Tristar Products review: Power xl 10 qt dual basket air fryer

I purchased the Power XL 10 Qt dual basket air fryer (model # DUAF - 10) in October. I did not open the box until a couple months later. Upon opening I found the fry trays, rubber bumpers, basket dividers, and U channel connector was missing from the box. I contacted the company and they advised I would need to purchase these parts, in the amount of $50.50 including shipping. I paid 147.00 for the item and now have to pay for these additional parts so I can use it! THIS IS NOT RIGHT! What if I had given this item as a gift? The participant would have to buy the additional parts for $50.00.
