Officer "Miro" at YYZ told my wife our 9yo son's weighted sensory bear (he has severe epilepsy, a DBS implant, 6 brain surgeries) had to be destroyed, then mocked him with a colleague as both cried. Our son was left unmonitored and found slumped on the floor. A supervisor later removed the sandbags and returned the shell—so destruction was never needed.

Desired outcome: A formal investigation into officer Miro and the team, confirmation that weighted sensory devices need not be destroyed when contents can be removed, and a written apology. Please confirm receipt and a case reference.
