I've left a complaint before but here I am again (I will be changing service as soon as I do some research). I've previously complained about $5 birthday offers that they don't honor and this morning I got an email stating $5 discount for some plans. I looked at the plans, chose one and went to pay for it only for a message stating that phone wasn't eligible for the offer. Just to check, I switched to our other phone and that one wasn't eligible either! Big surprise (dripping with sarcasm). If you can find another company with prices you can afford, you need to go with them. Their customer service is horrible (I don't know what country it's located in, but it isn't in the US).
Desired outcome: I'd like for Verizon to realize that Tracfone has CS problems and fix them (ha ha).
