I signaled the driver as soon as he pulled up that I was coming out he told me I had to wait, so i said all you have to move up then he stuck his head out the truck and looked at me then got up and went into the truck. I said you have no right to block me, he said you have to wait yelling at me so loud my son heard him yelling and me yelling back at him to move, he was so loud and disrespectful my landlord came out to see what was going on. then I said to him im going to call UPS and file a complaint he yelled I don't f***ing care what you do. I got out my car proceeded walking to the back of the truck to get a picture of the plate number he pulled off real fast and i took off right behind him and was able to get the picture when he stopped to deliver a package 2 blocks down the street. UPS delivery

I received an email today, stating expect my package. I waited all day and when the driver delivered other packages to the house, the one I was really waiting for wasn't in the group.I first contacted an agent by phone and was told that my package was still being delivered and that someone would call me within 15 minutes to confirm this. That was a lie, no one did. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager and after waiting another 1/2 hour, I explained to her that I had 2 packages shipped from the same store at the exact same time, 11/22/17. Both packages arrived at the UPS Secaucus, NJ hub at the same time. One package was shipped from the hub one day11/26/17 and the other package the next day11/27/17. The package that was shipped later11/27/17, was delivered to me the same day from their Bound Brook, NJ warehouse. The package that was shipped from the Secaucus hub the day before, 1126/17, was left at the Bound Brook warehouse. UPS sent an automated message that my package would be delivered on 11/28/17. I waited and after the driver made his delivery I then called and spoke to the agent. After explaining this to the manager when I called back, I was told the same thing, that my package was on a different truck and due to the holiday (Thansgiving), the package would be delivered before 11:59 pm. This was another lie. After checking the status after speaking to the manager, at about 10:11 pm, the delivery status had been changed to the next day, 11/29/17. My packages were shipped from Wisconsin to New Jersey in less than 2 days, and they can't be delivered 20 miles away in 3.It appears that my package is lost. If it is, I would rather someone tell me the truth instead of "blowing smoke up my @$$", and lying. The reason I am writing about this is because this is not the first time this has happened. The service at UPS is getting worse and I can understand why people are choosing other carriers.

UPS I am complaining about the ups delivery driver

The reason for my complaint is about the UPS Delivery Driver keeps mis-delivering my neighbors packages to my door. I live in a duplex apartment where my neighbor lives behind me. This is the second time this has happen and I can not tolerate this happen too many times. Please solve this problem or I will contact your corpate office with my greivence. Thanks for you help

UPS ups freight delivery driver

We have had the same issue with this driver almost every time he comes to our store to pick up a pallet. Only managers have keys to the gate to open the back gate and it takes a little bit of time to get them there. He's very rude, impatient, and arrogant. One time he even drove off while we were standing there sifting through the BOL paperwork to make sure we gave him the right one. Today, he came and waited no more than 2 minutes and he took off. 2 pallets were supposed to be picked up and delivered to Amazon. Now we will inquire late fees for each pallet. We would like this problem to be addressed as soon as possible. If he's in such a rush, maybe he should call us 5 minutes in advance to have a manager ready with keys and the BOL to deliver promptly.

UPS unauthorized change delivery

I ordered a vacuum from Costco and it was to delivered on Nov 27th. I checked the online status in 27th morning to make sure that it was still scheduled to deliver on 27th and took the day off to wait for the package at home. However, the package didn't come and non one rang my bell. I checked the online status later and found it said "The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility. / The receiver agreed to pick up the package this evening." I NEVER called UPS that I would pick it up and it DIDN'T show where the package is for me to pick up. Moreover, when I called local distributor, they claimed the locker was too full to deliver anything. My place does NOT have a locker and I was home. I do NOT want UPS to change my delivery method without my authorization or lie again! And UPS should re-train the driver or local distributor responsible for this area to avoid this kind of things from happening.

UPS parked across 4 handicapped spaces horizontally

The driver was in A Penske truck, he appeared to be African American and when I told him that he could not park in the reserved spaces, he replied "what? I don't care about that!" And then proceeded with his delivery to my apartment building. When he came out, I sad "sir, my granddaughter's school bus needs to park there, she's in A wheelchair and they need access ". He replied @so what", got into his truck and drove off. So disrespectful and rude...I'm speechless. I live at 7901 Henry Ave. Philadelphia Pa. 19128 and he made A delivery of a rug at approximately 2:50 pm

UPS unethical behavior of driver/fraud

This UPS driver has same route, no license tag number known. Will try to get it. Want to report possible loitering on the job, as this driver/truck spends hours sitting at our community's laundry facility. Sometimes I see him in driver's seat, other times not. Loitering is not allowed in our private community. Will be reporting to community manager as well.

UPS delivery

This year all of a sudden after umpteen years certain UPS drivers that come out of Madera 's up to Oakhurst on Sundays keep saying that my driveway is inaccessible. That is a total lie. Our driveway is a flat well maintained gravel road that there is no problem whatsoever driving on it and its not even long. I am not the only one having this problem. Many other people on my rd are having the same problem. I spoke to the Oakhurst Post Master and she said the guy that runs the UPS in Madera told his drivers not to dive on ANY driveways that are not paved. Thus is total ludicrous. Thousands upon thousands if homes up here in the mountains where I live have gravel or dirt driveways! Now UPS is saying my package is lost! This is not the first time this has happened. I am very upset. I told her I wanted to make a report and have it investigated and she said that he won't listen. I believe that she isn't doing her job if she is obligated to her job as being postmaster for this area of Oakhurst Ca. Hum on the other hand which she did not give his name is charge of the drivers out of Madera on Sundays. A couple of months ago we had a car drive up and a man that worked for the postal service said he was doing an investigation of why the driver that drives on Sunday keeps saying that all these driveways are inaccessible. He also said that he doesn't understand why the driver would say that, that there is no reason at all that he wouldn't be able to deliver the package to the door. I believe that the driver just doesn't want to come up here and do his job so he writes all of us off as inaccessible. This needs to stop! Something needs to be done. It is ridiculous that so many people are not getting their packages and they are coming back as lost. Is he keeping them? That the Hell is going on? My address is 50944 rd 423 Oakhurst 93644. A few months back I made a claim for an investigation that the driver said he delivered my package here even said the gps they said. But that is false. He never came that day, no one came that day. I never did get my package from UPS. The company had to resend the package out of their pocket and UPS did nothing but keep saying it was delivered to me which is a total lie! Mail and parcels is a federal company and I think that things are being done the right way and need to be fixed. Please get back to me asap. Shyloh Rowe, thank you.

UPS delivery and customer service

On 11/27/2017 I received an email telling me that I had three packages delivered at my front door at 1:33pm. I get home at 4pm and have no packages. There was someone home all day and no one tried to deliver anything. I call UPS to find out where my packages are. I explain to the person on the phone that since July of this year UPS has managed to lose 2 of my packages and deliver 4 other packages to the wrong house, the house that received them has the same address but it is on the south side of town and I am on the north side, and that I had called twice to complain about this and emailed UPS 3 times about it but still got no resolution. Now I am missing 3 Christmas presents that can not be found. The representative tells me she will have someone from the closest UPS store call me about my packages. About 10 minutes later I receive a call from the closest UPS store which is Washington Indiana and the guy on the other end doesn't apologize for the problem he simply tells me that he will TRY to find a driver to TRY and find my packages and then deliver them to me. As I am trying to talk he interrupts me to speak to another employee and laugh about my situation and how stressed they, the UPS employees, are. After explaining the fact that these are packages number 7, 8, &9 that UPS has said was delivered and wasn't he tells me" its probably a labeling problem, and the machine is putting an S for south when it shoulder be putting a N for North". I explain to him I understand things happen and I understand it is the holidays but this started back in July before the holiday season even started and that it wasn't just a package or two its 9 packages. When I ask him when I can expect my packages his reply was "mam something is going on and I have to go" and then while I'm in mid sentence he hangs up on me. No sorry, no bye, no nothing he just hangs up on me. At this point I am still missing three packages, I have no idea if they are trying to locate them or if I will get them at all, and I am very angry at the treatment I received from my local UPS store employee.

UPS delivery service/driver

I have the same delivery guy in my neighborhood. From previous experience this particular driver is rude, let's start there, He delivers packages almost everyday to a grocery store and Im waiting for my packages but for some reason once he's finished delivering to the store at 9am my package is delivered at 9pm Iam directly across the street! Why and how is it possible to have to wait 12 hours for a delivery when he was already here directly across the street.This morning the same exact thing happened and he has a helper? He delivered a package to that same Leonel Mini Market and Im waiting for my delivery directly across the street and he pulls off and goes somewhere and now i have to wait until he comes back which will what ever time that is. This driver is rude very cocky when you ask a question and if you ask is my package on the truck he waves his hands at you. Im sick of it and Im sick of him. Getting package delivery shouldnt be this difficult or frustrating. And what's even worst if that helper ever decides to become a driver for this company he will provide the same service that this driver is showing him. Which will be very sad for this company. You guys should be ashamed of this service and this employee!

UPS no delivery/poor customer service/no update of info

1ZA428W24422449541 - I ordered a package using overnight Saturday air with UPS. Package shipping information, via UPS.com, stated that package would be delivered on 11/25/17 before 12pm. Now, since this is a holiday weekend, I did not expect to hold UPS to this timeframe of before 12pm because I am sure that after Black Friday they are very busy. However, when you provide a service to a merchant and their customer, you are committing to a provide a service for them. UPS's customer service rep informed me that the package was received in my local area too late (Note: package arrived in Queens, NY at 7:21am, and in Brooklyn, NY at 8:00am). The representative stated that the package arrived too late and the driver had already left the facility. Well, that may have been the case. But to not update your tracking system for the consumer to know that this took place is extremely poor service and the lack of communication between your two facilities knowing that packages drop-offs were delayed, etc. by a few minutes shows lack of care and concern for those you service. Merchants should allow customers to select their own carriers because FedEx provided much better service in my area.

UPS package delivered to wrong address

I was sent an email telling me my package had been delivered to my porch, well first I was at home and the doorbell never rang so I went outside to check my porch and no package, well I immediately called UPS and told them that I did not receive my package .This is not the first time this has happened with UPS I have regularly received packages for a company that has the same house number but different street name and have complained overtime and had them pick up the package and deliver it correctly.Why can't they hire competent people who can read.I have complained so many times I don't know what to do.I am now seeking legal advice.

A delivery person just came to my home, delivering a package. My whole house was made aware of this because of how he pounded on my door. I opened the door, as he was leaving the porch and had to call out to him as he still proceeded to leave (now back at his truck. As he approached and I was signing for the delivery, I attempted to inform him there's is a bell (so that he wouldn't go around beating on customers doors). He quickly snaps back at the same time motioning towards me very aggressively. He depresses the bell and I noticed he had mashed the bell back into it's socket, rendering it stuck and inoperable.
This is poor customer service and needs to be addressed quickly before situations escalate and get out of hand. I was able afterwards to dislodge the bell and it works just fine.

UPS ups driver

on 11/20/2017 the merchant did not provide the apartment number so I added Apt C, on 11/21/2017 UPS states there was attempt and that was a lie. I was home all day and looked at camera plus there was NO notice on door. On 11/22/2017 UPS states that there was a second attempt, which was a lie once again I looked on camera and was home all day and again No notice. Spoke to a rep she put in claim and the local UPS rep called stated it will be delivered on 11/24/2017. It was delivered but not too my place. I was home all day and I looked on my camera. Either the driver does not know his route and/or is not paying attention and dropping packages off any where.

UPS "sorry we missed you..." with no attempt to deliver

At 10:09 am on Friday, November 24, I receive an email while sitting at my desk that UPS package (Tracking # 1ZV6225Y0493177936) had a delivery attempt. I contacted UPS immediately since I neither received a call from the dialed to buzz the driver in or a call/text on my mobile # which is clearly posted in two locations at the front door and above the building dialed to be used for Doc.ai deliveries.

UPS unethical behavior by a driver

I had a problem with my UPS delivery. If the person who gets this message would forward this letter to the appropriate manager, that effort would be appreciated.

There is a problem with one of your drivers. He not only did not make the delivery, it is evident that he falsified the record to make it seem like he attempted to.

I purchased a product from New York City with a promised delivery on November 22, 2017. I received two E-mails from UPS confirming that.

Delivery was scheduled, by UPS, to occur from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It was important to me that I receive the package before Thanksgiving and, consequently, I stayed close to the front door. By 7:00 PM, no one appeared at the door. I checked my computer to find an E-mail sent at 5:47 PM stating that there was no one at my house (at 5:10 PM) to sign for the package.

This is not true.

From approximately 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM my partner and I were in the living room reading, and we were about 10 feet from the front door. The door bell was never rung. In addition, we would have heard and seen a truck pull up to our house. I checked the door bell and it works perfectly.

No attempt was made to deliver this package to my house despite his claim to do so.

At 7:00 PM, I contacted UPS and was promised that someone would call me within the hour so I could arrange a pickup that night, but I never received a call. Perhaps UPS closed early on Thanksgiving eve. If that was the case, then I should never have received that message that pick-up was available.

I want to discuss this further. Please have someone call me at [protected]

UPS delivery left at wrong house

I placed an order for something I needed prior to Thanksgiving weekend and I paid extra for it to be received Wednesday, Nov. 22nd. Not only did my pkg rcv no priority handling and was out for delivery for 11 hours before being delivered, but it was delivered to a neighbor's home. The UPS dispatch in Nashua, NH called and said the driver clearly remembers a blue Chevy truck in the driveway, however, I don't have a blue Chevy truck. This morning, I realized I can see a house through the woods that has a blue Chevy truck, but I am very uncomfortable on Thanksgiving going to ask if they have my pkg. How is it that with gps technology a driver can deliver a pkg to the wrong house, especially when their house #is clearly wrong if he had read the mailboxes. The drivers typically cannot even walk my pkgs to my front door and leave them at the end of a walkway in lieu of taking 15 steps to put it under my front overhang so they leave pkgs in the elements, or throw them up against my garage doors. This is just clearly someone who does not take pride in his job and rushes. I am a customer, I pay for services and I am disgusted with UPS. I order a lot online and they are the worst at taking care with your orders. With the volume of deliveries to my home the driver SHOULd know my house, but they don't because they don't have a regular driver.
