Ultra Sabers Luke's Green Sabre

One of the Archon Sabre's which I identify as Luke Sky-Walkers Green (Consular) Sabre from Return of the Jedi. He made that one himself & that was the only film where he really used it.

I like the trouble that was taken to get this to look just like his and design is the operative word here. I now have two of these, and the first one is noticeably inferior in appearance. While it boasts the same design, it does lack a lot of the detail & doesn't have such a thin neck to boot. It does have superior light up system to Ultra Sabre's. It activates just like the movie sabre's. Using it's signature progressive (Got that word from a reviewer.) light up system. However, both of them make the same or a very similar noise upon activation. Your sabre makes the classic fighting noises when pressed a second time. I thought it did sound a little broken here, & was unsure of how to shut it down without going through the cycle of hearing the battle noises before being able to properly. I would like to order superior sound parts for this sabre, perhaps some time later. Hoping that adds the right noises that are supposed to be heard when it hits objects & clashes with other sabres. To some small degree the other one I own does this. Over all, I am pleased with it. Does it need Alan Key or Screw Drivers to remove the blade. The ultimate test of wether I really like it is being able to wear it off my belt.

Ultra Sabers Great product and delivered fast

The most common complaint about the company that I saw was their lack of communication, long wait times, and sometimes the product failing. I received mine and I must say that the product is very high quality and I am very excited to have received it. As for the wait times and communication I was told on the site that the wait time would be it being shipped in 4-6 weeks and I had it shipped after 5 weeks so within the time. The only problems I had was that the hilt i ordered initially was out of stock but was not stated on the website and the package got delayed in delivery but that was cause of cross border issues and more the fault of the shipping company so not Ultrasaber's fault. For the hilt I was offered and upgraded version of the hilt, that was a small bit bigger but virtually the same otherwise, for free (which I like more anyways). All this was fixed very simply over email and was very quick to fix as well. Overall my experience with UltraSabers was great and if I order another lightsaber it will be from them again. Their customization options, easy to use website, product quality, and prices being very reasonable all are very good reasons to use them and even if the wait time may be longer then some it is worth the wait for it. I would recommend the mentality of "order it then forget about it for a few weeks" and enjoy your product when it comes. I know I will very much enjoy mine.

Ultra Sabers Initiate V3 with Diamond Controller

This is my first lightsaber, so I didn't know what to expect when I ordered. I watched some of the videos attached to this product but they don't tell you much as it's just a video of a guy waving the saber around with no explanation of its features.

Speed - from ordering to having it in my hand was just over a week, this is incredible given I ordered over the Christmas and New Year period. I also live in the UK so the speed from order to dispatch to arrival was amazing.

Quality - the hilt is solidly built and has a good weight behind it, easy to remove pommel so the batteries can be removed for recharging. The saber has 2 choke points allowing it to be held with one hand or both. A small but very powerful speaker is built into the pommel. I opted for the mid grade blade to allow the colour through, it can light up an entire room.

Features - the Diamond Controller is amazing, it allows every aspect of the saber to be changed, from clash settings to swing sensitivity to blade colour. The Ultrasabers Launcher allows the saber to be connected to a PC and most features to be changed. You can create your own sound schemes for the saber and teach it new things such as gestures.
The saber has the ability to use gestures to control effects, volume and other things.
New sound schemes can be created with custom sound effects, colours changed, flash on clash altered.
The Diamond Controller is a wonderful piece of kit.

Ultra Sabers Don't fear breaking your saber by whacking your friends

You know before this I only ever had the force effects saber. Those are good but the things I don't like about them is they are too loud and they are kind of fragile. So I went to ultrasabers I made sure to get the dueling saber with the plastic strong enough to whack things. I went with the lowest quality light source and it's still brilliant and beautiful and extremely bright the saber looks full and saturated. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the battery pack was a little loose when I ordered mine but normally I feel it's held in place by the soundboard which I did not order a soundboard so I just stuffed a little foam in there and everything is fine. If you're looking for a saber I definitely recommend ultrasabers you can get exactly whatever color and style you want and it'll probably be cheaper than a lot of the pre-made to find on the internet and you'll know how strong it is. I personally like the old obi won handle with Qui-Gon colors. I think one more thing I would like to point out is that if any part on your saber brakes or you want your same saver to be your effects one and your dueling one you can buy all the parts and swap them out easy. I haven't seen other brands that made it this easy for the consumer to customize what they like about the saber even after they had bought it. If I had to give a final number I would give 10 out of 10 can't wait for my boy to grow up and pick his own to fight me with.

Ultra Sabers The Quality of the crafted saber is outstanding

The Quality of the crafted saber is outstanding. Everything works and the shipment arrived intact and very fast thanks to good FedEx. With all the necessary shipping information provided from Ultrasabers, FedEx can handle all the customs stuff. So you don?t have to drive to customs yourself and do the pay customs & pickup. For me, as a paying customer, this is very important that i don?t have to worry about that part. Good job Ultrasabers & FedEx!
Lead time for crafting the saber was 15 working days. Just as promised from Ultrasabers. Thumbs up for you guys! Shipping time with FedEx from USA to Germany was just 4 Days. Very good!

Only one minor thing to mention is that "shopperapproved.com" keep sending thier "Have you recieved your order?" messages too early. I?ve recieved thier message on May 30th and Ultrasabers sent thier shipping message (with the tracking # (important!)) on June 2nd. My wife waited more than 72 hours after recieving the first message and had to contact Ultrasabers herslef to get the shipping info and tracking #.

But whenever we contacted Ultrasabers shipping to ask questions, they always answered within one working day. Another BIG thumbs up to you Marlene!

Ultrasabers service as a whole, thier shipping support team in specific, the great quality of the sabers and the good working shippment handling from FedEx are all commendable.

As paying customers i and my wife both can recommend to make your purchase at Ultrasabers.com.

Ultra Sabers Long waiting period but totally worth it

I ordered my ultrasabers guardian on January 9th and received it on February 6th. I was originally concerned that because of inclement weather and the Super Bowl that I would not receive my lightsaber for sometime but when it showed up I was like a kid on Christmas. I immediately went in the house and did an unboxing review and got to hold my brand new combat Guardian saber. I am very pleased with the overall production of this hilt and very much would like to buy another one in the future. 1 issue I had with the saber is that there are quite a few unfinished edges that are quite Sharp and the finish on the pommel is easily removed with the swipe of a fingernail. Aside from that, the weight of it and sound quality is unmatched. The color is exactly what I hoped for, almost red but not full dark side. I wish the white flash on Clash was a little brighter and more dominant but it looks really cool all the same. I do like the fact that I can set where I want the LED to sit in the hilt by using the set screws and how deep I want my blade or blade plug to go. The only thing that I am missing and I wish I had purchased with the sabre is a covertec belt clip because it is extremely cumbersome to hold in a pocket or walk around with all the time because I am an avid believer of carrying a saber with me. I hope to purchase one soon. Thank you for all that you do and the quality products that you produce. On a side note, hopefully you would be able to tell me if you guys make a black light LED because I am a bouncer and it would be really cool to use my lightsaber to check IDs haha. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future.

Ultra Sabers Better than expected given other reviews

I'd read probably hundreds of reviews before making my purchase. I continued with a great amount of caution, as I heard the quality was amazing, but the customer service was upsetting. I kept this in mind to try to be flexible, since I ordered in time for Christmas.
I placed my order on July 28th, keeping in mind that I had read for some it took upwards of several months for them to receive their order. The process began slowly but surely, and I anticipated waiting a LONG time. This wasn't the case, quite the contrary actually. I'd received an email stating my hilt was out of stock, and they replaced it with my request (a hilt that cost $5 more than my original choice, and they didn't charge me for it!) Their customer service only took a week to reply to my email, and left me with great confidence even during a global pandemic (and the whole USPS thing going on). I received word TODAY, August 24th at the time of writing, that they'd arrived at my post office! Less than a month of wait between ordering, changing my order, and shipping it out.
The sabers are perfect, bright, and exactly what I'd expected. I'll be returning to them for more sabers in the future. I anticipated something happening to hinder the process of receiving the sabers, but to my surprise there wasn't. I feel sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience, as I can tell they don't intentionally make things hard for people.

With a little patience and understanding, I'd be willing to wait months for my order, if it meant that they'd be built like this every time. Fortunately I was able to have a good first-time experience. I'll report back if I ever have an unpleasant time with them, although I highly doubt I will!

Ultra Sabers Amazing battle ready product

I've been looking around for a light saber since 1999, one that's not only motion sensitive, but one that can stand up to the test of time through combative battles. For years I've searched, all across the internet. At first I got hasbro sabers, which are nice looking hilts but that's as far as your gonna get. Then I stumbled apon ultrasaber, been looking at them for years, unable to afford the sabers simply cause of economic means at my disposal at the time. Then finally had enough to get a mystery saber, which everyday after ordering like a dog looking for it's master. Once it finally showed up I was all to excited, but before opening it or even ordering I said to myself I'm happy with whatever I get. Once opening apon the saber I knew the force was with me, for not only did I get the color of what my soul represents but the hilt as well. As to my excitement I saw I have gotten it with sound, which is crisp and might as well be the real thing. The hit (aeon v4) is slick, along with a great balance and wonderful grip mechanics. The led can probably blind someone so I'd advise you to not shine it into eyes like a silly goose. If you want a saber that will not only be battle ready, look crisp, clean and sound like a real Jedi and or sith is behind you. This is the place to go with your card in hand, also side note I ordered a secound saber. My brother as. I have shown him endlessly and answered a ton of questions for him was hooked on buying one. The cool part? He asked to for the saber to be shipped with mine, which it literally went through the Q and shipped with mine within under 24 hours. Best part? Seeing his face when he got it, not only that but watching it suddenly turning from blue to green which is unheard of. Glitch or not, sound or not, my brother has a one of a kind saber that I know he will always hold close to his heart. Thank you ultrasaber for the infinite happiness you have given us, so until next time. May the force be with you, always.

Ultra Sabers Highest Quality

Twas the night of my 18th birthday and I was having a big party at my house. Now, my friend and I both own lightsabers we bought from ultrasabers and we had been planning a lightsaber fight for a while (he has 3 and I have 1). As you can imagine, being an 18th it gets to about 11pm (so we're at about peak party time) when my friend and I decide that it's time to head to the oval right opposite my house for a spectacular lightsaber fight. So we pull out our lightsabers and have a battle that would put Anakin and Obi-Wan to shame. Eventually other people from the party decide to join us. After about 20min or so of lightsaber free-for-all with 4 lightsabers being shared amongst like 7 people, someone we've never met shows up, shirtless, and most probably drunk, pleading with us to let him borrow a lightsaber so he can join in. Naturally as he was not part of the Jedi council and most definitely was not granted the rank of master, we told him no. So instead he steals one of my friend's lightsabers and bolts. We didn't realise, but he had a friend waiting in a car next to the oval ready to take off as soon as he had jumped in, so of course my friend and I are madly chasing after this guy. I'm hot on his heels when he jumps into his friends car and they start to take off. Luckily I still had my lightsaber on hand and have completed my Jedi training, so I tap into the great power of the force and swing my lightsaber with all my might at the car. With an almighty CRRAAAAASH! The back windscreen had shattered. We then decided that perhaps aggressive negotiations (negotiations with a lightsaber) were not the way to go about this and had a discussion with the thieves. The negotiations were short and we got the lightsaber back, plus I didn't have to pay for a windscreen replacement. However, what I was most impressed with, was the fact that my lightsaber (the one that smashed the window) is still in near perfect condition. There is only mild scuffing on the tip of the blade and it still works perfectly. I can very highly recommend this product.

Ultra Sabers Immediately Impressive Craftsmanship

First Ultrasabers saber for me. I got the Archon v3.1 with Diamond sound. I havent even messed with the vast functionality of this saber yet, as it literally just came in the mail. With a quick unboxing however, the quality and craftsmanship is immediately impressive. Substantial weight and solid feel. The minute you hold this saber, it is instantly in a class well beyond a retail replica. Good stuff.

What I can talk about beyond that is the ordering and shipping process. Ordering what straight-forward and enjoyable, which is saying something considering the umpteen million options you have when contemplating a purchase. The website is well laid out, the customization process is step-by-step and there are countless videos that explain the various available options to assist you. The order acknowledgement is immediate.

Production took a little while, but Ill admit; my expectation of production time was based heavily on other reviews. Many reviewers talked about having their sabers within a week, which I thought was amazing. What wasnt clear in the reviews, was the extent of customization, time of year and other mitigating factors. For me, order to delivery was exactly one month, and if there werent reviewers shaping my expectation otherwise, that would seem about right to me, as I customized just about everything.

At the two week point, I was getting concerned about not receiving an update, so I reached out for one. It took a few days for Ultrasabers to respond, which was a bit concerning to me after the second day of not hearing back. When they did respond, they included an in-depth explanation about how the recent holiday season combined with interest spawned by The Last Jedi had made things extremely busy. I thought that was understandable. Its clear to me that Ultrasabers is comprised of a relatively small staff, where I imagine many employees wear several hats, i.e. some of the same people crafting the sabers are likely also contributing to customer service, shipping, social media, website, etc. Holding the saber, its clear their priorities are in the right place. It doesnt warrant a lesser review score; all I might suggest is that they include some information on the website about production expectations, relative to time of year, complexity of the order and other potential factors. Managing expectations would have a positive result I think.

So, without even diving into parts of this product I paid extra for, Im comfortable giving the highest rating.

Ultra Sabers Avoid Ultra Sabers at all costs - A frustrating experience from purchase to resolution

I recently had the displeasure of purchasing a saber from Ultra Sabers (ultrasabers.com) as a late Christmas gift for my son. Initially, we were thrilled to play with it, but after just 40 minutes, the saber, which is supposed to be sentinel yellow, started to turn red. Within two minutes, it turned completely red. We tried changing the batteries, only for the color to change back and forth between sentinel yellow and red at an ever-increasing pace. I contacted the company on December 28th, the day it arrived, and received a response from a customer service rep named Matthew. He suggested the batteries may not have been put in correctly or that I wasn't using the right batteries. However, my husband is an electrical engineer, so we were confident we had installed the batteries correctly. Following three more emails with no help or responses from Matthew, I sent another message hoping someone would respond. Finally, I received a response from someone named Will who told me that customer service would contact me on January 21st. Despite his assurances, I received no messages, no emails, and no resolutions.

Feeling frustrated, I messaged them on Facebook and received a single message from Nichole on February 1st, who suggested that we were not using the right batteries. However, we already knew which batteries to use, so I responded to her email, and unsurprisingly, never received a response. I tried to contact them multiple times but to no avail. Eventually, I contacted Will on Facebook again, hoping to get a resolution to my complain. He promised to help and told me they would get back to me. Unfortunately, it has been many days, and I haven't received any response.

It is now approaching April, and despite trying to contact Ultra Sabers since December, I have still had no resolution to my problem. This company is terrible, and I regret not listening to the warnings of others. I just wanted a partial refund to make up for the fact that the item is not working properly, yet here I am, still without a resolution. I strongly advise avoiding Ultra Sabers as there is even a Facebook group filled with people who have had bad experiences with them. I would suggest considering Electrum Sabercrafts or Saberforge, based on feedback from friends who have had only positive experiences with them. I have included screenshots of my unfortunate journey as proof of my experience.

Ultra Sabers Ultra Sabers Review: Outstanding Craftsmanship for Movie-Quality Lightsabers

Ultra Sabers (ultrasabers.com) offers amazing quality lightsabers that are movie-quality! I used to own custom sabers in the past, and those were fantastic, but nothing compares to these. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. The controller program is easy to use and offers various options to customize your saber, including sound patterns. However, depending on how many parts you choose, the price can be high. But if you're a lifelong Star Wars fan, it's definitely worth every penny!

The Diamond Saber direction booklet is helpful for most things, but it could use some updating or rewording. The startup and program process is critical to ensure your saber isn't corrupted, but the booklet doesn't fully explain all the steps necessary. Watching the tutorials on the Ultra Sabers website is 101% vital to download the saber and controller program properly. Following the steps is crucial, so don't skip ahead. I encountered an issue where my saber couldn't connect to the program, so I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond, but unfortunately, the suggestions they gave me weren't helpful at all. Despite trying those things before, those were the only ideas they gave me, even though I mentioned that those weren't the issues. So, I rewatched the setup video and solved the issue on my own.

My advice for anyone who purchases a top-of-the-line Diamond Saber is to watch the tutorials explaining the program's download, the initial connecting of the saber, and step-by-step instructions on how to use the controller program on your computer. Once you push past the downloading and startup process, these sabers are the closest you'll get to the real deal. I'm already planning to order two more sabers with different designs, and I'll make sure to display them on my wall or table when not in use. Overall, Ultra Sabers is a fantastic company that offers high-quality products worth the investment!

Ultra Sabers Review of Ultra Sabers: Poor Quality Control and Customer Service

Hi, my name is Rachel and I wanted to share my experience with Ultra Sabers. I was thrilled to receive my saber on April 25th, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After only a few days, my batteries started to drain and I had a difficult time removing the battery pack from the hilt. I soon discovered that this would be an ongoing issue because the circuit board attached to the battery pack was misaligned. In fact, it was so noticeable that I wonder how it got past quality control in the first place.

This was really disappointing, as I had been looking forward to enjoying my new saber, but instead, I now face a frustrating and time-consuming process to charge the batteries each time. It's really discouraging to have to go through such a hassle just to use the product properly.

To make matters worse, I also encountered issues with the components of the saber, and the wrench that I purchased as an upgrade did not even fit properly. I've been trying to return the saber, but have yet to hear back from customer service. This is really disheartening, and I think it speaks to the poor quality control and customer service of this company.

I was also considering purchasing a saber with a charge port on the side, but after reading reviews stating that the charger does not even fit in the port, I am hesitant to do so. It's clear that there are significant production and quality control issues that need to be addressed by Ultra Sabers.

Overall, I would not recommend this company to others due to the issues I faced with my saber, as well as their lack of customer service. While I understand the challenges posed by COVID-19, I do not think this excuses the fundamental production issues I encountered. I hope that Ultra Sabers will take steps to address these issues in the future, and prioritize the satisfaction of their customers.

Ultra Sabers UltraSabers Review: Butcher vs. Savior - Mixed Experience with High-End Lightsabers

As a big fan of lightsabers, I decided to place an order with UltraSabers for two of their most famous models, the Butcher and the Savior. My excitement was through the roof when I got my hands on the Butcher, but unfortunately, the experience quickly turned sour. On a positive note, the hilt design and execution were top-notch, making it a real eye-catching piece for any lightsaber collection. However, the blade on this there was an issue as the color started off as bright and eye-catching only for the rest of the blade to be completely dull and not even the same color. Additionally, I struggled to get the batteries out, and when I did, they wouldn't hold a charge. Changing the batteries only made things worse as the blade would no longer light up, except for the flash on clash, which is not what you expect when purchasing a custom lightsaber at such a high price.

In contrast, my experience with the Savior was much better. The blade was bright and the sound was impressive, without any issues with the batteries. I opted for the built-in battery pack/external charger, which made life much easier once the power ran out. The hilt design was just as high-quality as the Butcher's, making for a satisfying experience overall.

My overall opinion of UltraSabers is heavily influenced by how they handle the issues I've had with the Butcher. If they provide an easy fix or replace it entirely, it would show that they are committed to keeping their customers happy, which would make me more likely to purchase from them in the future. However, if they try to escape their responsibilities or deny my claim, it would be difficult to trust them with future purchases. With such a wide variety of lightsaber options out there, it is important to know that their products will match the quality that their prices suggest.

The included picture really highlights the contrast in quality between the Butcher and other comparable options.

Ultra Sabers Ultra Sabers Review: Poor Customer Service & Lengthy Wait Times for Sabers

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Ultra Sabers when I purchased two sabers from their website. While I was initially excited about the fast shipping that many reviews had mentioned, it ended up taking much longer than anticipated to receive my first saber. After a 3-4 week "pandemic" grace period, I still didn't have it and had to contact the company. Despite the website indicating that the saber was available, I was told that it was out of stock. It took two months for me to finally receive it, but my order had been screwed up and I had accidentally ordered a stunt saber. The company held no accountability for the mistake and requested $15 for shipping to return it. However, when I tried to send it back, they tried to charge me $30, and I ended up having to spend an additional $12 at the post office. I waited four months total for this saber, but was unable to get any sort of discount or refund to make up for the delay or issue. Additionally, their return policy holds 10% of your refund, effectively forcing you to buy something else even if you're unsatisfied.

On to the second saber - after waiting six weeks, I was informed that it was unavailable and would not be in stock for another three months. When I asked for a small refund due to the long wait and their website not being updated, I never received a response. I've tried calling the company multiple times and left my name and number, but they never call back. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know that mistakes happen, but it's important to take responsibility for them and make things right for the customer. Unfortunately, Ultra Sabers doesn't seem to understand this. While they may have quality sabers, the wait time and lack of customer service make it a difficult company to recommend. If you're willing to wait months for a saber, then this might be the company for you. However, if you're looking for a smoother shopping experience with better customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Ultra Sabers Mixed Results with Ultra Sabers: An Honest Review

As a concerned parent, I must share my disappointment with the lack of communication and poor customer service I experienced when placing an order with Ultra Sabers (ultrasabers.com) for my son's 12th birthday present. It has been well over a month since placing the order, and we still have yet to receive the product or any updates regarding its status.

At first, I reached out to the company to inquire about the whereabouts of the item on May 29th, as I had not heard anything since submitting the order on May 7th. If I had not initiated contact with the company, I'm not sure if I ever would have received any information at all.

Of course, I understand the challenges that businesses face during the COVID-19 pandemic, including downsizing staff to promote safety and implementing longer shipping times. However, Ultra Sabers failed to realize that they did not lose my business because of the product itself but because of the lack of communication and accountability towards their customers.

Despite receiving a standard message explaining the 4-week lead time due to the pandemic, I received no updates or communication regarding the status of my order. Even after reaching out a second and third time, I still received no definitive response to my inquiry, which ultimately led me to request a cancellation and refund of my full purchase price.

I expected better from Ultra Sabers, especially when it comes to such a beloved product in the Star Wars community. The lack of effort on their part to keep me informed throughout the process, despite the existing pandemic, has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend their services to others.

In summary, I urge potential buyers to be weary of Ultra Sabers due to their poor communication and customer service practices. As a consumer who values transparency and honesty, I was left feeling unheard and extracted from my hard-earned money with no merchandise to show for it.

As a passionate fan and swordsman, I was thrilled to discover Ultrasabers and their range of high-quality sabers. However, after purchasing several products and experiencing issues with their performance, my excitement has turned to frustration.

While I must say that I love the sabers themselves, and the customer service has improved, I am disappointed with the ongoing electrical issues I have encountered. I recently had to send my Graflex saber in for repair for the third time, and was informed that the av switch was not functioning properly due to a bent charge port. This came as a surprise to me, as I had purchased all the bells and whistles, totaling nearly $700. Furthermore, I had already required repairs on this saber before due to a charge port that came apart just a few weeks after my purchase.

Ultrasabers explicitly states that if customers attempt to repair products themselves, the one-year warranty is voided. I have had to send this saber back twice due to av switch issues, and the most recent repair was necessary due to a loose pommel causing the speaker wires to detach.

I am not the only customer experiencing these issues - I have researched the topic on saber forums and found several reviews reporting similar problems. As someone who has trained for over eight years in swordsmanship and is a devoted fan of the light saber, it is crucial that these products perform well under dueling conditions.

I have also attempted to reach out to CEO Emory regarding these issues, but have been unsuccessful in receiving any response. While I appreciate the importance of email communication, a customer service phone number is available but goes unanswered. It is disheartening to hear the CEO state that they are too busy building and shipping sabers to deal with customer inquiries.

In conclusion, while I have enjoyed some of my purchases from Ultrasabers, I am unable to recommend them due to the ongoing issues I have experienced with electrical components and customer service. Ultra Sabers A Family's Experience with UltraSabers: Top-Quality Lightsabers with Minor Issues

As an avid fan of all things Star Wars, I have had several experiences buying lightsabers from UltraSabers, and my family has purchased six and seven blades respectively! Although they may come at a higher price point, the quality of these sabers is unbeatable. My family has been using them for quite some time now, and with the aid of a local Karate studio, we have honed our technique and become quite skilled.

What I have noticed is that the cost relative to quality has improved over the years. There are now more options to choose from, ranging from affordable to pricier models, with a greater variety of parts as well.

In general, I have had an excellent experience with UltraSabers as a vendor. However, I do have one complaint - some of the lightsabers I ordered in the past have had shorter-than-normal blade lengths. This is because all four of my children have received their own UltraSaber, as it has become a sort of rite-of-passage moment for them.

When I placed my most recent order, I was hoping to buy some additional full-sized blades as my older children became more formally of age. However, I measured the blades on my wife's sabers and found that their supposed length of 40 inches were actually only 32 inches. I could not find the 'standard' blade length information on the website, which made things difficult.

Another issue with these sabers is their weight. The hilts are made of immaculately crafted metal, which makes them extremely heavy. This can make it difficult for younger children to wield them.

Despite these minor issues, my experience with UltraSabers has been exceptional. The quality of the blade's light distribution is impressive, and the blades themselves are incredibly durable. We have used them as stunt sabers with no sound and have even smashed them against each other quite hard. The only issue we have experienced is with older models whose AAA batteries may become misaligned, but newer versions now come with a Velcro strap.

The shipping has been fast, with my recent order arriving in record time. Although I recommend ordering in advance to avoid any potential delays. The customer loyalty program is worth mentioning as well, as it helps to offset the cost of these sabers.

I highly recommend checking out UltraSabers, as seeing their products in person is the best way to appreciate their quality. My family looks forward to many more orders in the future, as we continue to train future generations of Jedi and hopefully pass down these sabers as family heirlooms.

Ultra Sabers Defective Ultrasaber - Unable to get in contact with customer service rep

Shaky experience all around. When I learned customer lightsabers were a thing, I jumped at the opportunity, and perhaps a little bit too quickly. I excitedly placed the order for my first saber, yet immediately after regretted not opting for some of the more premium saber features. I reached out to their customer service emails; however I did not hear back from them. I waited approximately 10 days before contacting my credit card and requested to put in a cancellation request because it had been far too long without contact, and I did not want to risk receiving an incorrect order. Shortly after Ultrasabers was notified of the cancellation, they emailed me back stating that they could proceed forward with the updated order. Great. Order was placed, and we're rolling.

No issues in regard to FedEx's delivery timing. I went for the Free standard shipping and it took approximately 5 days to ship to the west coast.

Fast forward to the unboxing of the Ultrasaber, and things are off to a rocky start. Straight out of the box the saber would not turn on. I opened the battery pack to check if everything was seated correctly, and that the proper batteries were included. After repositioning the battery back multiple times, the saber illuminated in all Adegan Silver despite the saber being off. The indication to this was that my White AV switch is not lit up at the same time as the saber. Additionally, the sabers primary LED is the color Sun Riders Destiny, and the Adegan Silver was selected as the Flash on Clash option.

After taking the saber home and letting the Ion batteries charge overnight, I played around with the positioning of the battery pack, and was able to get the proper LED color illuminated. Feeing satisfied I pushed the batteries back in to the hilt, and as soon as it went in far enough for me to thread the pommel on the saber short circuited, and would not turn back on.

Tinkering once more with the positioning of the battery pack/wires inside, I was able to get the battery pack inside of the saber and screw on the pommel. As I gave the first couple swings of the saber, something didn't seem quite right with the sound quality. As I cycled through the V4 soundboard, 3 of the soundfonts had a clicking sound emitting from the speaker, and the default obsidian Soundfont has distorted audio when you move the saber around, even if simply rolling it around on a flat surface.

As I write this review, it has been about 6 days since I have emailed their customer service representative, and received no word back. I assume they are still busy with holiday orders, but this is the second time where I have been able to contact them for multiple days in a row.

If you are considering ordering an Ultrasaber, do yourself a favor and do not place your order around the holidays/before the release of a new movie. It is understandable that they are under a substantial workload during these times, but if they are unable to keep up with the influx of saber orders and emails, I would suggest hiring a third party firm to be in charge of all customer contact, so that their main focus can be their craft.

Ultra Sabers Mixed Experience: Delays, Poor Quality, and Lack of Customer Service from Ultra Sabers

I recently placed an order for two lightsabers from ultrasabers.com on December 2nd for my kids, and opted for standard shipping. Upon checking the website, I was informed that it would take 1-2 weeks for my order to be prepared. I was optimistic that my order would arrive before Christmas, given that I placed my order with plenty of time to spare. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

It became evident that Ultra Sabers was severely delayed with new movie releases and Christmas. Despite numerous attempts at communicating with the company via email and phone calls, I received little to no response. I was feeling increasingly frustrated, and it was only after I wrote a strongly worded email on December 22nd to Ana that I finally received a response. Ana suggested that I pay an additional $35 to ensure that the order would be overnighted to me, and I would receive it by December 24th. Although I was relieved that the issue seemed to have a resolution, I couldn't help but wonder why it took so much effort to get a response and if the order was already ready, why it had not been shipped out earlier.

Once the sabers arrived, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the products. I have been a longtime user of two Force FX sabers, and they have held up remarkably well for over ten years, despite being dropped and banged up. However, my latest purchase from Ultra Sabers left much to be desired. Despite the fact that the website advertised the sabers as durable for dueling, they were incredibly fragile. One of the sabers would turn off at the slightest provocation, and the electronics inside seemed to be unstable. The battery pack required careful removal so as not to damage any wiring, and I had gone through four battery replacements within a two-month period, even though the sabers were utilized sparingly. In contrast, my Force FX sabers rarely required new batteries.

In addition to the poor quality sabers, I reached out to the company after Christmas to ask a question about the product, but once again, I received no response. I also regretted purchasing the sabers before visiting Disney Galaxy Edge, where my kids would have been able to customize their own lightsabers.

While some may have had a positive experience with Ultra Sabers, I can only speak to my own negative experience. I would advise anyone interested in purchasing from this company to thoroughly research the products and the company's customer service reputation beforehand.

Ultra Sabers Disappointing Quality Control and Misleading Marketing at Ultra Sabers: A First-Time Buyer's Review

As a first-time buyer of a lightsaber, I was drawn to Ultra Sabers (US) due to the many positive reviews and unboxing videos I watched. It was evident that US had a loyal fan base and a successful marketing strategy that offered tiered promotions to customers. I ended up spending $1,300 in order to take advantage of a promotion that offered four free sabers. Although my son was thrilled with the unboxing, we quickly noticed some quality control issues and craftsmanship problems which unfortunately dampened our initial excitement.

A major reason for my large purchase was the appeal of the “Frankensaber” which is a custom, free saber earned on purchases over $1,200. However, upon inspection, it was apparent that this “free” saber was just a hodgepodge of used or defective components that couldn't be used in the regular offerings. It contained numerous scratches, a broken pommel, and three prominent grooves filled with some pink-ish epoxy that was not aesthetically pleasing nor consistent with the rest of the saber’s design. Although it was technically "free", it was certainly not the enticing offer that the marketing copy conveyed.

Ultra Sabers also claims their products are "combat-ready," yet upon examining my son’s $600 saber, we noticed that one of the emitter spikes was not pressed in properly and fell off while handling it. The same issue occurred with another spike during light sparring. Although we contacted the company with our concerns, we have yet to receive a response after a week, which is concerning. While I understand that the COVID pandemic may be impacting their business, I expected a higher level of quality and service from such a well-known company.

Overall, Ultra Sabers products are cool for collectors and cosplayers, but our experience was flawed due to poor quality control, misleading marketing claims, and limited customer service. Ultra Sabers A Mixed Bag: My Experience Ordering from Ultrasabers

As someone who has ordered from Ultrasabers, I have to say that my experience has been a mixed bag. I was initially impressed with how quickly my double-bladed lightsaber arrived - within two weeks of placing my order. Ultra Sabers Ultrasabers Mystery Box Saber Review: Setting Realistic Expectations

When I was in the market for a new saber, I did my due diligence and scoured various websites for reviews. Ultimately, I decided to take a chance and order a mystery box saber from Ultra Sabers. From what I gathered, the majority of people who received sabers from the mystery box were thrilled with their purchase. For only a few dollars more than the grab bag option, it seemed like the better choice. In the end, I received the Dark Sentinel V4 which initially resembled a souped-up Mag-light. While its retail price sits at roughly $69, it still fell under the guarantee of $75. After closer analysis, I realized that an upgraded guarded activation switch had been replaced with a plain black AV switch that barely pushed the price over the $75 threshold. This is something that could be fixed with a bit of modification. Another issue that some people complained about was a loose battery pack, but this wasn't a major concern for me as it was something that could be easily fixed.

In general, Ultrasabers did fulfill their guarantee, but I realized that the bulk of glowing reviews about these amazing sabers come from recipients who received pricey and impressive models. For those - like me - who received a more modest version, it's important to have realistic expectations. The Dark Sentinel that I received still possesses incredible potential, but it's important to recognize that not everyone will be lucky enough to receive a $200 saber. I now look at my mystery box saber as a good base for future modifications and upgrades and understand that any additional features will require further investment.

One issue that I noticed when reading reviews post-purchase was that during the Christmas holidays, numerous individuals - including myself - received the same model of Dark Sentinel V4. It's possible that the high order volume during that time played a factor. So for those hoping to receive a higher priced saber, it may be best to order outside of that time frame.

Ultimately, I wasn't blown away by the saber I received, but I was able to recognize that this was due to my own expectations rather than any fault on the part of Ultra Sabers. Ultra Sabers Amazing Product, Lackluster Communication: My Ultra Sabers Review

When it comes to the product itself, there is no denying that the lightsaber from Ultra Sabers is truly amazing. However, there seem to be some issues with the communication and customer service of the company.

Ultra Sabers Frustrating Experience with Ultra Sabers: Lack of Customer Service and Delivery Delays

I recently purchased custom sabers from Ultra Sabers and unfortunately, it will be my last. In my first order, I ordered three sabers and received them correctly but had to wait twice as long as the lead time promised. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service interaction and only received automated messages. The total cost for this order was around $350.

My second order was around $200 and included two Sabers in Aeon v2 hilt, with TriCREE LEDs in Consular Green and Guardian Blue. However, Ultra Sabers did not have the hilts I ordered and did not inform me until the eighth week of another 3-4 week lead time. After threatening legal action, I was given a replacement hilt style and my order was finally shipped.

To make matters worse, a friend who ordered the same time as me received his order, which included a single blade with a sound driver and all the bells and whistles, a week later.

In summary, Ultra Sabers does not prioritize their customers unless they spend a lot of money on their market average blades. I highly recommend finding a seller on Etsy, or trying Crimson Dawn or another major saber seller. My experience with Ultra Sabers was extremely frustrating and has left me regretting my purchase.

Ultra Sabers Ultrasabers.com Review: Pros and Cons of Ordering the Mystery Box

I recently had an experience with Ultrasabers.com that has left me feeling pretty disappointed. I ordered a Mystery Box on January 6th, and was charged $22.05 for the cheapest shipping option they offered, which was Priority Mail through USPS. Despite instant payment, my order didn't ship for weeks. After not hearing anything about my order status for 4 days, I reached out to their customer service team and didn't hear back for another 2 business days.

Finally, after 14 business days, I received an email with pre-shipment info, stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I tracked my package, it didn't arrive at USPS until 2 days later. In total, it took 24 days from ordering to shipping, which was a frustrating, long wait. USPS Priority Mail isn't guaranteed, but their website promised delivery in 2 days, which didn't happen.

As for the product, I received a Dark Sentinel LE v4 saber in green with a guarded switch and windows. It's a stunt saber, but it's still pretty solid. I think I received a $5+ value increase, which isn't much but it's still something. I wasn't blown away by the simple design, but it was one of the more intricate designs of the lower priced sabers.

Ultrasabers has some pros and cons, so let me break it down for you:

Pros:
• Well-made product
• Extra value for the money spent

Cons:
• Horrible turnover time
• Bad communication with customers
• Insanely high shipping prices
• Really plain designs

Overall, my experience was 3 out of 10. I might consider buying from them again in the future, but only once they've drastically improved their cons. Their plain designs aren't my cup of tea, and I'm currently exploring other companies before making another purchase. I think Ultrasabers could improve their communication and shipping times to make their products a more attractive option for customers.

Ultra Sabers Ultra Sabers Product Review: Disappointing Quality, Poor Customer Service, and Outrageous Shipping Fees

When it comes to Ultra Sabers, I really must share my experience. I had high hopes for this company as I eagerly placed my order at the start of June, but unfortunately, I received it just yesterday in a severe state of disarray. However, I do try to understand that COVID has caused issues when it comes to fulfilling orders. But after contacting them through email and phone repeatedly from July through to August, I was met with absolutely no response. It wasn't until I took to Facebook to share my frustrations that someone finally contacted me back. We communicated for a bit, which eventually led to them finally fulfilling my order, but it was at the cost of zero compensation or an apology for making me wait so long. Additionally, when I asked if they could ship it faster after the long waiting period, they obnoxiously made me pay an additional $32 to expedite it, which is outrageous.

When the order finally arrived, I discovered that there were problems with the double-blade I purchased, specifically the Dominicide model with a diamond controller. It was unsteady and felt like the metal might snap at any moment. Furthermore, the initiate and the grab bag (which I purchased due to their promotion) were both far better made, but, unfortunately, the electronics quickly stopped working on the initiate after a few swings in mid-air. And to top off my disappointment, after activating the Dominicide and swinging it around, I found out that the soundboard was inoperable, even though it still appeared to light up. The wobbling had worsened to the point that it was unusable for any sort of dueling, an activity that Ultra Sabers claims these sabers are suited for. They are a considerable waste of money if you are looking for a high-quality product for cosplay or dueling.

If I could rate Ultra Sabers zero stars, I would have. I urge everyone to shop elsewhere and give their money to trustworthy companies like SaberForge or Vader's Vault. Don't waste your hard-earned money and time on a company that doesn't deliver on their promises nor care about the satisfaction of their customers.
