My Blackhorse Zero was shipped quickly and arrived quickly as well. Upon arrival, the box looked as though it had gone through a shredder. (Via *** This was in no fault of Motionrc. I opened the box to find that the fuselage was badly damaged with gouges and cracks. I contacted Motionrc via the online chat and was advised to open a ticket with a link provided. I was contacted promptly via email and corresponded with *** who was very nice, professional and took great care of me, rectifying the situation. I buy quite a bit from Motionrc and will continue to support this great company as a result of the A+ service. Thanks again.

I had purchased a set of landing gear for my discontinued FMS P-51 that I thought would work but they were just a little too big for my plane. I requested to return the landing gear and waited about a week for a reply and I had not seen a reply and thought I was going to be stuck with parts I could not use. I received a review request and gave them a bad review but they were quick to reply and showed that a return request had been approved and to check my junk mail and there it was. I felt pretty bad for leaving a bad review but very happy the issue has been quickly resolved and I do look forward to doing business with Motion RC again in the future

is bar none the best at repairing RC helicopters. I crashed my heli and shipped it to be repaired. He took the entire helicopter apart, sent photos of all the issues he found, ordered the parts and made the repairs. When I received my helicopter back it not only looked brand new, but flew better better than it ever has. His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is impeccable and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a kit built from scratch or anyone in need of repairs to a helicopter they already own. He not only stands by his work, but his prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using his services in the future. Thanks again

I have been doing business with Motion RC for several years, making many, many thousands of dollars in purchases. They even provided me with a special order for a product that was not available anywhere. My most recent experience involved a request for a picture of a product that wasn't available on their website. They opened up a new box and took a picture of it just for me. I ended up buying that item, along with other high dollar items. The order shipped out the next day. On many occasions, my orders were shipped out within 2 hrs. On rare times when I've had an issue with a product, I was sent replacement parts immediately. I will continue to do business with Motion as long as I stay in this hobby."

Confirmation that the *** voltage is 4.8 to 6.0 volts is what I needed. I am running *** servos at 8 volts and ran into an issue with the controller flashing all the lights like a low voltage issue was present. I suspect the chip set looks for a voltage in a specified range and if that voltage is not present the controller flashes the lights. I have a *** DC-DC Step-Down Power Module Buck Converter LM2596S on the way to lower the voltage for the *** connection.Thank you for your help confirming what I thought was occurring and needed to resolve the issue. Please let your supervisor know I have given you the rest of the day off for providing excellent customer service in a fast friendly manner.

I purchased a MrRC 4.1 sound system from Motion RC and had some trouble because it turns out the system does not work properly with a Smart ESC when Y-connecting it into the throttle channel on the receiver as directed. The solution was to use a spare channel in the receiver and mix it with the throttle. Since I was only using 7 of the 8 channels on my receiver and a 10 channel transmitter this was no problem. I will say that *** at Motion RC was very helpful and got the answers I needed from the manufacturer. I was a little disappointed that the messages I sent to Mr.RC directly on his web site were never answered, but *** filled the gap and got it figured out. My 5 stars are for *** and Motion RC.

I have ordered from Motion RC a couple of times now. I started flying RC planes last year and am now starting to get into fixing planes. I had made an order of servos for a SWIFT plane that I purchased to build. I received my order and was happy to see that everything was well packed and did not have any damage. After checking the action of the servos, I install a couple on the plane. One of the servos would not return to center, when testing on the plane. I submitted a video of the problem, without actually making a complaint. I realized that later. This was a week ago. After a day, I received notice that Motion RC was sending me a new servo. Motion RC customer service is great! Thanks to *** for taking care of me.

I recently made a big purchase through Motion RC. I purchased the black horse Gilmore 2350mm ARF. The item was shipped out & received quickly! Great sales / shipping department. However upon receiving the new plane there were a few things missing. The plane had no manual with it and was missing 3 small pieces to control the tail wheel of the plane. I contacted Motion RC support via the phone. The tech that I spoke with was super helpful. They only had a few questions and wanted to verify that I checked all the boxes / part bags. Once confirmed the parts were missing they sent me out a copy of the manual and the pieces right away. I've made quite a few purchases through Motion RC. It's because of their great support I keep going back!

First of all I would like to say that I don't usually do customer reviews, but in this case I made an exception. I had recently received a replacement nose gear for my Freewing T-33 from Motion RC. I installed the nose gear and on my very first takeoff the nose gear failed. Turns out the shaft that connects the servo to the landing gear strut sheared for no apparent reason. I contacted Motion RC customer service and gave them a brief account of what had happened. They quickly reviewed my request for a replacement nose gear assembly and sent it to me. I now have several successful flights on my T-33. I would like to thank the folks at Motion RC for providing us exceptional model airplanes and for standing by their products. Once again great job!

I went to order a airplane for my son's 12th birthday. He was so excited about it. When we got it we put some pieces together and realized it was not a toy for a 12 year old. It even says 30 day money back warranty. I went to send it back, and they required that you send it back in both boxes you received it in. Now they are wanting to keep my money and not give any back. This was an almost $300 airplane, and my sons only birthday present. They said they sent pictures because it was damaged which I know it was not, but the pictures won't pull up, and the guy can't get the pictures to pull up either. Plus now they want to send it back to me and me pay the return on it, I had to pay shipping to have it sent to them. This is poor customer service. "

I have a lot of planes in my hanger from many manufacturers and suppliers but my new Skynetic *** was my first Motion R.C. airplane purchase. I must admit the superior quality and unique design features pleasantly surprised me for the price.The plane looks and fly's great. The packaging was ideal and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There were no assembly instructions but a quick note to Motion R.C. provided a link to the online assembly instructions. I love the plane but the reason I will be making additional Motion R.C. purchases is their customer service. Ozzy, a real *** Professional took the time to make sure everything about the airplane, ordering, shipping and maiden flight surpassed my expectations. I recommend Motion R.C fully and the Skynetic Shrike is a great choice for a low cost motor glider.

I had my first interactions with the team at *** this month and I can't speak highly enough of their customer service, punctual communications and product offering. They clearly give a lot back to the hobby as well and have been great to deal with. Being in ***, we like many countries are suffering from supply chain issues and exorbitant shipping costs making obtaining products and supporting local suppliers difficult. *** have addressed this current gap effectively in spite of the added freight costs and by example I have already placed and received 2 orders from *** in the same time an order placed with a well known *** supplier ordered 2 weeks prior is still sitting at ***!*** clearly run a professional business and I encourage overseas purchasers to use them where local supply cannot be provided.Great job *** "

Motion RC has Great products and service. I've been flying the FL 1.6 m Spitfire for at least 2 years and love how it flies and looks in the air. Just a beautiful well engineered and well built aircraft. The attention to detail, the ball link fittings and hidden hinges just top it off. The retracts and struts have held up very well on the somewhat uneven grass fields I fly from. I'm now in the process of assembling the FL 1.6 m F4-U Corsair. Not surprisingly its every bit as nicely done as the Spitfire. Another fine rendition of a famous warbird. I can't wait for warmer weather to fly it. I think both of these planes are a very good value due in most part to the engineering and fit & finish. I fly my planes hard and do occasionally damage them. MRC keeps parts on hand at reasonable prices, another reason to recommend them. Whenever I've had an issue with with a part or problem MRC has always come through for me. No hassle lets get it done attitude. You can't go wrong wrong with Motion RC, they are Great!

From my observation, MotionRC is new in this business, but the management team understands that they are in a very completive market. They know that *** has good management team, we will not see *** The same thing happened to Hechinger Building supply store, *** put them out of business for the same reason:MotionRC has an excellent customer service. You may not have the answer in the same day, but they will give you the answer on the next business day.Their website is easy to navigate, just like you go to a store, you would go to the section labeled the item that you want, and not the company who makes it. The customers may not remember the company, but they know what is in their hand.MotionRC still give the customers the free shipping if the order is $100.00 and more. Some outfit has increased to $200.00 (I don't want to mention the name here) The MotionRC price is competitive. You will find a couple of bucks less than the others.MotionRC always find the way to save customers' money with the new products. For example,I bought a Ngh 35cc gas engine for under $300.00 Other brand name, from another outfit would cost more than $400.00 with the same horsepower. I have more than 100 flights on this engine, and it still runs like a champ. Sometimes we just pay for the name.I just bought one six channel Futaba compatible receiver for $22.00 to try, why paying $46.00/ MotionRC may have the different price for the difference application/.I have been in this hobby for more than thirty years, and I am a Buddhist who believe in the reincarnation, my next life may be a MotionRC's employee.Keep up the good work, guys.

I got an RC plane from Motion RC, LLC called Ju52 about a year ago. I messed up and crashed it on the first flight, my bad. Fixing it is not too hard, but the parts I need to replace are never in stock. That's my second issue. Motion RC still sells this model even though they know the replacement parts are not available.

I got this plane from Motion RC, the Freewing Mig-21, and I've been flying it for a while now. But one day, when I turned it on, the speed controller caught fire! The battery connectors fused together and kept feeding the fire until I cut the leads. I had to take it outside and use an extinguisher to put it out. The fire messed up my garage and the plane was destroyed. I contacted Motion RC and they said they don't support planes after 30 days or if they've been flown. I get that, but I told them it wasn't my fault and I had proof that it was a design problem. They didn't care and just sent me short emails. They should replace my plane and check if it's a safety issue for others. It's not cool to ignore customers when there's a danger involved.

I bought a plane to fly with my other planes, but it didn't fly right. Even though I followed the instructions, the plane didn't work properly. I tried to fix it, but it kept breaking the prop. I talked to Motion RC tech support, but they didn't believe me. They said it was my fault and that I needed to prove it with a video. I broke a lot of props and only flew the plane a few times. I don't think this is a good product and I'm disappointed with the customer service. They say they believe in quality, but they didn't help me at all.
