Tout ce que je vous ai permis de pendre sur ma carte de crédit était les échantillons gratuit offert sur internet.       Bonjour !

      J'ai commandé des échantillons d'essai gratuits frais autorisé de 6.34 $ et de 5.06 $ pris sur ma carte de crédit Master Card le 28 avril 2016. Lors de la réception de mon compte de carte de crédit, il y avait un montant de 151.74 le 12 mai 2016 et un montant de 136.39 $ le 14 mai 2016 non autorisés. Alors, je désire me faire rembourser ces montants non autorisés et je ne veux plus recevoir de vos produits.

    Tru Bellezaretrait non autorisé de ma carte de crédit/remboursement

    Bonjour Madame, Monsieur,

    Je viens auprès de votre bienveillance, solliciter un remboursement de 152.59 $ canadien du 16 mai 2016. En effet, le 02 mai 2016, j'ai valider avec Tru Bellaza pour avoir 2 échantillons de produits une crème et un sérum et j'ai payer pour les frais d'expédition avec ma carte de crédit. mais curieusement, j'ai été surprise d'avoir le 16 mai 2016 ma carte de crédit être débité d'un montant de 152.59$. Je ne sais pour quelles raisons. J'aimerai simplement le remboursement car cette transaction je ne l'ai jamais approuvé.

      I requested a trial sample. I received it but was not thrilled with it but big deal, it was just a sample. Well, the next month I receive more and assumed that it was part of the original order. The next month I get more. I wrote "return to sender" and sent out the box. I contacted the company and immediately stopped the automatic shipments. My credit card comes with a total of $275 charges on it from this crappy place. I called. What a mistake. The first guy had me on hold forever and eventually I hung up. I called back and explained that I sent the boxes back. The customer service guy says that was wrong, I should have sent it to Ontario instead of South Carolina. He was going to give me the address. I said "what for, it's already in the mail." I am out the money and it was a complete ripoff. I am now going to each review sites and warning people. Good luck!

          I totally agree with the previous complaints. I ordered what I thought was a free or trial sample of the two products only to find out that I was charged the full amounts for the products at ridiculous costs for the size received. When I spoke to a customer agent, I was asked whether I agreed to the terms listed on the website that supposedly indicate that the trial is valid for 14 days, after which, the entire amount is charged if the products have not been returned as unsatisfactory! What a scam. The time line for even being able to do so, if attempted, are impossible. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs -- it will cost you.

When I had received the bank statement, I had received charges for Skin Health for $145.35 and Clear Skin for $130.87 which I hasn't ordered.             I had ordered the trial sample and authorized charges for two products. 1 Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizing Cream and 1 Instalift.Before I even had a chance to give the trial a proper test I had received charges for Skin Health for $133.66 and 149.36.
            This is an absolutely disgusting way to conduct business. I would like a phone call ASAP and have these charges removed from my credit card as I would like to send the trial offers back.

                  I ordered the "free" samples and provided my credit card info for shipping charges. Now Tru Belleza (under the name of "clearskin London" ) has processed a new charge for $149 Can for some unknown product I didn't order. I do not find the sample products effective and have no intention of ordering more.
                  I have emailed Tru Belleza requestiong they reverse the charges but have not heard back from them. If they do not respond appropriately I will need to get my family lawyer involved and contact my credit card provider to block charges from this company.

                    Don't fall for the trial offer you pay 4.95 for the trial. The trial starts once the item is shipped which is absolutely ridiculous. Your not getting a full 14 days of the trial. Then low and behold you are Charged 88.95 US not cdn for the eye cream which comes to 131.94 cents and smooth skin comes to 147.95 US from 99.95. No where when ordering the trial product to you see the terms and conditions. Even when you receive the order there is no information to advise you of the terms and conditions and that you will automatically be put on automatic shipment every 30 days. You would think if they are being above board that the terms and conditions would be included as a reminder when you receive shipment. There is no way that I would pay 278 dollars for 2 small bottles of skin products. No where on the site does it state US dollars either. Very sad for a company to trick people into buying this product. I do a lot of ordering and have never run into this issue. Most companies are up front as to how they work. Don't find out by a charge to visa. Not happy

                      En février 2016, j'ai commandé 2 échantillons pour essayer ces produits. Je travaille dans le domaine de la cosmétologie et j'étais curieuse de découvrir vos produits car quelques clientes semblaient intéressées par vos produits.

                      J'ai reçu 2 envois avec 2 produits de format régulier...qui m'ont été facturés au prix des échantillons, ( 2 montants de frais de poste) car 2 envois séparés...

                      J'ai reçu le 18 avril 2016 un nouvel arrivage de ce qui me semblait un échantillon et le 18 avril 2016 une autre livraison le 18 avril dont je n'ai pas ouvert la boîte car je savais que je ne garderais aucun de vos produits.

                      Le 24 avril, j'ai retourné vos produits par la poste à l'adresse qui apparaissait sur les boîtes à London Ontario. Le 28 avril, le colis a été accepté et signé par M Ed Howard.

                      Je vous demande un remboursement sur ma carte de crédit dont vous avez copie au montant de $264, 11 plus les frais d'appel de $20, 00 au no [protected]. l'appel s'est fait le 28 avril 2016 à 16:22 pour fin de recherche. J'ai patienté 15 minutes et un message laissé sur le répondeur avec la demande de me téléphoner vous a été transmis avec mes coordonnées et depuis, j'attends toujours un retour d'appel.

                      J'ai pris contact avec l'office des de la protection aux consommateurs mais j'aimerais ne pas poursuivre. Est-ce possible de pouvoir s'arranger à l'amiable en recevant un crédit sur ma carte dont vous avez les coordonnées ainsi qu'un retour de courriel m'expliquant vos procédures qui ne me semblent pas respecter votre publicité d'essai sur facebook.

                          Vous m'avez envoyer 2 échantillons que j'ai commandé en même temps et vous m'avez charger 2 fois 6.49$ ...
                          Vous avez retirer par la suite, deux fois 2.50$.
                          Quelques jour plus tard, vous avez fait deux autres retraits, un de 151.35$ et le deuxième étais de 137.60$
                          Vous avez pas le droit de faire ca, Et profiter de nous!!
                          En tout cas, je me suis bien fait avoir de 300.00$ ... ATTENTION A CETTE COMPAGNIE!!!

                          Je doit maintenant avertir ma banque de ne plus effectuer les transaction de cette compagnie!!!
                          Je veux un remboursement complet ou alors nous allons nous plaindre et se batte pour être rembourser...

                          Bonjour, j'ai fais la meme erreur de commander les deux echantillons qui a ete envoyer en deux differente boite et facturer a $6.63 chacune, mais voici la surprise apres 14 jours de la date d'envoi il ont fait un retrait sur mon compte de $148.01.Je les ais appeler et demander de canceller la commande et on dit qu'il ne pouvait pas canceller car si on ne les appelle pas dans les 14 jours qui suis l'envoi il ont la permission de prendre l'argent envoiyer leur produit.On a argumenter mais sans resultat.et on m'a racrocher la ligne telephonique au nez.Je l'ai rappeler quelque jours plus tard et on m'a offer un remboursement de $40.00 US ou accepter le produit et un remboursement $15.00 US.Apres avoi lu tout leur conditions il se dissent dans leur droit de remplir les commande tel que inscrit dans leur condition de vente.Finalement il m'ont envoyer une tube de instalift wrinkle cream de 0.5 oz ou 15 ml.mais pas de credit $15.00 US aussi on n'a canceller notre carte de banque et averti notre banque de refuser toute transaction avec cette compagnie et fait une plainte avec la Police.C'est tres triste de voir une compagnie si malhonnete qui es't endosser par une celebriter Canadienne.La lecon que j'ai retenu est de ne jamais commander de compagnie qui vend des produits miracle.

                          OMG! Learnt a lesson, never to believe online shopping.
                          These companies are destroying image of online legitimate companies.
                          I ordered for only a free trial-one sample ONLY. Read the form very carefully while completing it. Did not accept any further orders with discounts, which were written in very fine print.
                          Still my credit card has started showing me multiple charges.
                          Upon calling my credit card company, the rep told me that there is an acceptance from my side for receiving multiple bottles of their products and they will keep on charging me.
                          I am not aware of any terms and conditions on the order form, which gave them authority to send me multiple products and charge me.
                          I have sent them a cancellation request for any future subscription. Still I am very nervous, if they will stop charging me or not.
                          I have pictures of cancellation accepted though.
                          But it's really very sad to break clients' faith from online shopping.

                            This company charged my MasterCard of $147.69 on April 23 and $129.66 on April 25. I did not purchase any product from them. I receive the 2 product from them as a result of free gift after completed the survey from TEXSAVVY, which in turn as per TEXSAVVY they never sent any survey to anybody which will result this FREE gift. So TEXSAVVY said this a pure SCAM, which they drag their name into this... I paid the shipping cost of the product to TRUBELLEZA but never mention any term and condition of their product. I tried to call them and sent e mail messages but no one response. I want TRUBELLEZA refund my money to the same credit card and cancel any subscription or membership at their end (which I did not authorize in the first place) ..
                            STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are the BIG SCAMMER of all times

                              This on of the most truly fraudulent companies I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I ordered my Free trial which was to cost me a total of $10.97 for shipping and handling on 05 March 2016. My free moisturizer and serum arrived on 18 March 2016. I happened to be on holidays at the time it arrived. On 19 March 2016 I was charged an additional $133.63, on 21 March 2016 I was charged $121.14, on 18 April 2016 I was charged $131.71 and on 20 April 2016 I was charged an additional $123.45 for for a total of $528.84 on my credit card. Upon my return from holidays I found all the charges on my credit card. When complaining to the Trubelleza I was told the trial was not really free but a "free trial for 14 days" and I had signed up for a monthly subscription. Upon review of the web site I can not find any indication it was a monthly subscription and no indication I would be charged for the free trial product. I have not received any additional product. It should be noted that I received my product 13 days after the initial order so only ad a 1 day "trial period". There was nothing in the printed material received with the product to indicate I would be charged.
