On finding no response within requested time, I had no way other than to load another card last night. But laterally, ufone has activated the already loaded card (you may check details online). My monthly budget 600 has been raised to 1200, purely on account of unsatisfactory services by ufone.
It is now requested to please either refund 600 rupees or extend the expiry of both the card up to 27 April.

Dear Sir,

I just joined Ufone vide cell no. [protected] in Feb, 2021 and charged super card of Rs.499/- through easy paisa account and acknowledged through ufone SMS message received that the load valid upto 18/03/2021 but after few days balance expired and phone could not operative.

Please guiide me why it happendd

I have jazz sim which is on ufone network but I want back to convert my sim at mobilink network.ufone is creating hurdle in my network change issue.kindly resolve..my contact nu is [protected]

i am resident of Peshawar Pakistan, my village is Sherekera shermeer kalay, from the beginning of ufone service this area is always neglected by ufone .The signal are of ufone are very weak, all our family members in the country are using ufone so it is very difficult for us to contact our village persons . i can offer 6 month free of cost my building for the antenna of ufone . it is big populated area and the signals around 5KM of this area are week ..this will not only resolve our problem but also increase Ufone customers thanks regards.. my contact number is [protected].. and you can search my village just by searching ( Sherkera Sherekara shermeer kalay, ضلع پشاور, خیبر پختونخوا) in google map.

Hi I am using ufone network since 2008 but from previous 5 years their services remains pathetic. In my area new city phase 2 wah cantt most of the time my phone shows no signals.. Whenever ptcl network shows problem I switched to ufone net but it never worked.. All of mbs wasted.. I use ufone super card but it never helped me in need... My all family brothers sisters bhabis cousins we are all facing this problem... Please solve this.. You are just taking money from customer and never giving them services... We decided that we will change our network if this problem lasts... And I will start campaign against ufone on social media as well. Thanx

I put my complaint 12/2 no is 72 . It is not yet be reslove. The lineman made lameexcuses that coming now and then . By God i fed up by poor service.Being a fiber connection upstream is550 & downstream is 2700.these inconvenience make me to quit ufone and join other ...,

I am Abdul Majid having mobile number [protected]. Wrongly info service is subscribed on my number. I called u phone help line but the system of u phone help line is very, very poor. I am feeling silly for using this kind of network if you can not improve your system then finish your network. I also send a message for subscription of info service. But no response from network but only looting customer. All services deactivate my number. I do not want to use this kind of network. I am warning if all value added service is not deactivated my number I will complain to PTA.

It's the problem from some days that my sent messages (sms) are not received from ufone or any other network..
This problem is faced by other ufone customers too...
I try to contact with ufone helpline to submit my complaint but I couldn't submit as no one listened me...
This problem has been made headach for me as I cannot contact instantly with my friends, colleagues and relatives..
The message appears to be sent on my screen but other person doesn't recieve that...
Plz fix this problem as soon as possible..

I come from Dubai but then I again active Sim and load much balance for internet packages internet plus and other packages but I m not happy from this service and customer service guides very very bad not good guides staff ladies speaking styles not gud I hope I m not use again ufone services and call and customer service because staff behavior very bad plz hire a gud ladies staff and better better service thx

Sir with all due respect you have the main office in peshawar khyber bazaar. They don't have proper management system. I visited on monday to the customer service office peshawar and most of the people are standing in line in front of the office. We stand 2 hours and then after that over turn comes. Most of the counter are empty some of your servant are absent and one counter is operational in the hole office. And a lot of people are waiting for their turn. And in that one counter the crew will do work for 30 minutes and chill for 15 minutes. And the manger mr waseer is not in the office he was standing in sun to take sun bath. So please I requested to correct your peshawar office management..

Ufone is sending me messages that i'm using sim net that's why they are deducting my credit i'm very disappointed by them I called on their helpline there's no one to response they've set a computer robot to answer and for that helpline call they also charge credit I emailed them they don't bother it I want my credit back to hell with their network i'll not load credit anymore please resolve my problem

every day from about 2019 . I don't know who is it but the messaging are constantly harming my mental health.
I had asked this person to not to text me as i don't know him. But he is still sending messages. He also knows my name. And i feel so afraid from this urging as i don't know who i it

I am having a super card OF RS 599. Several times I sent msg by dialing *706# and they said (The message has been sent sucessfully by SMS) after this I did not recieve message. When I call help line they said we will resolve your problem as soon as possible but their is no response from them then today I call again help line and discuss my problem with them again and they said call on [protected] and they said you have send unlimited messages so thats why your SMS are get blocked so make a complain. I told them that I did not send unlimited messages even I have thousands of SMS mins in my mobile because I donot send messages except sending SMS to check my mins, validity date of super card.

Ok so I am getting countless calls from unknown number someone spreads my number and now I want to block every single call from unknown number expectednumber which I mentioned to get calls from other then that no phone calls from unknown numbers pls if it's possible mere do ufone k numbers thy ek mob stole hone ki waja se sim ka mis use ho rha tha tou wo main hamesha k liye block krwana chahati hun aur ek sim hai jiska number mere ko badnaam krne k liye spread kr dia hai tou main chahti hun k mere k jis sim ka number spread hua hai us sim pe san unknown numbers ki calls blocked ho except un numbers k jo mere family members k hai ek k elawa kisi b unknown numbers ki calls muje na aye pls it very seriously meri shdi is waja se danger mei hai I really beg you guys help me out with this k muje koi unknown number ki call na aye
