I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing the services of this immigration service provider, and I must express my profound disappointment with the abysmal service I received. Right from the outset, the entire process was an absolute nightmare, and I deeply regret ever having any association with them. Despite the purportedly glowing reviews I came across online, I found their service to be utterly subpar and their staff to be shockingly unprofessional. It was evident that this company's sole focus was on shamelessly exploiting people for monetary gain, rather than genuinely assisting individuals with their immigration requirements. The exorbitant fees they demanded were completely unjustifiable considering the pitiful level of service provided. It became glaringly obvious that the company resorted to employing fabricated reviews to bolster their online reputation. These reviews all seemed suspiciously similar, overflowing with contrived and exaggerated praises for the company. It was blatantly apparent that these fraudulent reviews were a desperate attempt to deceive unsuspecting customers into availing themselves of their services.

First and foremost, it is deeply alarming that this service provider demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge concerning Canadian immigration policies. Such a fundamental understanding is a vital requirement for their role, and any service provider claiming expertise in immigration should possess a comprehensive comprehension of the country's policies and regulations. It is utterly unacceptable that they failed to offer the necessary guidance and expertise, especially considering the intricacies and constant changes associated with Canadian immigration policies.

Secondly, their communication skills are abysmal. Attempting to contact anyone for inquiries or concerns proved to be an exercise in futility. Despite leaving numerous messages and sending countless emails, it would take an inordinate amount of time, often spanning days and even weeks, to receive any form of response. This gross lack of communication needlessly subjected me to immense stress and significantly prolonged the already protracted process.

Moreover, the staff exhibited a stunning lack of organization and preparedness. They repeatedly requested identical information multiple times and made careless errors on my application. These blunders inevitably led to substantial delays and caused me to incur unexpected expenses, far exceeding my initial estimations.

Furthermore, I was promised a swift and effortless process, but the reality couldn't have been further from the truth. The process is still inexplicably pending, leaving me feeling increasingly frustrated and profoundly dissatisfied.

All things considered, I cannot in good conscience recommend this immigration service provider to anyone. Their woeful communication, disarray, and overall abysmal service transformed the entire process into an unending nightmare. The concoction of fake reviews and lackluster assistance conclusively reveals that this company's primary focus is profit, rather than genuinely aiding individuals with their immigration needs. Spare yourself the anguish of wasted time, money, and aggravation by seeking out an alternative immigration service provider.

2 years ago, it was my biggest mistake to fall for the sweet words coming from an agent of abhinav immigration who was very focused in "getting my money asap as it was already late to start the process!" and I trusted him completely after he told me his own sweet version of how I will surely get the pr to canada.. Even though I was fitting nowhere in terms of my crs score and skills and even professional roles and responsibilities!

And he assured me that since I work in a renowned organization, it'll come naturally to me and there have been many other from my company who has made it through them before! (those words were quite buttering me up and I agreed to whatever he kept explaining me!) he very emphasizingly kept telling me that I don't have much time and need to get a good score in my ielts exam asap while the process escalates to the next stage!

However, once a case manager was assigned to my application, [censored]iz was no more responsible for anything and he was there just to get my money for abhinav immigration!

My case manager's name was mr. Vipin and he only sent me those monthly emails about how many people got a pr approval from canada in the current session and nothing else!

I had to prepare everything on my own, my schooling, college educational profile with marks sheets that were filled up manually and had to be uploaded to the ircc portal by me directly as they couldn't do it for security reasons! I was wondering what were they doing for me!

For the rest of the year, I was only sent one email per month and just my immigration profile was generated by these people for which I paid them a good 80,000 rupees! Oh my... I was scammed!

Soon, I realized my money was gone and whenever I asked my case manager about the long time it was taking, he was coming back at me telling me that I should contact [censored]iz or raise a complaint against him instead of him as it was [censored]iz who gave me assurance and he has a differentjob than him! Wtff!

My case manager vipin also stopped replying me after a couple of months and many times I had to email, whatsapp and call him to reach out to him and to get a single call from him! Pathetic!

They'll go very irresponsible after getting your money!

Because of my age and because I didn't want to get any educational loan, I did not go for a student visa, tried for a pr instead. Alas! It did not work and I fell for these scammers! My Abhinav experience was really bad, to be honest. My friend recommended them to me, and we had a meeting with Mr. Saurabh last year. We clearly told him that we have 5.5 band in IELTS and we are not planning to retake the exam. He told us that it's fine and they can work with this score. He said that there are other provinces that accept this score, and all that. We trusted him and made the payment. But after one and a half years, we still haven't received any positive response from them.

Now, the feedback team is telling us that we didn't submit IELTS scores with 6 in each section. What is this? You can surely understand our frustration. In the beginning, they said that they will proceed with 5.5 score, but after we made the payment, they started pushing us for 6 in each section. And now, they are not responding to our emails, calls, or even WhatsApp messages. Especially Mr. Saurabh Gautam, who we trusted and paid the money based on his word.

We are not getting any refund, no responses, and no feedback. It's a total waste of our money and time. They are big fraudsters who are just taking people's money and not delivering what they promised. I don't want to give them any stars, but I have to give one star just so that I can write this review and warn others.

Abhinav Outsourcings Private Limited is not the best at their job, in fact I think they're the worst consultants I've ever encountered in my entire life. Personally, I don't believe one needs a consultant at all. The representatives from this company make big promises but never deliver. They calculate your CRS score and then immediately convince you that you will definitely get an ITA. However, after you pay them, they wash their hands and say it's all down to luck and they can't really do anything about it. Honestly, Abhinav Outsourcings Private Limited are shady and deceptive.

If you attempt to request half a refund, they won't give that to you either. It's a bit of a one-way street with them. When they needed money from me, they kept calling and bothering me incessantly, but when I had serious problems with my profile, they didn't even bother to lift a finger to help. Trust me, they are not worth your hard-earned money and their case managers are extremely slow to respond to your concerns. In fact, they will ignore your questions and issues until you follow up with them multiple times.

My own personal experience with Abhinav Outsourcings Private Limited is that my case manager didn't even take any action on my profile until I yelled at them repeatedly. All in all, Abhinav Outsourcings Private Limited is good for absolutely nothing. They are terrible consultants with no real value-add for their clients.

At first, we were given false commitments and promises that our file would be handled efficiently and effectively. We decided to visit their Barakhamba branch for further assistance and let me tell you, it was an endless loop of being routed to different team members every time we visited. It seemed like their staff changed every week!

To make things worse, the staff members that we did end up interacting with had little-to-no technical knowledge at all. Initially, we were informed that all we needed was a score of 7778 to be eligible for the visa, but then they completely changed their requirements and demanded that we complete a one-year diploma along with the same IELTS score.

What's even more frustrating is that there seemed to be no single person who was accountable or responsible for our case or queries. We tried to keep in regular contact with them by following up every day, but no one would ever reply to our calls or emails. They didn't even bother to call us back!

In conclusion, if you're thinking about going with Abhinav Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd., I would strongly recommend that you do your own research beforehand. It's been a difficult and disappointing experience for us and we wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

From my personal experience, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Abhinav immigration services. Don't let them trick you with their false commitments and promises of an easy life. They are the worst immigration service providers in the business, and I learned it the hard way.

One of their sales agents, Saurav, convinced me that my immigration process to Australia or Canada would be a piece of cake. Little did I know that it was an orchestrated trap to dupe me of my money. They made me pay for their services, but I never saw any progress on my profile.

Last year, my family and I decided to apply for Canada parental sponsorship, and we were referred to Abhinav Immigration Services by a friend. We were assigned to Mr. Rajive Gogna, who asked us to pay INR 1.5 lakh in cash upfront. We were uncomfortable with this request and asked him to provide us with a copy of the bill. Still, he insisted that we pay in cash and that he would handle our application with Ms. Shalini.

Although we did not get selected in the IRCC lottery, we did not hear back from Mr. Gogna regarding our refund until recently. We asked him to refund our money, but he refused. Moreover, we learned that he had not paid Ms. Shalini for her services.

This experience has been devastating for us, and we would like to warn people of this fraudulent activity. Mr. Rajive Gogna and Abhinav Immigration Services are taking advantage of hardworking, innocent people and making money out of them.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not use Abhinav Immigration Services for any immigration-related services. They are a deceitful company that should not be trusted. It's crucial to be aware and not fall prey to such scams.

It is highly recommended NOT to enroll with Abhinav.com for immigration services. They have been known to engage in fraudulent activities. For instance, they may claim to assist you in obtaining a PR or spouse visa for Canada, but actually advise you to apply for a Tourist Visa instead. Once you have paid them, they will then advise you to apply for a spouse visa, stating that a tourist visa is not feasible under your circumstances. This basically means that you will pay for a tourist visa that is not even applicable to your case, and then have to pay again for a spouse visa.

Their website may not display any negative reviews, but they can easily delete those at their discretion. Do not trust the reviews on their website. The reason is simple, they only care about commissions, nothing else.

If you ask for a refund, they may be unwilling to do so. Even if they do agree to refund you, they may require you to sign an agreement prohibiting you from sharing any negative reviews on their website. This is a clear indication that they are not a trustworthy company.

It is perfectly okay to contact the police or resort to legal action if you have suffered any fraudulent activity at their hands. They are just running a commission-based company, after all.

However, if you still choose to enroll with Abhinav.com, please proceed with caution. Ensure that you know how to deal with them without falling victim to their fraudulent activities. But seriously, save yourself the trouble and do not waste your precious time with them.

I visited Abhinav consultancy's Vashi branch in October 2019, looking for a job and the chance to settle down in Canada. I told them about my experience working as a stock market dealer for 16 years and how I was struggling to make ends meet due to competition in India's broking firms.

The consultant at Abhinav told me that my profile was in full demand all over Canada and that I would easily be able to secure a job if I completed my evaluation credential through WES and scored a 7 on my IELTS exam. I was hesitant at first, but I decided to take the risk and paid their consultancy charges of almost 85,000rs using my Diwali bonus.

After completing my IELTS and WES approval, I updated my profile on Canada's Express Entry program and received my job bank id. However, when I searched for job opportunities related to my profile on the job bank site, I realized that what Abhinav had told me was not true. There were only a few stock market jobs available and not all over Canada, as they had originally claimed.

Disappointed and feeling cheated, I contacted Abhinav's senior staff for an explanation. They told me that they had never guaranteed a job and that there were very few opportunities for stock market jobs in Canada. I was devastated, as I had spent a significant amount of money on their consultancy fees, WES approval, and IELTS examination fees, amounting to a loss of 1,20,000.

I asked for a refund, but they refused, citing that their fees also included charges that they paid to the Canadian lawyer after an invitation was received. I tried to reason with them and suggested that they could cut the minimum fees for what they had done in the process for me and return the rest of the amount, but they still refused.

I was left in tremendous depression and felt like I had wasted my time and money. It was a hard lesson to learn, but I now know to be more careful when seeking job opportunities abroad.

Abhinav (abhinav.com) is a company that offers visa and immigration services to people. The company asks their clients to pay a sum of Rs. 11800 for a query interaction with the professionals. At first, they claim that this fee is refundable if the clients don't proceed with the visa application process. But, if the client changes their mind and decides not to proceed with the visa application, Abhinav never refunds the money.

This company seems to be very unprofessional in their approach to customer service. They take a good amount of money from the clients without even promising them a guarantee of visa approval. Once they have your money, they seem to be not bothered about you or your concerns.

However, when I later asked for a refund, they refused to give me even a little bit of my money back and instead they gave me a ton of headache and stress. They were constantly bothering me, and it was so bad at times that I even had to file a case against them in the consumer court just to get some relief.

Well, let me tell you about my experience with the Abhinav, particularly their Nehru Place and CP branch. To be honest, I'm quite disappointed with the service that I received from them. It seemed like they were just after my money and nothing else.

I remember how excited I was when they told me that I was eligible for PNP. They reassured me that everything was going to be fine and that they were going to help me every step of the way. They even introduced me to some girls who were supposed to be super expert in making sure I get everything I need.

However, things took a turn for the worst when they started asking for my money. They charged me a whopping Rs 70,000 for their services and I thought it was a fair price to pay considering what they promised me. I even started preparing for the IELTS exam, which they told me was a part of the process.

A few weeks later, they told me that I needed to score 8 bands each in the IELTS exam to be eligible for PNP points score, which is very tough. They didn't tell me this initially, and I ended up wasting a lot of money on other things. To make matters worse, my wife and I suffered a lot because of this. We lost a big amount of money as a sign-up fee, and it was just terrible.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Abhinav to anyone. They are a complete fraud, and their girls are experts in making fools out of people. They just want your money and nothing else. I'm giving them a zero rating, and I suggest that you find a better agency if you're looking for assistance with your immigration goals.

Pranita Shetty, one of their executives, sweet-talked me, convinced me I was eligible, asked for payment, and then told me I did not meet the necessary requirements. They are only interested in taking your money and will ignore you once they have it. Trust me when I say that you will end up continually chasing them for updates if you decide to use their services. Instead, it would be wiser to go to the Canadian government website and map out timelines for yourself. You can also turn to Google and learn everything you need to about immigrating to Canada.

You'll be surprised to find how comprehensive the information online is. You could watch YouTube videos for many tips and tricks from people who've been there and done that. Whatever you do, do not make the same error I did by engaging Abhinav. You'll only regret it.
