I have tried MANY MANY MANY times to connect through your official process but to date I have received no communication (unbelievable!) NOTHING! I looked on TripAdviser and I see there are exact same guest bed bug experiences, NOT GOOD! I have logged several case numbers #15071-2689750, 15071-2691172, 15071-2692912, 15071-2694956.
I have photographs of my wifes Bed Bug bites which were shown to your mnagement and I also got a letter confirming the bites are Bed Bugs from our Doctor who prescribed medication for my wife to recover.
In addition, when we returned home, we had to sanitize everything and exterminate the possibility that Bed Bugs were
