UKSoccerShop – Olise bayern munich shirt

I bought a football shirt for my brother for his birthday (on 17 October 2024) and only after I gave it to him did he tell me the number was wrong (which leads me to think the jerseys are fake anyway, even though it cost £89.99). I started the return of the shirt (on 05 November 2024), through the correct channels and after it was received by them I got a ‘refund initiated’ email, but then just never received the refund. They initially replied to my emails saying they’d look into it but have since stopped responding.
