I am intersted in the installation of ufone tower village Teri district Karak.Sir there is issue of telenor signal all the time and there is no other tower of ufone for long ditance.Sir if you kindly visit your survey team for installation of ufone tower in village teri.Customer fed up from telenor.Population anout 1 lac use ufone and there will not be again issue of signals.

My Chargi number is [protected]. I paid 22,00 rupees before 30 May to get the double volume advertisement from 90176.

unfortunately, I observe most slow speed in my Chargi. it is also routine that i observe very slow speed at my Chargi.

Please resolve my issue, otherwise i will leave its usage forever.

I purchased a Rs 100 ufone card from a shop on 17th May 2022 at 11 AM, but it is not uploading saying this does not exist on vc.

I read the number on scratch card as [protected]. I wonder what other information you require?

It is submitted that internet services from the tower recenly installed at Hussay Khula Jamrud district khyber is remained closed each 2nd day. Today 17.04.2022 is also closed. Please resolve the issue.

There is no any Ufone mobile tower installed in the area therefore we are facing 2g, 3g and 4g very low signals and also very bad internet services deuto low network in the area. I have 20 kenal lands in Mousa Umrani, band Pandhi wala, basti Dolla Tehsil & district Dera Ghazi khan, Punjab. I will provide my land/ plot at reasonable rent to the company business. Other networks have already installed their towers, but insufficient to maitain and fulfill the demonds. Therefore, we are requesting to please send survey teams to the said area.

Due to an oversight two monthly internet bundles were subscribed on 5th September within 10 minutes. Immediately after committing the error I tried to reach Ufone customer services but noticed that their computerized services were malfunctioning. Even I tried to join Live Chat and noticed that Ufone Rep online was impatient and never gave me a chance to write a complaint in the dialogue box and despite several attempts the Rep on duty in haste kept closing the box.
The matter has been subject to extensive correspondence and Ufone Customer care team not willing to understand the situation and refused to refund the excess payment made to them

I put credits on my mobile and by 1 or 2 calls, it goes all away. I have not taken any data or other services from ufone.why they are charging me such amounts. I received sms that dear customer you have used this mbs of data take this offer very often. I have not taken any data package from you or even I have not open My data connection. I am very worried from your services. I used to call your device 333 and they do not talk to me, my whole balance drain because of calling your customer care. What is this care?. I am very disappointed and further I decides not to charge any balance on my phone until you solve my problem. I am looking forward to your response. Please do it as soon as I want to do calls.

Mobile data turned off, even restricted data to all apps but Ufone keeps stealing?

I know it's not just me, how do they get away with it? It's surprising even when you call the customer support agent, which btw they're charging you for and he throws some generic script at you, that you are some imbecile and don't know anything about using cell phones and Your apps are just consuming data. Thanks ufone support agent person, for landing a job that basically requires nothing but to lie and [censored] immensely because that's the Pakistani way

I've been using Ufone for the past 6 years and i'm a very loyal customer.
However let me let you, I am VERY VERY unsatisfied with your internet offers.

The fact that I have to get two (600 rps) super cards every month and even then I only get around 2.5 GBS for internet!

I recently activated two more packages that cost me 115 rupees. And I did not get a single MB for whatsapp. Please know your consumer demands.

I'm sorry but your internet offers are THE WORST! They are NOT AT ALL budget friendly.

I've had enough with Ufone. I'm definitely switching to another network.

We are facing signal probelms in our area as we are unable to make calls and Texts and no 3g service works to make calls it takes us to go out of our homes as we are living in centre of peshawar City i think it needs to get resolved kindly please resolve the issue

I reloaded a super card through my HBL app. I received message from HBL app but not Ufone. 600 rupees were deducted from HBL but I received no super card. My number is [protected]. I later loaded 50 rupees from the same app and received the balance on the same number. I tried calling 333 and other helplines but none of them were helpful. Kindly look into this matter.

The hell is with this low level service.

I am user on this ufone nmber from near about 15 to 16 years.

Its signals.. even net signal always goes down.

Too much bad experience

I am just stuck with it because it now become my professional number... my bad luck.

The recent big issue now I'm facing is the exteremely poorer internetfrom whole week.

I am a regular user but I am tired with your useless 3g service. Not even a single message is sending on whatsapp. Why you [censored]ing people are charging rs.600 when you dont have a service. I want to give -1 rating out of 100.
