I have a 17k travel credit for 24 months.

I have a Mortgage with ATB Financial and i spoke to the ATB employee regarding the renewal, but employee did my early renewal without my consent and when i called ATB home office on June 22 regarding switching my mortgage, they said i have to wait until Sep 01 or i have to pay penalty, and after 2 weeks i received a call that my mortgage has been renewed which i did not signed and there was no verbal consent for early renewal. Branch manager *** called and said she can not do anything, i have to pay the penalty for which i did not sign for or did any verbal confirmation for early renewal. Branch manager was not ready to listen customer side of the story.

Until recently.I was.a customer.of ATB, Then they.***.broke the account.contract and closed.my.account for.catching.2 issues. The issue at hand is the $20 discount code That ATB provuded there CUSTOMERS to purchase.*** from *** I have now made 9 purchases where the discount code from ATB.did.not work. Apparently the Coupon was a Single use only but this information was never Ever provided with the Coupon code. This as of yesterday is.still not.corrected, i had first contacted them regarding this.issue approx 2 months ago and was ignored. At this point ATB owes me $180 for this false advertising, as Well as a formal Publichand written apology from the ATB Executives on All ATB Social Media Accounts.

ATB issued my husband a loan for an RV which was also our home. My husband purchased life insurance that would cover the balance of this loan in the event of his death. ***. As the sole beneficiary and executrix I handled all notifications and securing of documents. ATB was aware my husband was deceased but payments of $ *** continued to be withdrawn each month for Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan. The total was $ ***. This amount is reduced by $*** to cover a missed payment prior to his death. The insurance paid out in full the loan's outstanding amount of $ ***. This included amounts for the same Sept-Jan period. In effect, ATB collected twice what was owed during that time. While ATB acknowledged the overpayment, they have not refunded the overpayment and have completely ignored my letters and calls.

I have been a client with ATB for six years. I have had a credit card with them for three years with a very small limit, this credit card was intended to build my credit. The credit card never showed up on my credit in the three years that I had it. I phoned them on at least 5 different occasions in complaint. They told me it was the fault of trans union and they did not believe me and assured me that it was on my credit. After two years, I decided to force them to pull a hard credit of their own to prove to them that their credit card was not appearing on my credit report. This also damaged my credit. It was proven to them that the credit card never existed on my report. I was promised a dozen times that it would be fixed within 10 days and that I would have follow up phone calls from their complaints department and from them confirming it is on my credit. She then told me that the best option would now be to apply for a new credit card with their bank and that it would help even better to improve my credit. She has the original card that was provided was not the best one they had... So I got a new credit card with them. BOTH cards are not on my credit report and it has been four months. I have tried contacting them repeatedly.

Hi, on November 2nd this year I bought 2 pairs of *** wheels both transactions for 78.40 cad each. ***. But the *** wheels weren't going to fit with my performance wheels so I decided to return them. I consulted with *** (Saskatoon) and they told me to simply file a return using the *** App. Which I then proceeded to do. I was advised that *** would handle the return and got a paid for return label for both packages. I (in the original packaging in the original condition, without them ever being used, packaged them and put the return label on top as instructed). The *** people told me they would be at *** within 2 weeks and *** further told me I would have my refund within 5 - 7 business days of them getting it. Low and behold it has been longer then the time, no word from ***, no contact whatsoever. Not only that but since *** doesn't really have a universal customer service phone number, I couldn't even contact them and the *** showroom guys said they have no way of knowing what happened since these things are handled by head office in California. 156.80 dollars (78.4 x 2) is a lot of money literally stuck in limbo, the bank tells me to contact ***. And *** doesn't have a contact number and hasn't issue a refund. I bought it using the *** Card. Anyhow I would like an immediate refund of the said item asap. This is where you come in ATB. I know you guys are connected to *** and ***. Both offer consumer protection please get them to issue the refund (or I meant issue the consumer protection coverage money), ask them please. *** Either that or issue the refund yourself. OR contact *** to get them to issue the refund to me since you guys have more leverage. Thanks.
