Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) review: Online banking and manager at Bremen office

I deposited a check on Sunday, I did the immediate deposit like I always do and paid the fee to get it early so I can pay bills as I live paycheck to paycheck. Which your rude Office Manager in Bremen stated "I should try harder so maybe I did not have to use the immediate deposit". In this economy and the way people are struggling to say that to someone is absolutely insane. But back to the complaint, the money never went through immediately. Which I understand things happen but I really needed that so it did not cause me late fees on bills I needed to pay. But when I call to see what is going on, I was told different things, that they can not see my deposit even though it is showing pending on my end and will not let me reload the check because it is processing with the Bank already. After about 30 minutes of the guy not knowing what he was doing or talking about he informs me the money will be released by today. When it was not released again by lunch time I called back, a nice lady helped me but said she did not show my deposit and there was nothing she could do that I needed to go show the branch where it says my check is pending. The first gut to help was nice but again could not seem to help me so I waited on the manager and she immediately without hearing what I had to say said a mobile deposit is not available until the next business day not even willing to look into what I was saying so I got irritated and explained my situation anyways and only then did she offer to pull me in the office to speak to me, only to tell me there was nothing she could do and when Im further getting frustrated because again its my money I can get ahold of and im being charged fees now and she tells me to shut up and lsiten to her because yes I was yelling at this point because she was not willing to help at all from the moment I walked in there. Anyways she told me the money would be released tonight and if it wasnt then I could figure it out myself and that I should try harder and be a better parent because I was yelling at her. I have never in my life been so embarrassed and treated so horrible. This is also on top of all the [censored] fees I randomly get then get charged more fees because I did not have money in the acct to cover charges I didnt know yall would take out. Its just insane yall dont mind taking money from us but can't help at all when someone is struggling and yall messed up. After this is solved I will be closing my account as well as my family members that have been with yall for years.
