UPS service

the UPS drivers delivering to 44102 location are inadequate and provide substandard service, examples are leaving package at unidentifiable location and no follow through from supervisor in complaints! Amazon and others should not use their services until there is a coaching makeover on customer service!😡😡😡. Today I am still waiting for a package😡😡😡

UPS unethical practices

You lie about your service.

You charge a fee for signature required and then the driver drops off a package worth almost $1000 without getting any signature, he lies on his log (which he admitted to his supervisor) and now you will not pay me for the value of my property,

I spoke to two people at your corporate office and the most they can do is say I am right and offer a fraction of the value of the property lost.

Now I know why you chose brown for your trucks, it is the same color as what I discharge from my body. I hope that is not an infringement on your color but the discharge is older than your company.

No one has the courage to correct this economic injustice

Cheers

UPS driver in ups truck with license 24 160

Hello, my name is Elisa Herr. I would like to file a formal complaint against the driver who delivered a package to my neighbors home today. My 11 year old daughter and I had just exited our house carrying 2 rabbits with our dogs following us when we heard your driver flying down our lane. We quickly secured our rabbits and began trying to capture our dogs. Your drivers repeatedly drive far to quickly and unsafely down our lane. Our drive where my neighbors house is located is a private drive. Your driver was driving irratically and intentionally trying to run over our smallest dog in particular. I do understand that our dogs were unrestrained and chasing the truck, however these are small dogs and this is a small country private lane. Also my daughter and I were actively attempting to retrieve the dogs when his aggressive driving further complicated the issue. Eventually I took the packages for our neighbor from the driver and delivered them to my neighbors house on the drivers behalf. He then sped off attempting to hit our dog again. I am
Not trying to justify our dogs behavior as I do know they have a habit of chasing cars. However it was the intentionality if harm in front of my 11 year old daughter which I am wanting to complain about. Your drivers are no longer welcome to bring their trucks down private drive 930th in Magnolia, IL and if we ever use your service again we will pick up
Our packages.

UPS customer service at ups store on 2417 philadelphia pa

Horrible customer service, very disrespectful, rude and LAZY! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION
I called this location days before preparing a package for shipment, in order to find out what is the most weight they accept. I was told 150 lbs. When I brought the package over, she refused to ship it. She lied that the maximum packages can be up to 108 lbs. and that I didn't call them. Kept arguing with me for at least 10-15 minutes. There were three workers at the store at the time, and wouldn't even put it on a scale to check the package's actual weight, told us to leave. They told us that we have to go to UPS freight location 30 minutes drive from there. The last words we heard from her on our way out were "I don't care". I am a business owner, and if I treated my customers this way, I would bankrupt.
The UPS website says:
"*Packages can be up to 150 lbs.
*Packages can be up to 165 inches in length and girth combined.
*Packages can be up to 108 inches in length."
My package was less than 150 lbs. and 100 inches combined, 60 inches in length. Went to another regular UPS store and they shipped it with no problem and smile on faces.

UPS 4 wrong deliveries

I have received 4 deliveries for someone else in my neighborhood. It is the same person. But my address is boldly post on my mailbox and my house!

They are using my mailbox to leave the smaller packages in and that is a federal offense!

The packages are all clearly marked with the recipients name and address and the name is nowhere close to mine.

Also, when they deliver packages for me, the don't even have the courtesy to ring the bell so that I know it has arrived!

What's worse is you cannot reach a live person wit UPS!

UPS turning around in my driveway

On 8/15/2018 I observed a UPS truck drive past my house at 139 Old Fellowship Rd., Swannanoa NC 28778 . As he came back down he must have wanted to go back up, so he drove past my driveway, backed down it, and turned back up the road. It's a private, gravel road, and I heard him spin his wheels and throw gravel as he pulled out. This is a fairly steep road, and the driveways are cut in to enter only in one direction, from the low side. The slope is such, that if you try to turn up the road, which is what he did, you are going against the slope and over a hump, and it causes ruts and changes the flow of water runoff so instead of going down the road it goes down my driveway, rutting it out . This is the second time in a month it has happened, but it was a different driver, and I confronted him and he was very apologetic and helped smooth the gravel. I don't want to see anyone get in trouble, but I would like it to stop- My driveway is stable now and I don't want these big trucks using my driveway and causing damage .

UPS pickup

Our Company United Health Care has been in the same location for 9 years and we have a dedicated pickup M-F. Our regular driver is on vac.
Last week the person picking up did not show up until almost 4 after I had texted my regular driver that no one has showed up. The driver then said he couldn't our suite. Not sure why? it is a dedicated route for pick ups, plus there is a directory.
Yesterday 8/14 in the am another new driver showed up to deliver, I asked him to please make sure to pick up in the PM as we are on the route, once again he did not show up until 4 and that was after I contacted my regular driver who is on vacation and he called in.
I got the local number and called in after he left, I was told the driver logged he was here at 3pm and we were not ready for pickup, which is not true at all. I purposely made sure all my pkgs were ready to go by 230, so now my next day pkgs are going to be late.

UPS improper treatment of a customer

11:30 AM Tuesday, August 14, 2018 I went to the UPS Outlet in the Rotunda of Baltimore Maryland to ship a package. First, I was delayed by a system that was frozen. Then the barrista from Starbucks came with free coffees for the 2 employees to sample. Both the man and woman were more interested in sampling these new coffees than helping take my package, weighing it and giving me the charges. After being passed from the woman to the man, I was mad. More delay while coffee was discussed. Finally, I was measured and weighed by the man, who gave me a charge of approximately $54. I inserted my MasterCard Gold in the slot but the attendant was not ready. Finally, the machine was prompted and I inserted my card. It was rejected because it was a debit card. I had no other and now had been trying to weigh and pay for over 10 minutes. I took my card and my package and in no uncertain and angry terms said I would never use UPS again. I was told by the male employee "When don't you just get out of here, [censored].", which he repeated. I told him "F... you." and he said in turn "F... you, too." I left, never to return to your business where I have been a customer for as long as you have existed. Your services apparently are now shameful. Robert O Randle

UPS usa consignee not paid the customs duty

Dear sir,
Subject ; usa customs duty wrongly billed in consignor name of ups account number 7r725y invoice no. [protected] dtd. 5 march 2018 although in awb generated custom duty payable by consignee mentioned.
We would like to inform your good offices that we have supplied the hawaiian shirts to usa via our invoice number vho/18/2017-18 thru ups courier awb 1zr725y6748671426 ups shipment id-7r725yhpxxt.
Amazon.com, hazleton, usa. Now our question is when the awb was generated it is clearly mentioned freight by shipper and usa customs by the consignee, and without collecting customs of destinations ups delivers the goods. It is not our fault. And further if ups was going to pay the duties on our behalf they should have prior informed us the status via mail or via call and thereafter they should have proceed further, none of such action was taken. And all of sudden after almost 11 months you send us the duty invoice to us, does it justify?
From our end we have informed our consignee for the same and you can also contact them the address and phone number is as under
M/s. American merchandise usa inc
Brush park, 514 union ave,
Mount vernon, ny 10550. Usa
Ein no; [protected] ph; [protected]

Now we would like to know that why should we become scap goat in this case without any reason and fault. One more thing the shipment was sent on 31 august 2017 and you send us the invoice on 5 march 2018 of rs. 280062/- approx usd 4200. Which we received in june 2018 almost after one year, how you justify the promptness and sincerity for work of ups staff.
Thanking you.

UPS ups kuwait mess

Hello,
Hope my email finds you well.

I have a shipment coming from Brazil to Kuwait via UPS, I am receiving shipments from Brazil monthly.

The same shipment every month, I am paying shipping fees to the sender with every order, and when I receive my shipment in Kuwait I have to pay fees again ( handling and customs ) as per UPS Kuwait customer service.

UPS charges me 5 or 10 KD for every shipment, which really does not make sense cause all my orders are the same, but UPS charges ... I don't know according to what they are charging people.

Now for my last shipment, and by the way it is the least shipment I have ordered in weight and cost, UPS wants to charge me 15 kd !

Shipment cost and weight is less than every shipment I have ordered before, so why I have to pay more now ?

I believe there is no regulations for UPS Kuwait fees because for months now I am receiving the same shipment and they charge me different fees.

Kindly find the attached copy of my order receipt which already includes €55 as shipping charges, and by the way I am dealing with Aramex and FedEx for 10 yrs now, and they charge me fees also but I always have to pay them a maximum of 5 kd whatever my shipment is . UPS Kuwait has a completely different unreasonable fees.

We really need your support here.

Your concern and kind cooperation are highly appreciated.
Warm regards

UPS drivers lying on weekends about delivery status

Ever since I moved into my apartment I have had a major problem with UPS drivers lying on the status of my packages when it's a Friday or Saturday.

Like clock work, every single time I have a package due to arrive on these days, I get an update on the tracking information late in the day that "the delivery address is incorrect" or "delivery attempted, nobody home" - even whilst sitting in my quiet home all day. They simply lie in order to avoid having to carry my package to my door in my apartment complex.

It's a large apartment complex, but somehow deliveries during the week seem to make it to my door without issue - and magically, when my "delivery address is incorrect" and the driver comes back on Monday they get it figured out! Amazing!

If I could demand that the drivers in my area be fired for this level of laziness and unprofessionalism I would. Nobody should be allowed to keep their job working like this.

Your incompetent driver didn't bother knocking or ringing a doorbell. I am a Marine Combat Veteran and I depend on this medicine. I can't be here on Monday because I work now what! I called and your useless customer service set on the phone silent. Way to treat your veterans UPS! I am blown away that in the 21st century you can't get ahold of a driver to come back. I will be complaining to the VA and I hope they switch to Fedex.

UPS delivery instructions fraud

The last six packages that the Gaithersburg UPS facility was supposed to deliver were either lost or returned as will-call without authorization. Each time tracking status read "Customer requested pickup". No request was ever made by me. When I call the 800 number, I'm repeatedly told that I requested a delivery change, which I did not.

I'm also told that a delivery attempt was made, but the property manager at Hunt Club Apartments rejected it because I did not subscribe to their third party locker system. I do have an active locker system account, which was confirmed by the propery manager. The property manager also stated that it was "impossible" that one of his staff members would mistakenly give a UPS driver the wrong information time after time. He also called the Gaithersburg MD UPS facility to try to correct this situation.

I drove to the Gaithersburg MD facility to speak to a supervisor and to pickup my package at will-call. The supervisor was very nice, but was unable to escalate the issue. Worse yet, the notice that said my package was available for pick up was wrong, so I had to drive back thenext day.

I received a notice two days ago that another package was out for delivery and returned for pickup per customer's request. I went to my My Choice account and requested my that it be redilivered to my local UPS Store. Now, it appears to be lost.

I've filed several complaints, yet nothing ever changes. I've lost what little confedence I used to have that UPS is capable of completing a delivery as instructed or on schedule. IS NO ONE ACCOUNTABLE AT UPS CORPORATE?

UPS service

so ordered 2 Items online with a ups service paid the extra money for next day delivery. I work from home and should have no problem getting things to my door. as a matter of fact had 4 other deliveries this week from 4 other company's with out a hitch. UPS failed to even try to get me or buzz me and i was left with a "sorry we missed you" card and one lost in transit. i called UPS customer service and after 4 calls was PROMISED i would have both packages the same day. It is now the next day i don't have anything. I've called 4 more times and now one in on the truck they say and one they told me my wife picked up, that's great except she was in meetings all day and definitely didn't pick it up. after a few more calls i'm now told she didn't pick it up i it was scanned wrong and i have to go pick it up myself. I recorded the calls and after every attempt for UPS to fix their own screw ups i'm now told i have to do all the running around myself.
They offered me a credit for 3 months but i'm never using them again i want my money and time back!

UPS gross negligence delivering packages

Where to start...

I moved across country and used UPS to ship 10 boxes. All were packed in new UHAUL boxes correctly, with more than sufficient padding, and securely sealed. UPS picked up the packages a day late. Two were lost en route. 8 came over a week late and in horrible condition. Before I even opened the packages, I could tell they were mistreated in a completely negligent way. These boxes looked like they were dropped off of a 10 story building and then kicked and thrown.

One box must have been completely destroyed and the items were then put into a new UPS box, and the item inside was damaged beyond repair. Every other box had broken items. Do you know how hard you have to throw, kick, drop a box with a crock pot securely wrapped to break the ceramic insides of a crock pot?

Long story short, $1500 worth of items were damaged. All boxes were valued at $500 to ensure items could be replaced if damaged. I went through the process of filing individual claims through UPS. Most claims were denied due to "box not meeting UPS standards". Every other claim has been processing for two months and I was told they won't pay out because something needs to be resolved, and they can't tell me what. I paid $1000 for these boxes to get shipped. I have to replace $1500 worth of items, and they give you the runaround trying to get payment.

This is an absolutely disgraceful company who hires trash and doesn't care at all about their clients. I would rather eat [censored] than use them again.

UPS high speed careless and reckless driving

On Wednesday, August 1, 2018, around 5:30 PM a UPS driver driving a UPS truck with license number 16616X1 on Mace Blvd and Second Ave. in Davis, CA was speeding, and driving carelessly and recklessly while weaving in an out of cars entering Mace Blvd from Westbound I-80. There is a bridge there and lots of traffic exiting I-80 and entering I-80. I was cut off and several other drivers were also. He turned on 2nd Avenue heading West and continued at a high rate of speed, easily exceeding the speed limit. I thought I might be a witness to an accident. People were lucky that nothing happened, mainly because they slowed down and did not want to be in an accident.

UPS avon delivery

I have never received such a damaged box in all the years that I have been selling Avon. The box was not only banged up with rips and holes in it, but was taped shut in a very poor and shabby manner. The UPS driver did not even have the professionalism to ring the bell (I was home) and talk to me about the package. Very disgusted with the service this time around. Hope it does not happen again. I had to reach out to Avon to send me new books, as they were ripped and bent inside the box from the damage to the box itself. Delivered to Cindy Pieniozek, 504 Mosher St, Bay City, MI 48706
UPS GROUND Tracking # 1Z 2E5 0V3 1656 3843//I also reached out of UPS 800# to file complaint over the phone and they would not take my complaint if I did not have damaged merchandise to report...at that time, I was not sure what was missing or damaged, but Avon did take care of the rest of it.

UPS Drivers not reading door notes

Your driver didn't get out of the truck to deliver a package to our tattoo shop yesterday. (I know this because there is a note on the door telling them where to leave the package if we are closed). At 9:19AM CST on 8/7/18, I call 1-888-PICKUPS and of course I get someone who doesn't speak English very well, she keeps telling me over and over again she understands and wants me to tell her what SHE SHOULD DO!?! I asked if I called UPS Customer Service. She said yes. I said well aren't YOU SUPPOSED to be the go between for the customers and the drivers? She said yes...I said WELL GO BETWEEN AND TELL THAT DRIVER TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO! She said AND I QUOTE ‘I don't understand what you want me to do?' I asked her if she was going to give my business the $600 in revenue for the day because we can't tattoo without ink. She said ‘Well no' I said you understood that ok, so I asked for a supervisor.

She asked me my name, and kept talking rudely about me like I wasn't on the line, to someone else. I hung the phone up before I cussed her out and called the Searcy UPS Customer Center and talked to a pleasant young man named Michael. He said he would make sure my package was delivered today.

You might want to do a bit more training on your main customer service center, your local hubs have them BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER! I will start ordering COD and paying the shipping IF MY PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED PROPERLY AND WHEN YOU SAY THEY WILL BE!

UPS driver complaint

Dear UPS,

Today one of your driver drove 7 feet into my lawn and over my sprinkler heads which could be damaged because of a road obstruction. He could have turned around and approached from another direction. I confronted him and he basically said "so what" and keep delivering his page to Diamond Head Condo's in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The Florida license plate # was GCT 606.

I don't appreciate such inconsiderate behavior and would appreciate educating your drivers that this is not acceptable behavior.
