This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

The most appalling customer service I have ever had. Rude staff, poor levels of intelligence, scruffy and shocking attitude to customers.

I tried to re-arrange a parcel delivery from the Leicester branch, and failing to get an answer via phone, I dropped an email to them on the email address provided on the card left by the driver.

The delivery was delivered on the wrong day, and I rang them up to say I had emailed them, and they said they didnt bother checking any emails so thats why they didnt know about the new arrangements. They finally agreed to re-deliver at the agreed time, but the tone of their attitude was so poor I knew it wouldnt be and it wasnt.

On telephoning them, they then said the driver had delivered, on that day, which he hadnt as I had been in all day waiting for him, never leaving the office at all, overlooking the main road, and their was no card left. They said they believed the driver as they knew him well, and did not believe me !

On sending someone down to the depot, the parcel was at the depot and not even on the said vehicle that had suppossedly taken it out to deliver and the vehicle was still out on the road, so amazing how the driver thought he had delivered a parcel when it wasnt even on his vehicle.!

No apology from UKMail, they were very rude to the person collecting the parcel, scruffy, untidy, dirty and ignorant.

Why use a company like this, when DHL and UPS provide an excellent service, high level of care, are smart and reliable.

For the second time having ordered a phone from O2 yet again UK Mail failed to deliver.
The first time they said they tried to deliver but got no answer so left a card.
Strange as we were in all day and no delivery was attempted and if a card was left it was probably in the van.
Tried calling but no reply just a stroppy answerphone message with inane comments.
Sadly it's happened again.
An ipad was due yesterday and tracking the order it apparently was out for delivery at 8.30 and presumably is on its way.
Perhaps we live on the moon.
What a shambles of an organisation.
Absolutely useless and l am surprised anyone uses them especially a large organisation like O2.
I will be cancelling the order with O2 and go elsewhere.
DO NOT USE UK MAIL, THEY ARE THE MOST USELESS DISORGANISED RAMSHACKLED DELIVERY COMPANY.
UNLESS OF COURSE YOU DON'T WANT AN ITEM COLLECTED OR DELIVERED ON TIME.
IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT THEN THEY ARE PERFECT FOR THAT.

I thought nothing could be worse than Yodel, then along came UK Mail or rather they didn't come along!
Goods ordered on Tuesday 4th Nov. for next day delivery, waited in all day Wednesday UKM tracking said the parcel was out for delivery, late Wednesday night the status changed from out for delivery to delayed at 10.00 a.m. Thursday UKM tracking showed both an expected delivery for that day and also delayed, waited in, nothing came. Friday, contacted the sender, they were not int surprised that it had not arrived, they arranged for a replacement to be sent by another carrier, the replacement arrived on time. Today (11th November) UKM tracking still shows the package as delayed! Clearly UK Mail could not be bothered to even attempt to deliver the package.

UKMail are beyond disgusting! i am waiting for delivery of my new iphone, i received all the normal email and text updates from my provider and a delivery confirmation from UKmail for a very precise delivery time window. The phone didn't arrive, i spent 25mins waiting for an adviser who gave me little / useless information. i again tried to call them today waited for another 15mins and gave up. Their update is that the phone was delivered and signed for by me, who wasn't even at home it was my wife and she didn't receive anything.
I have no idea were my phone is and suspect it could well have been stolen, has anyone else suffered this?
My advise would be to avoid using UKMail like avoiding catching Ebola!
Summary a disgusting, un-customer focussed, lying arrogant business - You've been warned.

I should add, it's three days since I wrote this, and I still have no parcel!

Dear UKMail,
At the end of six days of mind boggling incompetence, with a problem as simple to solve as 'pick up the phone to contact the customer if you cannot find the address'... I am still without a parcel.
You have one job.
I have honestly had more luck training my cats to play the piano than getting this parcel delivered to a business address.
I have today again been told 'the driver is coming'. Now, it's 19.30 (the tantalising target timeframe text was 10.56 - 11.56) and you have wasted another precious evening.
The previous evening was spent waiting in a car park, owing to the fact I spoke to someone, who assured me the driver WAS coming, WOULD NOT turn around, and I would be called if there was any issue whatsoever. I eventually had to call back after waiting two hours, and then I waited another half hour on the phone. Add this to the two hours calling them earlier. Finally I'm told... wait for it... 'The driver had problems finding the address'.
Who has time for this futile exercise?
Rather than ring your hopeless helpline and wait another hour in a queue that neither counts down the customers remaining, or gives you any hint as to how many more of your valuable minutes you might use in a sad effort to speak to someone who can offer nothing further than 'We can reschedule delivery again for tomorrow', I have crafted this email to you, which I will share with my Facebook friends in the hope that fewer people will have to endure your persistent nonsense.
Try again tomorrow? I'm sorry what? You've tried four times so far, and each time the driver has shrugged, and turned around, instead of applying common sense and ringing the customer for directions, as repeatedly requested. For four days. Plus of course the additional wasted days because you don't deliver on a weekend.
Perhaps a different approach might be needed? Yes, I'll look forward to waiting around, again, tomorrow, thank you very much.
In case that wasn't incredibly clear, yes, please reschedule the delivery for tomorrow. Again. And for the rest of the week while you're at it.
Preferably, post it with another courier who will do their one job.
Here are some thorough and detailed directions which you can gaffer tape to the drivers arm:
[redacted]
Warm regards,
Jason Wilson

They told the dispatcher they had tried to deliver 3 times but address was not found. They had 1 attempt recorded on their website. It took 3 weeks for an overnight delivery during which I send many emails to both supplier of goods and UK Mail before the goods were received with a damaged carton. The driver did not deliver the parcel to the door but left it at the gate and drove off.

The service from UK Mail is appalling. I responded to their text message offering a choice of delivery date and they ignored my response. The reference number on the failed delivery card had no relevance at all, but the card stated that the delivery would happen the next working day. I waited in the next day. Nothing. Then another card the following day telling me the item was at "The
Depot". No indication where. I emailed customer care a week ago and received a standard reply and no further contact. I'm calling them now and the phone cuts off after several rings. Please do not use UK Mail the service is just unprofessional.

Nothing has changed with this company in all the years of complaints . How are they still in business when there are other companies out there providing good service ! My story the same. Lies, damn lies and no such thing as ' next day delivery'. Absurd waiting time to speak to anyone who then just kept saying things like "I don't know I'm not the driver! "
DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT USES THIS COMPANY.

Couple of months ago when I inquired about my parcel they said it was delivered and signed for by a concierge. There is no concierge where I live. They could not find it so I had to go to every building in the vicinity to find a concierge. I did manage to find it finally and UK Mail called me next day, telling me they still can't find it.
Few days ago I was expecting another delivery with UK Mail, got a card in mailbox instead, saying they attempted a delivery. I was home all day. I sent an inquiry online, got an automatic reply saying hey will deliver again next day and case is closed. Next day - no delivery. When I called they said they had attempted again! This time there wasn't even a card. They apologised and said they will deliver next morning and give me a call when they are here. Again, nobody came. When I called, they said their system is down and they can't even track my parcel. They can't do anything to help me. I can't even cancel the delivery to get my money back.

why am i not surprised to see this..

I also work for Ukmail as a hgv1 driver and would advise anyone who thinks about ordering something thats delivered by us to think twice.

The work conditions are crap, they run around like rats all day, no one talks to each other, their systems dont work or arent checked on a daily basis, the van drivers are over stretched..

hence why 99% of the time youre fed ### from the idiot youre talking to on the other end of the phone who actually has no idea on what they are on about.

I was sent goods next day delivery and they did not show and text me offering dates a week later. You can not get through to the customer service department because the phone just hangs up after around 10 rings. I did manage to get through on 9th occasion and agreed a revised delivery date six days later only to find the times had not been put on the van. They told me the good had not been deliver to the depot but I know for a fact they had them. So after paying for next day delivery a week down the line I still have no idea when I will get .goods. Do Not Use This Company, Just look at all the reviews and they fail to deliver all the time and customer services do not exists. So very disorganised

UKMail have very poor service. Received two 'we're sorry we missed you' cards. Logged onto website to arrange redelivery but the item was showing as delivered (even though I'd not received the item) so there was no option to arrange redelivery. Tried phoning but the number quoted on the website just rings and rings and rings. Emailed using the 'submit enquiry option'. Received a reply saying I had to arrange redelivery on the website (they'd clearly not read my email). Ended up having to send several more 'submit enquiry forms' as their replies were inadequate and didn't address the issue, I even asked for a redelivery or call back on the enquiry form but these requests were ignored and the same answer provided. After each email I received back they closed the case immediately (despite not making any progress with my issue). One of the replies eventually said my item had been sent back to a depot but again gave me no option to arrange a redelivery. I sent another form requesting they open a complaint but this received a similar response to my other queries and said I should arrange redelivery on the website. I decided to try and find an alternative number which I found on here: http://www.saynoto0870.com/companysearch.php and got straight through to the depot who arranged the redelivery (though I'm still waiting for it to arrive!). Appalling service and the fact that you can only seem to contact through the enquiry forms is ridiculous as they close the queries after they have provided a response which means you have to send another enquiry form as they cannot accept email replies! Have advised the sender to use a different courier in future and won't be using them myself.

I started to use UK mail after hearing good reports and the fact that they less expensive than the company I was using at the time. What a mistake that was! I only used them for 7 days and they managed to lose a parcel completely and were late by 4 days delivering several more parcels. I have asked for compensation that has fallen on deaf ears. They had the audacity to take money from my bank account by means of direct debit which I had cancelled, I have been promised a credit which has never materialised! I have lost at least 2 customers and have upset several more because of their incompetence. I urge you not to use this company and pas this on to all your contacts.

Awaiting in all day for package to arrive. Was told I needed photo ID for then to give me my package. My passport is 6 years into its 10 and I look no different. The driver was rude and abusive towards me arguing that I was not the person in photo. Refused to give package and walked away shouting. Terrible service. Will refuse any package from them from no on.

I work for ukmail and these comments are harsh...

Although we deliver your items, we can only call, text, redeliver etc, if the senders allow us.

We have certain contracts.

Ukmail have a 99% pass rate for all deliveries.

They are not that bad.

ETA's of 4 hours or the new 1 hour windows are ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL.

it would have been booked by the SENDERS on a all day service.

Thanks

I was to recive a parcel on 10th June 2014 and got a message from Ukmail saying ` your parcel will be delivered between 20:22-21:22, so i stayed in my apartment from 18:00 all night. Never got a buz from the door bell as you have to ring. Next morning I went to the letter box and seen a WE'RE SORRY WE MISSED YOU card. I though that funny i never got a call, no-one came. So i tried to type in the card ref and postcode into the website the next day of 11th June.

It said no results so i emailed them. Then i got a message saying your order will be delived between 15:45-16:45 so i though ok their re-delivering it. I waited in from 3-5.30 they never came! I checked the mail box today and nothing there. I could not ring them as 0845 number i cannot use on my phone, its too far to travel to the nearset depot. I'm very confused and fustraited. I need my parcel today.

please...if you are a company using or thinking of using uk mail, DON'T. This mickey mouse firm will lose your credibility through no fault of your own . As a customer who uses various companies to puchase goods from, I now have to check on who they use as a courier before checking whether to buy or not . I believe uk mail think we enjoy sitting waiting for our goods to arrive to the extent our fingernails and hair have grown a metre and we are all aggraphobics frightened of leaving our houses. If you are a company using uk mail, please advise your customers to state which future year or decade you would like the goods to be delivered, this includes 1 day delivery! To there credit there must be someone in charge with a sense of humour believing taking the piss out of us mere mortals is funny.

I recently bought a new phone through T-Mobile (EE), new contract along with a shiny new i-phone 5, well I say shiny as I'm yet to see it. T-mobile were on the ball with e-mails and follow up calls before delivery, and I was told by them, "Were glad to tell you your new phone will be with you tomorrow - Enjoy!".

That was when all the lying from UK Mail started. The delivery driver 'attempted' delivery sometime when I was waiting to go to work, so never moved out of the house while constantly 'window watching'. No knock on the door and No delivery card.? After I couldn't wait any longer, I made a call to the depot to see how far from delivery he was to be told he'd tried an hour and half earlier - Complete and utter lies! I'd mentioned there was no card left, to be told "He left it in the 'gated' area", that I don't have!

After many calls in between work that night, I managed to rebook delivery for Monday 17th Feb, between 08.30 - 12.30. That's when after checking the tracker this morning, my parcel wasn't showing on their delivery for today - surly a mistake on the tracker, as I'd sorted this all out after Fridays ### up...? After yet another call, I was told "Unfortunately, you are on the schedule, but your parcel is still here and all the vans have left"... After all that, he re booked now for tomorrow and had to update the details i'd updated on Friday.

No communication between staff, blatant lies being told to everyone - If tomorrow doesn't go to plan, T-Mobile are going to lose a 2 year deal!

i advise anyone to use a different service. i ordered a package using next day delivery and was told the day of the delivery. that my parcel had missed it connecting vehicle asif the parcel had its own set of legs and wondered off. rather than blame there over sight or laziness they would rather blame the package for missing its lift? no reasonable explanation was given nore refund. these people have no customer service skills or reliability! DO NOT USE !

I agree. When my delivery had not appeared 10 days after ordering, I rang " customer services" to find out where it was. I was told it had gone back to the depot because delivery had been attempted three times and that a card had been left on each occasion. I had been working at home on all of the dates of the supposed attempts, sitting at a table by a window overlooking the front path. Nobody had attempted to deliver a parcel and no cards were left. The person on the phone said that the parcel was at the Slough depot and that I could pick it up, if I got there by 8 pm. This was on 14/01/14. I arrived, after a fifty minute drive, to be told the parcel was in Preston. I was told the parcel would be back at Slough at midnight. I do not know who told Preston that the thing had to be sent to Slough. I was then told that my parcel would be delivered today. It is 9 pm and I have been in all day. It has not been delivered. I confidently predict that when I ring up, I will be told that the driver tried to deliver and left a card ( he didn't ), necessitating another trip to Slough so that I can do his job for him while he is swilling beer or doing whatever it is he is doing instead? NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Yep agree with all these people. Utter rubbish, I waited by the door for a delivery due to come between 4.45 and 6.00pm as agreed on the phone with their rep, it didnt come. Next day I was told that he had been there, it was on their records. Their self employed driver had just fibbed and put a report to say he had come. In the end I drove 40 mile round trip to pick it up from their depot as I didn't trust a single one of their staff to tell the truth. Waste of 2 days and my money.

UK mail worst company ever ! I would love to get them exposed this is not dissimiler to stealing ! In fact I consider my goods to have been stolen now ! However every day the staff at Bristol customer care who are very polite tell me that the parcel is on the van for delivery ! every day I make sure that someone is in the house ( She has now used up 5 days of her holiday allowence from work ! ) I've even been upgraded to a saturday delivery which also didn't arrive ! By the way I paid an extra £5.00 for next day delivery JOKE ! I am so angry but very little one can do about it ! WE NEED HELP TO EXPOSE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY ! I have had promises of a call back from managers and it doesn't happen. My worst fear is that now the post office is privatly run are UK mail going to get involved as this could bring the country down ! So far 7 days and counting !

So here is my gripe with UKMail, The delivery/Pick up driver does not arrive when they should even if you pay the £1.00p extra for a timed pick up.

No excuse, No sorry, Not a clue, however that's what happens when a company like UKMail sub contract self employed drivers and pay them Chicken feed or similar feed.

So I will tell you what I do when they mess up and are late and keep me waiting.

I pay using PAYPAL and if the the driver is late I lodge a claim with Paypal
and keep it open for the maximum 20 days.

Which is all Legal and within Paypal rules as it is a genuine dispute between a buyer and seller.

However here is the catch you will never win the claim even if you escalate it as it's not for physical goods believe it or not, so the company will get their money back however minus 20 days interest.

No imagine this scenario let's say that if everyone who had a dispute with UKMail for breaching their agreement and keeping you waiting in like a mug raised a dispute for the full 20 days can you imagine what that would do to their profits.

OK let's say if only half the people paying by Paypal did that for the full 20 days it would be a complete and utter inconvenience to UKMail and might make them treat customers better in the future.

I have posted this message on my twitter account, youtube, tumblr, etc so that it reaches a wide audience.

Enjoy.

Had a complete nightmare with this useless rude company.

New mobile phone was meant to be sent out by my network provider 7 days ago, and T-mobile (who I'm not blaming at all) said their courier UKMail would have it to me between 11pm - 3pm the next day.
I took time off work to be at home during this period and arrived to find a 'sorry we missed you note' with the time 9.25am on it, and no consignment number. In my eyes early delivery is as bad as late delivery as you're planning your day around this time slot, but the card said that redelivery would be arranged for the next working day (after the weekend) between 11am - 3pm with no other information on it, so I resigned myself to having to just wait for it.

Monday morning comes, no ring of the bell or knock of the door but I hear the letter flap go at 10am and see another note. (I'm aware how ridiculous this is all starting to sound - I feel ridiculous that it's happened!) - I ran up the road in my dressing gown chasing a driver that has driven down the street, without any luck. The consignment number on this new card is written down incorrectly and covered in scribbles. After a long process on the phone (and a very expensive call) with UKMail, we figure out my correct consignment number. Delivery is arranged for the next day, same time. I double check it will be no earlier than 11am and no later than 2pm (when I had to be back at work).

Tuesday roles through, no delivery. I call UKMail and am told by a very rude and unhelpful call centre operative that the parcel is still in their warehouse and was never scheduled for delivery that day - to my astonishment - and when I explained about my call the previous day and the situation with the note being dropped and no door bell ring, sounded bored and skeptical. Arranged a new delivery with him this morning between 11am and 2pm.

Woke up at 8am this morning (I've now taken 3 full mornings off work for this, at my financial loss) called UKMail to DOUBLE CHECK the parcel was definitely coming and that the bell would be rung/ door knocked, and was assured it was between 11am and 2pm.
9.35am, I go to check the door and there's a note on the front matt, time noted 9.25am that I missed the delivery again. I was in the living room and I assure you, they did not knock or ring the bell. And more to the point, it was much before 11am AGAIN. Called UKMail AGAIN and spoke to the rudest most unhelpful person, who told me I'd come through to the wrong dept, reluctantly agreed to transfer me to the correct dept, failed to be able to do that, and then eventually said he could look into it himself after all. I explained the situation, he said they can't contact drivers directly but would speak to the depot - 10 minutes on hold later - he comes back saying he's spoken to the driver (!) who told him he was knocking for a length of time and there was no answer so I obviously wasn't here.
If I want my package he tells me, I have to pick it up myself from their Greenford depot (nowhere near where I live) or arrange another delivery tomorrow.
Having lost all faith in their drivers, I ask for directions to the depot and the operator says he's actually based in Leeds and has know idea where it is, so I should just look it up, then hangs up rudely...

I'm at the end of my tether with this as its been a WEEK and I urgently need my new mobile for work. I've now called T-mobile, explained the situation and that I really am not in a position to go chasing my phone around the city, and am waiting to see if they can cancel this phone and send me a new one via a different courier.
I'm making a formal complaint - does anyone have any advice how to follow this up with the correct channels?

Oh dear, they are complete rubbish. After waiting in for three days for a delivery from TalkTalk (their choice of carrier not mine) I went online to track the delivery. It stated they tried to deliver twice and left a card both times - they did neither.
I called their customer service centre and after the phone ringing for 10 mins eventually spoke to someone. He sounded as if he hears the same story hundreds of times a day. The delivery was rearranged for 07:30 to 11:30 today and the driver was given my mobile number to call when he was in the area as well as detailed directions. At 12:30 - one hour AFTER the latest delivery time I called CS again who told me 07:30 to 11:30 is only an estimate, as is the DAY from my experience. Here I am at 13:15 waiting for the phone to ring or a van to turn up. The thing is we have no choice which carrier a supplier decides to use so we’re stuck with cowboy outfits like UK Mail unless we complain to the companies who give them business. Which is what I will do next.

No change from a year on, and still no parcel
Dear Sir / Madam,

REF: NE29 0DP. 13 Sidney Street. North Shields

it is with regret that I must raise my concerns with this letter of complaint, but out of pure frustration and time wasted I am contacting you following a my attempts to retrieve a parcel.
On Thursday the 29th of November 2012, I received a card to say that I had missed a delivery of a parcel, I followed the instructions and through your website I arranged to pick up the parcel from the Team Valley depot. After a 20 minute wait in what I would describe as a freezing cold holding cell, a genteman appeared through the top half of a door, took my card and others with the consignment No on, and then closed the door.
After a further 10 minute wait I was informed that the parcel was still on the delivery van and would be delivered that day, the gentleman returned through the door to find out the estimated time of delivery.
After a further wait, and bearing in mind that I live 45 minutes away I returned home to attempt to be in for the delivery, hence no delivery and now no consignment number.
I contacted the Customer Care No on Monday morning 3rd of December 2012 and explained the situation to a lady, where I was told it would be delivered today the 4th of December 2012.
After waiting in my home I contacted Customer Care again to see if I could confirm the delivery, I was told that the parcel was awaiting to be picked up since Friday as I had stated on the website.
We now have an arrangement where the parcel will be left at the rear of the property as I cannot guarantee I will be in, I did request the parcel to be left at the corner shop across the road.
I really find the service to be unreasonable and as I have mentioned frustrating, from the unwelcoming appearance of the depot to the lack of communication, again I must of been on hold for 30 min when I telephoned.

Terrible service, orange use them for delivery and still after a week, I have no idea where my I phone is. For the last 2 days I have stayed at home from 8 until 20hrs and still no delivery. The website is unhelpful and the fact they don't answer the phone really doesn't help! I'm livid and orange will lose a customer because of this!

No wonder this country is in the state its in with companies out there like UKMAIL. What a shower! I order an item and get an email saying it will be delivered between 13.30hrs and 16.30 hrs. No show even though I had taken the afternoon off to take delivery of item. Then try to track delivery online but... first site down, then... cant trace my order reference. Either this lot will buck up or sooner than later the company will go under. STILL WAITING UKMAIL...

Dreadful service. I missed the first delivery attempt on Friday 25/5/12 by 5mins. Driver left a card. I went online and rescheduled for the Monday 28/05/12. I waited in all afternoon after receiving text confirmation of 12pm to 3pm slot. By 3:30pm when still no delivery made I contact customer services and was told the drivers scanning device had instructed him to return the parcel to the Birmingham depot. I was told it would be delivered the following day. Again I received a text confirmation for a delivery slot between 12pm and 3pm. By 14:00 no vehicle had turned up so I checked online. The tracking record had an alert : Check Delivery Address - Please Call. I contacted customer services and they said someone would call me back. I received a call from the Birmingham depot asking for my contact number so that the driver could call me for the address. When I mentioned that a card had been dropped off the previous Friday so he must know the address, I was told it was an Agency driver on today! By 3pm I had not received a call from the driver so I contacted customer services only to be told their computer systems had gone down and there was nothing they could do. I tried to check online but the tracking service no longer worked. I have wasted two afternoons staying in at home and still don;t know when I will receive the item. This is appalling service. I'll never complain about Royal Mail again! Don't use UKMAIL.

Hello,
Used their service 1st time. Yesterday been first delivery attempt been away, today spend all day waiting for parcel. Been constantly tracking it, and some how noticed that I missed delivery... Surprise surprise... No card left, so obviously have no details of delivery driver or depo to collect.
On yesterdays card been only Consignment Number and no contact details as is bad in a first place as could collect today rather than waiting for ghost driver...
Asked to investigate this issue as UK got one untrusty "Royal Mail" delivery service.

i also agree with what has already been stated above. I placed an order, and paid extra for a next day delivery, which UK Mail were delivering 12days later i am still waiting. Everytime you contact them and ask for the persons name your speaking too, when you ring back they say they dont have anyone of that name working there. Everytime i rang to track it i was told it will be there within the hour, two hours later i would back, then i was told they had tried to delivery but there is no one to sign for it. All the while im practically sitting at the front door waiting, no card left. Next day i rang again and was told that it wasnt even put on a van as it was to big, another excuse, not enought drivers. Just a few of the excuse i have listened too over the 12 days i have been chasing it. I am a procurement manager for a very large company and i would NOT trust this cowboys with my companies reputation. They are a joke ! Update, i am still waiting...

Completely disagree. Last year when all the bad weather was effectively crippling us all we were in a position of our business having to temporarily close because Should and city link were unable to deliver. Uk mail came to the rescue. Their staff and vehicles are always smartly turned out and their drivers I have found to be always courteous and helpful. We spend approximately 6, 000. Per month with Uk mail and have very few issues. We very rarely change carrier because of the inconvenience but we wish we had used Uk mail over the last 15 years that I have been in charge of distribution instead of the appalling service levels offered by city link, dhl, and ups. Unless something major happens, we are continuing to use Uk mail. Just thought I'd set the record straight. Ifyou Google other carriers you will find complaints on them all. Uk mail seems to have the least! Now d that from you something?

Absolutely useless in every way .. they lie consistently, do not deliver or collect as promised .. I can not understand how they remain in business. We speak as a Company that has used them for deliveries and even as their customer we have been treated appalingly
