Park by App Parking scam @ Deerfield Beach!

Parking scam @ Deerfield Beach! Deerfield beach parking scam! I parked in a lot, walked less than 10 feet away to *** my fee, returned to a $38 ticket. I apparently paid at the "wrong" kiosk. The one I was "supposed" to pay at was hidden half way back in the lot, between vehicles. And when you try to call and get any kind of resolution, there's no answer, just a generic voicemail that never gets a call back if you leave a message! Complete scam and now I either pay or risk having my driver's license be endangered due to unpaid tickets.

Please see the attached two pictures of the signs from the actual day the parking notice was issued, these pictures were taken from the attendant writing the notice. In addition, each parking stall has a sign with instructions in front of it, and the entrance/exit to the entire parking facility has signs warning the patrons not pay the meter on street. Parkbyapp has sufficient signage, with instructions for the patrons of this parcel.
