Travelodge review: Do not stay at this hotel ever

I stayed at the Travelodge in Pueblo off of the I-25 for 3 nights. I booked a room for 2 nights online for a reasonable price and when I got there I had to pay $100 refundable deposit, understandable. Then I went to the front desk before check out time of 11:00am and booked another night and had to pay just as much for that night as i did for the 2 nights I booked online and they charged me another $100 refundable deposit, so I paid it. Before we checked out, my boyfriend and I went through and cleaned the room and made sure nothing was left behind. I gathered up all of our trash and put it next to the door, i pulled the shower curtain down and bunched it up with all of the towels and put the pile by the bathroom door, took all of the bedding off of the bed and bunched it up all together and left on the bed, and I left the housekeeper a $20 tip that I left on the desk for whomever cleaned the room. We checked out and I booked another night online a few days later. I went to go check in and was informed I was put on their DNR list and was nor welcome back there. When I inquired as to why and how they came to this decision the lady at the front desk told me she didn't know that it was the managers decision and they don't leave any notes or reasons as to why or how. That i would have to come back in the morning and talk to the manager, which I will do first thing in the morning. When I inquired about getting my money back for the room I had just booked, I was told it was non refundable and I would not be getting my money back. I then inquired about my $200 refundable deposit I was supposed to get back from the first stay and was informed I would not be getting that back either. That is $260.o0 that I am losing out on and I don't even know why! I did not smoke in the room, I did not have anyone there except 2 friends that were both there for under an hour, did not do any drugs in the room. I did NOTHING wrong and they stole $260 from me and banned me for life. WTF!? I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel anywhere ever again! I will write another review to tell everyone the why they came to that decision. WORST PLACE EVER!

Recommendation: DO NOT GO THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND BAN YOU FOR NO REASON
