Dear Management
May father has been passed away he had two phone numbers: [protected] and [protected]. CNIC: [protected]
These SIMs are being used by his widow, and she is not living with us after completion of the Eddat. Therefore, any responsibility of mis use or fraudulent activity through these SIMs will not be upon us.
it is requested to closed these sims ASAP.
death certificate is attached and has been submitted ti the NADRA.
