I am so disappointed by the look and feel of Toronto Pearson. Every time I depart and arrive I feel like I land in India not Canada. Why are all the staff Indian/Punjabi, there seems to be no diversity. Has this been contracted out to a specific company? The arrivals is so disorganized, baggage claims looks like a war zone and exiting the airport is even worse. Toronto Pearson needs to be first class, but I feel like I've landed in some 3rd world country, its pathetic.
