I reported fraud activity on my checking account Oct 18, 2025 my debit card was canceled and a new was mail out on Oct 19, 2025. I called the bank on Nov 6, 2025 to report that I have not received my debit card. I was redirected to lead a agent, because I requested for my new card to be sent expeditiously. My request was denied for this service, because I had been granted this service in Nov or Dec 2024 due to fraud. Well I had fraud on my account then as well. So because they waived the $30 fee for that Nov or Dec fraud case. They now cannot waive it again because it's been less than a year. My compliant is what do this have to do with the fact on Oct 19, 2025 the agent stated that my new card was mailed out. I called the bank on Nov 6, 2025 to tell them that I still have not received my new debit card. The bank denied to send my debit card quickly for this reason. This is unfair, because both issues were nothing that I did wrong, but was something that was done wrong to me. I have waited long pass the wait(5 to 7 days) time for my new card to come in mail. I have a temporary card which cannot be used at certain business, which cause issues for me. I feel victimized twice, one by fraud and twice by my bank. The bank policy is you cannot get the expeditiously process if it was grand once within a year even if you have waited for your card passed the wait time. So today Nov 6, 2025 the bank agent request another debit card to be sent to me and now I have to wait another 5 to 7 days because the bank will not waive the $30 processing fee for the quick mail. How is this taking care of your account holder?
Desired outcome: Waive the fee for account holders if requested in cases where the wait time 5 to 7 days has long passed.
