[Resolved] Travelgeniochange flight

I am very tired of keeping calling travelgenio! I read in the internet that this company is very bad and indeed it is ! I bought a ticket and i need to change it but impossible to contact by phone/ email their custom service. I would like to ask if it's possible to change a ticket for another date and how much does it cost. The flight is cataypacific CX505 (Narita/Amsterdam 21 august)and CX270(Amsterdam Narita 6 September) . Please help me

Please send us a mail to [email protected] with your booking reference and the changes you want to make and we will inform you about the changes possibilities of your ticket rate and, if they are allowed, the conditions for the changes.     Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
