Terrible Customer Service and Overpriced Shipping - Avoid This Website!
This website ain't no good, man! They charge way too much for shipping and when you try to tell them, they get all snippy with you. It's just not right, you know? They should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers like this. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, not even my worst enemy!
Orange Shine Review: Great Shopping Website with Some Drawbacks
orangeshine.com is a great website for shopping. I really like it. However, sometimes the vendors take a long time to respond and they don't update their stock information very often. This can be frustrating when you're trying to buy something and it's not available. Another thing that bothers me is the shipping cost. It's just too high! But, on the bright side, the customer representatives are always very nice and helpful. They're always willing to answer any questions you have and help you out if you need it. Overall, I would recommend Orange Shine to anyone who loves to shop online. Just be prepared for some delays and high shipping costs.
OrangeShine Review: Great Platform for Wholesale Products, but Room for Improvement in Communication and Logistics
but it's worth it! The website is easy to navigate and has a wide variety of products to choose from. The prices are reasonable and the quality is good. However, there are some issues with shipping and customer service. Sometimes orders take longer than expected to arrive and it can be difficult to get in touch with someone to resolve any issues. Overall, OrangeShine is a great platform for retailers to find and purchase wholesale products, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and logistics.
Disappointing Experience with OrangeShine Vendor Snowa: A Warning to Shoppers
I gotta say, OrangeShine ain't the best place to shop. I had a real bad experience with one of their vendors, Snowa. They only shipped me a fraction of my order and even sent me the wrong items. When I called to sort it out, I got passed around to some customer service rep named csr1 who didn't do squat to help me out. Then they promised me Christine would call me back, but she never did. I was left on hold for ages and never got any resolution. Honestly, I'd recommend shopping somewhere else. This site ain't worth the hassle.
Disappointing Experience with OrangeShine's Mazik Preorder: Constant Delays and Order Cancellation
So, I was looking for a new online store to buy some clothes and accessories from. I stumbled upon OrangeShine and decided to give it a try. I placed an order on March 5th from a brand called Mazik. They told me it was a preorder, which was fine with me. However, things started to go downhill from there.
They kept pushing the date back multiple times, which was frustrating. I had already taken orders from my customers and was counting on receiving the items on time. But, alas, that was not the case. To make matters worse, they eventually canceled my order because of low orders. I mean, why make me wait and string me along all this time with different dates for no reason?
Overall, my experience with OrangeShine was not great. I understand that preorders can sometimes take longer to fulfill, but the constant delays and eventual cancellation of my order were unacceptable. I hope they can improve their communication and fulfillment processes in the future.
OrangeShine Review: Great Customer Service, Mixed Quality Control
So, I was checking out OrangeShine and I gotta say, I talked to one of their reps and it was pretty good. She really listened to what I had to say and helped me out with my concerns. I ended up ordering from one of their vendors and let me tell you, I was absolutely in love with one of the items I got. It was just perfect.
But, my second order wasn't as great. There were some issues with the stitching and the quality just wasn't up to par. So, my advice to you is to make sure you inspect all of your items as soon as you get them. Don't wait too long or you might miss something.
Overall, OrangeShine seems like a pretty solid place to shop. They've got some great vendors and their customer service is pretty good. Just make sure you keep an eye out for any issues with your orders.
OrangeShine Review: Solid Customer Service, Shady Vendors
Yo, so I gotta say, OrangeShine's customer service is pretty solid. I mean, I was gonna give it a full 5 stars, but there's this one thing that kinda irked me. They let vendors like SHOWA sell clothes that don't look anything like the pics they show. Like, what's up with that? The quality is straight up garbage and their customer service is weak sauce. But hey, at least I got my money back when I returned the stuff, even though I had to pay for shipping. So yeah, OrangeShine's customer service is cool, but watch out for those shady vendors.
Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Experience with Orangeshine
Orangeshine is a website where you can buy clothes and accessories. They have a lot of different styles and brands to choose from. However, I had a bad experience with them. When I ordered something, they took my money right away. But then, they didn't actually have the product in stock. They had to order it from the vendor, which took a long time. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size. I tried to contact Orangeshine for help, but they were no help at all. They just told me to deal with the vendor myself. It was really frustrating because I had already paid for the product and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it. Overall, I would not recommend Orangeshine because they don't seem to care about their customers. They just want to take your money and leave you to deal with any problems on your own.
Mixed Experience with OrangeShine: Great with Hearts and Hips, but Yoyo5 was a Letdown
I recently made some orders from OrangeShine and I gotta say, it was a mixed experience. I ordered from two different brands, Hearts and Hips and Yoyo5. Hearts and Hips was great! I got some really cool stuff at an affordable price and the shipping was pretty good too. But then there was Yoyo5. Oh boy, where do I even begin?
First off, the box that my Yoyo5 shirts came in was completely crushed. And to make matters worse, some of the hangers were broken too. Not a great start. But it gets worse. I ordered six shirts from Yoyo5, but only received five of them. And to top it all off, the shipping was pretty expensive. Not cool, Yoyo5.
I tried reaching out to both Yoyo5 and OrangeShine to see if I could get that missing shirt, but no luck. It's like they didn't even care. And let me tell you, Yoyo5 is a bunch of thieves. They'll rip you off if you're not careful. I wish I could leave a review just for them, but unfortunately I can't.
Overall, my experience with OrangeShine was a bit of a rollercoaster. Hearts and Hips was awesome, but Yoyo5 was a total letdown. If you're thinking about ordering from them, just be careful and keep your expectations low.
Disappointing Experience with OrangeShine: Poor Quality, Packaging, and Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on OrangeShine. Like, seriously, don't even bother using them unless you're cool with getting a bunch of orders that are straight up garbage. And don't even get me started on the packaging - half the time it's got Chinese writing all over it, like what the heck? And then, to top it all off, they forgot to ship one of my items! Like, come on, I paid for that! And when I called in to ask about it, they acted like it was no big deal. Uh, excuse me? I'm not about to just let that slide.
But honestly, the worst part is the quality of the products. They're not true to size at all, and they're just pure junk. Like, I don't know how they even manage to sell this stuff. And then, of course, you end up with a bunch of refund requests to deal with. It's like, why even bother, you know? If you're an American vendor like me, you're better off looking elsewhere. Trust me, I've got the emails to prove it.
