UPS delivery

I had a freight shipment scheduled for delivery on a Friday. I was left a message on the answering machine that due to certain issues the delivery was rescheduled for Monday...OK it happens. I took the day off from work so as to be present for the delivery. NO DELIVERY. On Tuesday morning checking with UPS showed that the shipment was not scheduled at all for delivery! It was in LIMB). I had not received any calls or E mails. After calls to "Jay" and "Lebron" who said they were going to arrange the delivery and inform me. Nothing happened. After call t0 "Amber" who transferred me to the "delivery clerk" and then to the shipping dock with another transfer to a answering machine where I left a message that was never returned, I talked to "Carol" who then transferred me to the "delivery clerk" who said it was now too late to do anything and that delivery will be scheduled for next day. I will keep my fingers crossed. It seems that the last 10-15 miles from the UPS site to here is a very long way!

They really are the worst. I live in a four family house and I'm on the second floor in the rear of the building. I left MANY notes on the door explaining I AM HOME all day (work from there) and there's no doorbell. They will not leave my package after I left the delivery attempt notice on the door with my signature accompanied by the note. I called their customer service explaining this problem after they notified me they were going to send my package back, and all they could say was "our drivers don't have phones, they can't call you, and there's no guarantee we can deliver your package". WTF? I can't get an item I paid for because my landlord won't install a [censored]ing doorbell?! Wrong, just WRONG! If I left my signature there AND I put in writing to please JUST LEAVE IT, I should get my damn package! They really need to change their policies!

UPS failed attempt of delivery

I feel like ups isn't doing their job very well. I keep having problems where they claim they made a deliver attempt but it doesn't look like they even made the effort to come upstairs and knock on my door. I've even had people waiting at home all day and they claim to have knocked and no one was home which is a lie because I had someone listening all day just in case. They need to work on really trying to deliver the package, it is their job. What else are they getting paid for? It's ridiculous...

UPS delivery to wrong address twice

1. Tracking number 1Z189W2W0244584676 Brenda Richard

Notification said delivery would be on Wed, Sep 5. On Fri I left town and didn't remember until Sat that I didn't get package. On Sat I checked tracking said it was delivered at 630pm on Wed . I called UPS who referred me to Amazon who said they'd send me the item again, When I returned home on Sun the package was at my front door. Where had it been?

2. Tracking number 1Z1497RF0200625935 Brenda Richard

Notification said delivery would be on Wed, Sep 12 I left note addressed to UPS on exterior security door with the security code (even though it was on the address label). In the afternoon I got notification that package was delivered. I checked outside my door and the exterior door The note was gone but no package. I saw my neighbor and asked if she saw the UPS person and she said he was at our exterior door holding my note and a box wandering around. I called UPS to say that although I got notice that delivery was made I didn't get it. Then, on a hunch, while on the phone with UPS, I ran to the building next door and found my package sitting there at the wrong address.

My address is 6021 Chevigny St, #6. The driver delivered the package to 6031 Chevigny St, #6. The label address clearly read 6021 as the address. Finding this second package cleared the mystery of where the first package had been, He apparently also delivered it to 6031 and the resident brought it over to my address to couple of days later so it was waiting when I got home.

Twice within 1 week the driver delivered my package to the wrong street address! That's clearly driver error. I never have delivery problems with FedEx or US Postal Service and I cringe when I know the package is coming by UPS (Undelivered Parcel Service) because I almost always have problems with the delivery.

I don't know what the solution is - eyeglasses for the driver, pay attention, better training? All I know is that I'm an unhappy customer.

UPS reckless driver

On the way home from work on 9/12/18 on High House Road in Sampson County a reckless UPS driver truck # 193768. The driver had a piggyback attached speeding over 65 miles per hour, because I myself was going 65 miles per hour. The driver passed two automobiles at a high rate of speed and the back trailer was uncontrolled, and going into the other lane. The driver ran off the side of the road several times and appeared to not have complete control of the truck. I understand we live in a fast pace world, but safety of each other is very important. There is never a reason to put life or someone else's life in danger by being reckless. The driver today was selfish, unprofessional, and disrespectful of everyone on the rode with him.

UPS attempted fraud using ups name

I received a call today Sept. 9th from someone claiming to be a UPS driver and said that I had won a car and 5 million dollars and asked me to call 1-876-817-2384 and ask for Malone @ ext. 5. They wanted a credit card # for $2500.00 dollars to deliver the prize. I told them where they could go TO HELL. I thought you might want to know.

UPS large package delivery

Tried to send some very large artwork 2-day air from my local UPS Store near Golden CO, to Connecticut (the store is pricey but usually great). Cost: over $600! The package was sent back to me after three days! UPS is not able to prove that the drivers attempted delivery to my client the three times as they are supposed to (my client says he and another were looking out for the drivers for two days when they were supposed to come) AND the package came back to me punctured and falling apart even though there were "Do not Puncture" signs all over it.

My local store says it's the responsibility of corporate so I called Corporate to complain, asked for a manager, who claimed there was nothing he could do. I have emailed Customer Svc Corporate twice now. The first time, someone emailed me back but the second time, no response.

UPS sent this package all the way back halfway across the US after hardly trying to deliver it, saying they couldn't store it out East closer to my client and are still charging me almost $700. What a terrible organization. Will never use again! I re-sent using a company called Craters and Freighters who crated the paintings and called customer to arrange more exact delivery time. I am grateful for their service and they only charged me slightly more than UPS. Plus, there are reps there who helped me send track the package - who took personal interest.

UPS thrown package

On 9/8/2018 around 5:15pm, I received a scheduled delivery from Fabletics, delivered by UPS. I was home when the package was delivered, yet the driver never knocked, rang the doorbell, or otherwise attempted to ascertain if I was home. Further, the driver never came within 5 meters of my front door, instead opting to throw the package from the parking lot to my door. I saw this through my front window, which was open when the incident occurred. The driver's van did not have a license plate (I assume this is standard), but did have the number 6212943 printed on the rear bumper, which I assume is an identification number.

While my package was undamaged, I consider this to be unethical and unacceptable behavior from a professional who's job is to properly handle packages for delivery. I only request an apology and better internal emphasis on proper package handling.

UPS ups warehouse employee destroying package

I would like to report a ups warehouse employee for ignorantly throwing around packages as if they have paid for them. I've seen this man do this times before via snapchat and UPS should not employee animals who do not care for people's packages. His name is Adrian Hernandez and works at the ups warehouse on 11802 N Gessner rd Houston, Tx 77064. This should be enough information to let go of the employee immediately. My husband works for KPRC local 2 news and is willing to share this video online to his platform if nothing is done. I will attach a video. And would like to receive an email regarding the situation. UPS driver

I was driving down Lafayette Ave at exactly 4:35 p.m. in Hawthorne New Jersey when one of your drivers had his blinker on did not turn and swerved through traffic and then kept beeping his horn repeatedly and gave me the middle finger I am just hope you are aware of this to have driver's like this representing your your company is shameful. Did not get his license plate but the man had short gray hair if this helps

UPS ups supervisor

I contacted a UPS store in Washington about a job application I submitted last week. (I live in MN and I am moving to WA at the end of the month, so I am trying to get a job lined up. Immediately after filling out my application, a paragraph came up stating I needed to be there on Friday for an interview. I couldn't make this beings I live in MN, so I was simply calling to reschedule or to speak with someone about my situation) The UPS store gave me a different number to call that could better assist me. I called [protected]. I spoke with one representative who could not assist me, so she transferred me over to her supervisor. The supervisor was demeaning, impatient and rude. She called me pet names such as dear, hun, or miss Molly, and talked over me as I was speaking. I was trying to explain my situation and she did not offer any assistance. When I explained my situation, she replied, "So, what is it that you want?" I tried explaining my situation again and she cut me off stating, "I will not have you explain yourself to me twice, I am not having that. You ARE Not going to tell me twice. You aren't supposed to be calling this line for those types of things. This is for tracking a package." I told her that this was the number the other UPS store gave me which was why I called that number. She replied, "OK but this is not the number you call, you will not tell me again."

I really could not believe that UPS would allow a supervisor to speak to customers that way.

UPS damaged package and misrepresentation

UPS gives us the run around on who will be responsible for the damaged packaged we shipped. UPS are pointing fingers, the corporate and the franchised store. Our packaged was damaged upon delivery and we bought an "additional insurance, " per the clerk at the Bakersfield White Lane UPS Store. Now, when we called the corporate Damaged Dept, Paul said that UPS does not have an "insurance" only declared value? They are misrepresenting additional fees as insurance and corporate are blaming it on the franchised store and not the corporate. He said we should have contacted the shipper (not us), the UPS store item was shipped, which we did, and the store advised us to call. We are mistaken that we have shipped our package at UPS, we thought, our package will be handled properly, packaged has been securely packaged. We never received a call from the store nor the corporate to discuss about the claim. Paul said that we should have kept following up and leave the package to where it was delivered. They never scheduled inspection. They clearly just do not want to take the responsibility.

UPS driver

At exactly 6:30 PM Friday night on 31 Aug 18, I was backing into my driveway located at 232 Loudville Rd in Easthampton, Ma. My house happens to be on the crest of our street and since I have been living here have lost 3 animals on the street due to speeding and being on the crest. While backing in a UPS driver was speeding down the road, came upon me backing up and had to stop fast. He was so incensed that I was there backing, he gunned his engine to show his disapproval and anger. When he did that, I got upset and drove back out to when I caught up with him farther down the road tailgating another driver. I wanted to see if there were any numbers on the truck that I could call to lodge my complaint. There wasn't.
I have been a professional tractor trailer driver for most of my adult life.
I understood early on, that drivers HAD to be courteous despite others, had to be SAFE at all times despite what others are doing and had to be ready to make up for another motorists ignorance. And also be ready for any unexpected challenge down the road that may end up saving someone's life.
Through my years I worked in Boston and witnessed many inept actions where I had to be the one watching out and not hurt or worse kill someone who wasn't paying attention or doing something that put others lives at risk.
What this driver did tonight was uncalled for and immature.
I trust with GPS and manifests, you will be able to speak to this driver and let him know he needs to have an attitude adjustment.
It mat be Friday night, been a long day, dealt with many buttheads through the day and maybe his wife and him are having issues too...who knows?
But one thing is known, drivers that act in this drivers manner are ticking time bombs and as it always is, the innocent end up getting hurt!
Thank you for your time and consideration for my words tonight.
I have a five year old granddaughter who was in our yard playing at the time and that's really what prompted me to lodge this complaint. I wish the driver no ill will, but he needs to learn the importance of his job.

UPS unsafe driver

I was traveling north on Mykawa Road in Houston just now. Your driver was traveling back to the substation. They nearly ran me off the two lane road (one lane in each direction). I was already driving 8mph higher than posted speeds. They attempted to pass me on the coming lane. But they misjudged my speed and the distance of the oncoming car. Trying to dodge back into the proper lane your driver almost caused an accident. This is reckless.

The truck license plate ends in 9810. The three letters on the left were not completely legible. Two of the letters were CS. Someone should speak to this driver about this.

UPS service

I am a contractor I had a tool shipped in two parts the driver indicated that no lot or appt number available. I am staying in an RV park where packages are left at the office and I know this because I had 2 other packages delivered to the same location, same address and 1/2 of my tool delivered today. The other part of the tool is on its way back to California and I'm in south Texas being Monday is Labor Day and my tool has been returned to the shipper. This will be very costly for me as I will not be able to complete my work next week plus an extra week of
living expenses. Let alone we are dealing with infrastructure rebuilding power transmission lines to supply cities with power. I need to have the unit expedited to me ASAP! UPS ups early am driver in the woodlands, tx

I was leaving Academy on Six pines Drive at 930 am on 8/30/18 in The Woodlands, TX.
I had to slam on my breaks to avoid being hit by one of your drivers, I honked my horn at him to warn him about how fast he was driving and he flipped me off(showed me the middle finger). My father was killed in an accident caused by a speeding driver in December and I'm not about to allow one of your drivers to kill me or someone else. The guy is lucky I was pulling a trailer or I would have chased him down. It was truck # 576962...an older guy with gray hair was driving the truck. This situation better be taken care of, I'm not real happy at all with what has occurred.

UPS heavy packages left in front of my garage door

Date: 8/30/18

We have a covered front porch, but the driver was too lazy to leave them there. Instead he backed up his truck and dropped them right in front of my garage. I could barely move them. If I could have a choice, I would never use UPS again, however vendors use their service because they are cheaper. They definitely get what they pay for.

UPS delivery

The driver left my package by the road. It could have been easily stolen or damaged! There was no gate or lose dog and no reason why he couldn't have drove down and left in on my porch per usual. One of the packages was 35 lbs and carting it all the way down my drive way strained my back. There is no reason why they shouldn't have been delivered to my porch!

UPS service

Everytime we order online is another bad experience. The driver usually drops the package at our front door and does a quick knock and takes off. I find that very disrespectful since we do pay for your services to deliver our packages home. Why can't you have your team members knock on the door and wait for a response. Now, if no one responds then leave one of your notes and take it back and drop it off at one of your offices for the customer to pick it up. Behaviors like these is why so many packages get stolen.

UPS not delivering and telling lies

I have ordered a item and waiting for them to deliver. and I was waiting for them front of the my apartment building, but they did not show up, but in tracking history they deliver to access point because receiver was not available. but when i call customer service, they covering up, and not acknowledge that driver never went to the building. then i ask where is the info notice, but there is none, .still after 3 days they don't want deliver and want me to pick it up;. even they been to the building, what about 2nd attempt. these people lazy and get away with it. now on i am requesting all the shippers not use ups it they are delivering to me. this is not the first time, many time they have done ti. people don't have car or disability depending on delivery. these people does not care about service even management does not care. one customer rep was saying shipper did not put the building number, that why it was not delivered, but tracking history says other wise, if address is wrong, there is no reason driver to come to the building as stated in the history, because he did not come to the building and leaving no info notice as required.is there any meaning to delivery service, or buying online. amazon should allow us to choose the courier and other company as well

UPS package delivery

Hi, I must say first of all I have never had a problem with UPS, they are my first choice with shipping. I have had issues with FedEx and DHL but even they have been able to reach my front door. Yesterday I had a delivery scheduled to be made in the afternoon and I was at home to receive it. The time frame for delivery came and went but that is not unusual for my rural location. It never arrived yesterday, (so I thought). This morning I start checking on it's status and I have an email saying it was delivered at my gate, Gate? I have no gates. So at 3:40 am I get in my pickup and drive around my property and finally go out to the end of the road to find my package at the base of my address sign wet with dew. Every single delivery person who has ever came to my place has at least made it to the house even if they just dropped the box in the middle of the driveway! I think that you need to have a talk to whoever was driving this route yesterday and explain to them what door to door delivery means and why that is important to the customer!
