TracFone Wireless review: Avoid! Terrible to useless customer service

Switched from a credible service provider to save on monthly expensive.
Paid $200.00 for less then 9 days on service. Spend Hours attempting to resolve
Problems. Website useless, when trying to perform any edit directs you to their customer service number. Customer service useless, first comes up with a Virtual assistance, again useless. When finally spoke with a person, again useless. Was put in a endless loop of we need a verification code via email that only arrives after 10 minutes and has expired. This goes on until the customer is so frustrated they give up.
Even went to local service center listed on the website, they knew nothing about being a TracFone service center. Zero.
Spend hours in this endless loop of frustration, and when back to the a credible service provider, they to experienced TracFone customer service and gave up.
Lost my existing phone number of many years, had to get a new number to resolve.
It’s a scam, avoid, we are disputing the credit card charges, and contemplating legal action..
