Tristar Products review: Emeril lagasse airfryer 360

Have reciept from Trister Products showing I paid, plus the payments were coming out of Paypal. But after I got it, 3 weeks later I called Tristar and said I wasn't really using it very much so mant to return it for a refund as it had a 90 day refund. The man from Tristar says well you have paid65.49 (1st payment and we took 1 payment out of Paypal for 49.99, you have 2 payments left, I will gave you a free payment and you pay the last payment and its yours. So total I paid from reciept from them was 215.46. Then 98 months later I start recieving a bill in the mail from a debt collector, I didn't have any bills outstanding so I thought it was a scam and threw it away. @nd letter came and I called to see who it was. It was a debt collector Tristar turned me in saying I still owed 99.98. I have the reciept and I'm Paypal payments. I think the man I talked to did not write it down the he was giving me 1 free payment. Anhow I do have prove. And then they wanted 165.00 to ship it back. I'm on SS disability for life. My wife and myself are over 65 yrs old and on a fixed income. Someone at Tristar screwed up and didn't put in my records it was completelty paid for. Now I see 76 bad reviews at Tristar complaining mosttly about the same problem. I called them and it took 3 phone numbers to talk to someonr and she was very rude.
