Truworthsaccount arrangements


I was phoned by one of the call centre people in the week about my account and made arrangements to pay R300 due to unforeseen circumstances. I kept getting messages about non payment even after making arrangements. Then I phoned on the 24/08/2017 and spoke to Phulisile Elamini. I stated my account number and the reason for phoning. She just went on a tangent that I need to pay plus minus R700. I had to stop her and asked if she can go look why the previous caller did not log it or made a comment about the arrangement. And lo and behold it was on the system. I arrange once again to payR300 and she kept on insisting R360. Please if the call centre people does not know how to speak to clients then I suggest they need to go on training
