Dear sirs. My name is Troy Urquhart I have a 2013 F150 with about 36, 000 miles, that I have always maintained all of the schedule services. There was a recall for sudden transmission downshift powertrain control module programming, which was completed, I was told by the service adviser that the truck drives like a new truck, and there were no problems at all. but when I went to get my truck inspected after the recall it would not pass, They thought I had taken the battery cable loose, so I took it back to the dealership to see what was wrong. I also had a oil change done. After I left the dealership which closed shortly after we left. The truck drove like a diesel truck (before you could not here it run). I took it back the next day to see what they did or what caused it to drive that way, They kept it for several hours and came back with the Master Mechanic which told us we needed a catalytic converter and it could be a loose motor mount, (only 36000 miles) then he gets in the truck with me and drives it, now the noise is almost gone, but not driving like before still rattles, so he changes his mind about it needing a catalytic. now it could be the motor mount and it could be hundreds of dollars.How could a truck go from driving like a new truck to having all these issues overnight? By the way they made sure it passed inspections. The service adviser that was in charge of our truck would not even come out to talk with us about the problem, they keep telling us he was busy, later we found out he did not know we were there . We have purchased 3 new vehicles from this company and as soon as the maintenance agreement expired they did something to try and get more money from me . I kept askinging what did they do to stop the noise, but they said they did nothing. No one offered any explanation or called back to explain what they did .Their behavior was very superstitious. Now I need another oil change, they have my truck's history, but How can I trust them again? I am retired and I have been treated unfairly by this company. Thank you
