Truist site is the absolute WORST site ever launched! I'm ready to take my banking elsewhere. No way to send an email, or contact anyone. It takes me at least 45 minutes to find what I'm needing to get to. BB&T website was much better. I'm seriously considering going elsewhere. I call customer service and they all tell me it's just glitches in the system and should be worked out by December. Then launch this trash app in December when all "The kinks are worked out" for God sakes! There are people like me who are not smart phone or app savvy. This is a terrible way of doing business. And I see charges that cannot be explained that Truist done see. Why. This makes me very nervous and none trusting in my bank who holds my entire bank account. Since they have transferred over from BB&T. I have had my card used fortunately. Not by one business but by 2. Cyber crimes has been notified on all "49" attempts to fortunately use my UPS account. And Used fraudulently with Best Buy for $597. I have resolved both. This site is the worst unprepared and unprofessional site I have ever dealt with. If you are going to launch a site, why wouldn't you work out the so called kinks before launch. I noticed a charge for $167.30 today pending on my account. I could see it. But Representative could not. It was marked in grey. And you could not tap into it to see who, where, or why the $167.30 was going. But as I was explaining this to the representative... If magically fell off. Very suspect to Me! This site should have never been launched until Truist had a mock trial so to speak on using the entire site with every aspect any customer would incur. I hate this site I hate the transfer it's something's not done I'm taking my money elsewhere and I've been with BB&T for a very long time at least 5 years and now not even 2 weeks into trust I want to thank elsewhere. This is atrocious and unacceptable

Desired outcome: Fix the site BEFORE YOU LAUNCH AND CHANGE OVER!!

I had to buy a new phone to run the app. When I called my local former SunTrust branch with questions they let it ring 20 minutes, then picked up the phone and then hung it back up.

App is basic but offers no secure message service back to bank. I have complaints with their customer service. I'm fed up with waiting at least 1 hour on hold for someone to answer after 5 different calls my problem is now worse than when I started. Truist bank you need to revaluate the word customer service, how to treat yr customers, how to listen to yr customers. Yr customer service is nothing less than unprofessional and attention to detail. I wonder if the CEO is aware of the amount of complaints ye bank? Yr system wasn't broke so why fix it. Ye merger is going to destroy you I really hope u get it together I will take my business elsewhere. God help u

High School kids could design a better site. It's reflective of the entire bank: Mediocre at best

Terrible
The Truist mobile app is the worst I’ve ever used. And when I called customer service about trying to deposit a check that wouldn’t go through in spite of there being absolutely no reason for it, the technical support person told me to take it to the bank! That was their technical answer! Unbelievable! I am shopping around for another bank. BB&T didn’t have these issues! I giant step backward!

Not good at all. Not even a little bit user friendly. Very hard to see what you are looking at. Very hard to understand what is going on in my own accounts and I'm the one making the transactions. I, like many others, am considering going elsewhere simply because of the mobile app. It has gotten a bit better now that I am familiar with the app after using it for several months, but in no way is it something I'd like to deal with every day. I do 100% of my banking through the mobile app so it's inadequacies does make for a very unsatisfying experience, not to mention frustrating.

Thus far I am very disappointed with the transition to Truist. It appears that by accepting their conditions for use of the new website, you are giving up your right to receive a monthly paper statement by U.S. Mail. If this is true, which I will confirm later today, I will find another bank and move checking and savings accounts.
