Tristar Products review: Power XL Juicer

I bought this Juicer a few days ago and it did not come with the spout (vitally important) or the cleaning brush. I called and they say to send an email to the company with accompanying pictures and receipts. Then then in turn sent a reply saying that buying from a retailer doesn't include these. A spout you need and all info from websites say it should have come with the brush and two additional rings an a replacement blade. I would like this matter resolved.
