I ordered a new iPhone and 4 lines of service. I used PayPal for payment. All arrived OK. Since that time I have tries unsuccessfully for two days to get the phones activated. I have the PortIn information etc. Required to port from my old carrier.

After over 8 hours of waiting for tech support I finally got someone and got the iPhone activated. Overnight the phone stopped working. Now my wife does not have a phone. I have been online, used 611611, used the callback for service techs etc. And I cant get anyone to help.

I went to a TotalWireless store and was told that since I bought the phone and sims online, I had to complete the activation online. What a complete disaster. I am now waiting for a service techs etc and have been waiting for over an hour this morning.

Recommendation: Buyer beware. DO NOT use online services for buying and activating. Do it in a store and do not leave until everything (phone, account, auto pay etc.) is completed and up and working.
