Tires Plus Total Car Care Tires/service

In 2018 I had six tires installed on a GMC box truck dually touring some situation they had at the 192 Melbourne Florida store they did not fasten the driver side wheel down all the way about 4 days later the wheel came off and drove us off the road no one could hurt but I tore the truck and equipment up tires plus then basically stiff me on everything and at the time I was unable to to Sue or but it was really they didn't care didn't pay the damage to the truck anything now I had some oil changes done and come to find out it was the same two guys from that store and they insulted me took my money wouldn't give me the change and then started screaming about the fact that I was not allowed there anymore because of the box truck yet prior to these two gentlemen going to that store I had had six service calls at that at that location which is the all-galley Melbourne and never had a problem at the point these two gentlemen transferred they basically stole money from me and attacked me in the lot after destroying my vehicle its contents Firestone has never tried to make it right and now this group is back on the island that we live on it's a small town and everyone tries to look after each other but I don't need to be attacked in my own neighborhood nor afraid now I don't know not only did I not get the money from the damage but I also don't know what they've done to my to my 2008 FJ cruiser very concerned

Tires Plus Total Car Care Having tires put on rims

On 9/29/20 I went by the tire plus store this morning at 7am right at the time they open and all I was trying to get done was to have 3 bran new tires and rims along with my own tire stems for them to just put the tires on the rim and balance them they told me that they would call me in about 2 hours well I waited about 3 hours I didnt hear from them so I call they told me I was next up and they would call me again I waited another 3 hours and I still did'nt hear anything so about 1:30 I decided to ride to the up there to see what was going and they told me they were to busy to get to my tires and ask me what time do I get off work I told the in about 2 hours but I would not be able to get back up to the store I had other business else were so I told them just put my tires and rims back on the back of my truck and I will go else were they appologize and said they were sorry I was very dissapointed and a little piss off because I drop my rims and tires off first thing when they open talk about service poor service and no service I will never do business with tire plus again I could'nt get 3 tires put on my rims so sad.

Tires Plus Total Car Care Service

As per our conversation 7/15/2020, at your request please find the receipts and documentation for both claims accompanied with this statement. I am aware that you only recently acquired this complaint. although we spoke on the phone, I would like to put our conversation and or my complaint in writing due to different dates and stores (Tire Plus) (Nissan) (Butler Automotive) (Quality Tires) (up North Auto Service) (O'reilly Auto Parts Store).

first of all my reasons for choosing the North Augusta location, was because I have been using them since 2003, and never had any issues. January 22, 2020 I went to the North Augusta store to have a set of Michelin tires installed on my 2010 Nissan Frontier. Prior to leaving the counter person advised me should I encounter any issues to feel free to come back, he also stated that I had a 12 month warranty.

I have 2 vehicles and I did not drive the truck much during February thru April of 2020, however I drove the truck to North Carolina the weekend of April 25, it was then I notice a slight drift to the right, it was more aggravating than anything else.

April 30, 2020 I went back to the North Augusta store to have the alignment check, I left the store and within 1 mile I turned around and headed back to the store. I told Kevin that the steering wheel was cocked and very tight, meaning it felt like it was actually sticking and had no play. Kevin and I took the truck for a test drive and he drove, while driving he stated that the steering being tight was a good thing cause that the way his vehicle is, I told him my steering was fine prior to their work today and I would like it back to that state. Kevin next words to me was that he was willing to grease the ball joints on my truck and that might help ease the stiff steering. Now I knew that my truck ball joint grease fittings and Kevin being a manger should have known as well. It was right about that time that I knew something did not go well with my truck, I told Kevin that I did not think greasing the ball joints was the problem then I questioned why the steering wheel was offset 90 degrees ( the center spoke on the steering wheel was at a 9:00 position) and his answer was he can see that I was not satisfied with the work they performed today and he offered to refund the original 89.00 fee. (see attached)

I left the store and went to directly to Quality tires here locally and asked if they would look at my vehicle. I live fairly close to Quality and they bought me home, later that afternoon they picked me up and told me that fluid is leaking from my rack and pinion left boot and advise me to bring the truck back to Tire plus to have the steering corrected and look at the rack. I then took the truck to a friend (Up North Automotive) to get a second opinion about the rack, he told me that the leak was from a cracked housing and that the area of fluid leaking looks fairly fresh. I had not had any leaks or issue with the rack and pinion prior and knowing that I could not prove that the North Augusta shop had anything to do with this damage. I purchase th new rack on the May 4 2020 from Oreilly automotive, and Up North Automotive installed it on the 5th of May. Same day I went to the Robert C Daniels store (Tire Plus) talked to Joseph and explained that I had a new rack along with offset steering wheel issue from the North Augusta store. They took the truck in and did the work, I get truck back, drove for about 1 mile and it was not right, to include my steering was pretty much the same.

I stopped and looked under the truck and found the the boots on my new rack were damage and dangling. Went back to the store and talked to the manager I believe his name was Ken, well at first he told me that it was his master mechanic that did the work and he did not believe that they would do such sloppy work. He put the truck on the lift and came back and told me he would replace the boots which are only dust covers and that the problem did not warrant a new rack and pinion although they damage my new boots during their alignment process . I agreed and asked him to call me when the boots come in. (see attached)

May 8 2020 went to the Robert C Daniels store to have the boots replaced, got the truck back and it was worse that when I went there, to include none of the controls on my steering wheel work, I went back and told him about it and he stated the truck pulling was because I needed 2 cam bolts and went on to say that Nissan have cheap bolts that goes all the time . He request to bring the truck back the next day and he will look install them for 299.80 and he would look into the steering wheel controls problem and that the new bolts should fix the steering wheel being offset, . The Manager also gave me an alignment report showing me why he was recommending new cam bolts, the alignment report showed my camber and caster out of spec and in the red.

By this time I had had enough of Tire Plus and their poor service along with their recommendations I had received from them. Same day I drove to Nissan, I talked with Julian. I explained what had happened and what the truck has been through. It was then he explain to me about the steering wheel controls and why they were not working and he stated it was probably the clock spring and quoted the cost to replacing it was about 900.00 . I set the appointment for May 13 2020, which meant my truck was not safe to operate because my horn was part of the clock spring issue.

On my way home I went to Butler Automotive on May 8 2020 and talked to Steve about replacing the clock spring and he quoted me 582.19, he also stated the same thing Julian from Nissan explained, should you move the rack to far out while the tie rod ends are disconnected you can damage to clock spring (which is located in the steering wheel under the airbag) We ordered a new clock spring and set an appointment for May 14 2020.

May 13, 2020, went to Nissan, they called me and advised me that it was going to take time to get the rack center and the tie rod ends adjusted due to it was completely out of specification, and that he correct the vehicle clock spring issue and advise me that it would be another 900.00 on top of the front end work, and that my alignment steering bolt was stripped. I told Julian that I was taking it to Butler automotive for the clock spring issue. He also stated that my cam bolts were fine, no need to replace. them. Picked the truck up on May 14 2020 My cost was 659.06 for their services. (see attached)

May 14 2020, Butler Automotive installed the new clock spring, my cost 582.19

Upon the work being completed I called the Tire plus customer service and created claim 2448435
I did receive a call from the North Augusta store, and he was saying that his store was not responsible that I needed to talk to the other store involved in the claim and he was closing the claim against his store, it was then I request him to have the district manager call me and he said that was not going to happened.

I called customer service and talk to numerous people over a period of 4 to 5 weeks and finally Tammy the district manager called me and request that I bring the vehicle down to them so we could talk about the problems I was having, we set an appointment time, upon arriving she took the vehicle and put it on the lift and called all the guys over, after going round and round she said that she will set up a time for someone to look at the vehicle and that the person was not part of their company, also went on to say if that person see the likely hood that they were reasonably responsible she would refund me the 1245.00 I was seeking . She created a new claim number 2448435.

I hope this statement can help your company in making a informed decision to satisfy my acquired and unfortunate debt, once again I am sorry this matter had to get to your level of the company. I also understand your company has their process for matters such as this, please keep me informed. After all this time waiting and having them send an arbitration company out, today Bridgestone claims manager denied my claim, and now I am out of 1300.00, thanks alot.

Tires Plus Total Car Care Inflated and outrageous fees for unsolicited issue.

Went to tires plus in delray beach florida due to my engine light being on and requested an engine diagnostic. A complete diagnostic was done instead and provided over $3000 in "necessary" repairs. I got my keys and left feeling like a scam had been attempted on a female customer. I took my car to another shop and in 1 hour the problem (engine light) was addressed and causes were explained to me in laymen's terms. I normally went to tires plus in lake worth, florida where I got excellent service and felt safe that I was receiving honest service. I will never go to tires plus in delray beach florida again so I won't have to feel like i'm being scammed for any reason. My repair was done for $40 and I was on my way. Even an emergency room visit addresses the specific issue and works toward a diagnosis for that issue instead of doing a body scan to reveal other issues. Of course a diagnostic on a 2003 vehicle would show a plethora of issues. Due to the fact that I maintain my vehicle, I knew the list of repairs were false and didn't need to be done expeditiously as the tech implied. I shared the print out of repairs from tires plus to the mechanic who completed the service I requested and he looked at me in bewilderment. Especially during this pandemic it's shameful to prey on customers with unnecessary repair costs to maintain business inventory and/or job security. Tiires plus delray beach florida - beware!

Do not go tire plus do not ware a mask and military and was insulted about my service to my county by a ball less customer all masked up saying military was [censored] and his little mask made him a hero. well it made him a lftie terriost. no miltery person should do business with them I have let over 5, 000 know about this p[lease share!

Tires Plus Total Car Care took my money for services not provided

I visited Tires Plus to purchase tires and have a front end alignment performed. At the time, a friend had done some work to my truck and let me know my front bearings were bad and needed to be replaced as soon as possible so I mentioned this to the Tires Plus employee. He replied that if the bearings were in fact bad that they could not perform the front end alignment so he would definitely check to make sure the bearings we're good. they pulled my truck in and back out and about 15 minutes and told me that my bearings were good and they did the front end alignment and I was good to go. I thought that was suspicious because I've had alignments done on pass vehicles and never have they been done with the work in 15 minutes. So I brought my truck to a different Tires Plus location and explain the situation to them. they looked at my bearings and told me know the bearings are definitely bad and the other Tires Plus location should not have taken my money for a front end alignment without doing the work, because again as the employee told me, if the bearings are bad they cannot do the front end alignment. So that Tires Plus employee took my money for a front end alignment and did not do the work. I reached out to Tires Plus and they are area manager contacted me and told me that it's not that they stole my money for work now performed but that there was a "miscommunication." They offered me a refund... and $200 off of the $1200.00 cost for them to replace my bearings...when anyone can get those bearings/hub assembly from Amazon.com for $65. And no it's not that "labor intensive." So $1200.00 for a 1-2 hour Job is ridiculous. After going back and forth with the area manager I said fine just give me my refund... because I'm a single father of three children so I need my money. I'm killing myself daily to support three children (3 years old, 2 years old, and 4 months) and Tires Plus took my money for a service that they did not provide and lied to me and then had the audacity to say it was a "miscommunication" and as recompense they offered me a refund for the money they stole and $200.00 off of a highly overpriced job. And now the area manager will not return my phone calls and give me my "refund" back. Tires Plus is a business that will lie to you and steal your money and then try to make you, the victim, out to be the bad guy.

Tires Plus Total Car Care service on my car

brought my car in for a clunking noise it is still there. I have a 2007 Dodge Charger. They told me
It was ball joints it still doing it now he saying it's something else. Not to mention I was highly embarrassed because Matt charged my card then said he didn't then I had to wait and call customer service myself. Never apologized or nothing. I'm highly upset and feel they should fix my car. I paid 828$ for the same noise. [protected]. I. already tried speaking with management no help. Matt also told me I just wanted something for free highly insulting being in a federal employee who makes enough money to pay. This is the worst service I ever had. Been a caromed for over 5 years.

Tires Plus Total Car Care being taken advantage of

This shop is shady and takes advantage of women. You bring your car in for one thing and it always comes back with something else broken! They lie about what is wrong with your car and try to make you pay for things you do not want or need. Not only have I experienced this myself, but they also did it to my daughter and the last 3 times I have been in there I have heard a woman complaining about the same exact thing. They are giving your company a bad name. The manager is not helpful and does not take responsibility for anything his employees do and do not do. I spent over $1000 fixing the right side of my car, new tires, new rims, alignment, hubcaps which I said I couldn't afford but was charged for them anyway and the day I got it I heard a noise, brought it back and now I am told it needs a new part for my front left tire when there was nothing wrong with that side and the car is a brand new 2018. Now they want another 562 dollars! They are trying to take advantage of me again, someone else looked at the car and says different and way less!. I am done with your company and hope you do something at this locartion to change the way they do business.

Tires Plus Total Car Care charges

They told me it would be 345$Total for my car to be fix an they would give me a discount because they messed up a lot of things with my car that morning. When I picked up my bill was 441$ an I had no discount! I'm pissed an will be canceling my tires plus credit card I want a refund on the unauthorized charge.! I told them exactly what was wrong with my vehicle an what I needed fix. I dropped my vehicle off At 9 AM with an appointment when I called at 1 PM to check on my vehicle they said it was on the lift and they were not finding any problems even though my check engine light was on and I told him my thermostat engine cooling thermostat needed to be replaced. I get a call at 3 o'clock and she says everything is fine I said did you fix my check engine light she said hang on let me speak with the technician comes back five minutes later and the technician said it is the thermostat needs to be replaced but he can't do it today I have to come back. I've been proceed to tell the lady I'm only off on Mondays and I told him exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and expected them to fix it that's why I dropped off with an appointment they charged me for an air conditioner thing that had nothing to do with what was on my car and extra diagnostic test it had nothing to do with my car did not give me the discount for screwing everything up even when I told the guy made the appointment I am very upset and I want something done about this I would like a refund on the services that were not rendered to what was wrong with my vehicle

Tires Plus Total Car Care misleading and not honoring warranty

Totally a scam business my daughter purchased 4 tires for a corolla so they sold her a lifetime warranty for $175 extra never used it I did my service at Toyota dealer near by and they told me I had a nail in one of the tires but I told them not to fix it for $28 because I had a warranty at Tire Plus. I called Tire Plus gave my phone number and yes no problem I will take care of it, I took the car, they checked the car and said that everything was fine, and before I signed all the paperwork I told the service guy please don't call me later to tell me that I need a new tire or pay for anything because I rather just fix it at Toyota for $28 he answered no worries the warranty will covered. Then, two hrs later, he called me that the repair pro rated and the discount is $97. WOW! what a shock in two occasions I mentioned and warned him that I wasn't paying for anything I just wanted the tire rotation and balancing lifetime warranty and to do the patch in the tire.
This company and is not the first time they scam vulnerable women and elderly people total mischaracterize the issues and fear tactics to up sale products. (I gave them a scalding in front of there customers) total waste of time, pick it up took it to Toyota dealership down the road and they fix it in 30 min no questions ask $28.

Tires Plus Total Car Care tire service

i called to make appointment to have tires rotated on 4 runner, because I bought 4 firestone tires from them. I asked after they finish can they fix tire on my murano sv the tire pressure light keeps coming on for. He tells me that they could not do both on same day, I thought was odd, neither were that big of a job. I had taken my murano to them and bought winter blizzack tires for murano and was told my yokohamos had one more summer season. After winter when they took blizzacks off murano and put back on my yokohamos the next day tire pressure light came on, and I had taken in to them several times to check pressure, it was back right passagener side, they refilled with air, however after couple days would come back on, so I call to have truck rotated and for them to fix whatever was wrong with tire. I assume it was a very slow leak, the tire never even looked low and was never flat.
the murano went in first, he calls later to tell me that he can not fix due to thread that i need new tires, he mentioned he noticed i had an account there and apparently could see my accounts information, and seen I had zero balance and talked me into another set of tires. when they put these firestone 150 a tire on my car, i seen bill and the added charges for warranty and hazard, he never asked if I wanted to purchase, the tire came with a 60, 000 limited warranty already. once tires were on and i get into car, i noticed when starting my car all the arrows on dash, speed, gas, rpm, temp all move completely to the right and back to zero, wierd it has never done that, so i look at paperwork and notice they did "courosity battery check" without ever asking and knowing they are not my machinic, never had car serviced with them only tires, so i was going to call once i got home, i was traveling down hwy and once car reached 45 50 mph, it felt as if my front end was coming apart, extremely unsafe feeling, I called and pulled car off road, explained what car was doing and I just left from there, he said to bring back, I did, then they call to say its ready, I go in and he says mount came off and he rebalanced all four tires, ok I get back in and get to hwy and again, car doing the same thing, so I call back, however its nearing 5pm hour, they closed before I arrived back, I took in next morning, I go back in 2hours and he tells me its not the tires, it might be my engine or transmission, I said no way in hell, it wasn't like that when I drove it in here, or ever, I had my machinic across the street call them, he had recently looked at my car and looked up a couple things, he could confirm there was nothing wrong with the engine or transmission. so I contacted him in tears after getting off the phone with tires plus corp. office filing a complaint in tears because they ruined my car and not taking the blame. I was told I would be called within 48hours and no one called me, my machinic called after tires plus just told me it wasn't the tires they just sold me it was the car, they tell my machinic a different story, they say it was a couple tires and they going to order two more and fix first thing in morning, tire were on 3pm delivery truck, I didn't get car until 420 next day, and still doing the same thing. I am sending these tires back tomorrow, I will not pay for them, I want my account credited, and I will never go into that company again ever. that tire pressure could of been a value, who knows, I had three guys plus tires plus guy tell me those tires had enough thread to make it to winter, they had my car four days, sold me 700 tires, third set from same store, and screwed my car up, and I am going to Nissan to find out exactly what happen. and damage done by them, they had no business going under the hood of my car. they say its a courtesy check, courtesy my butt, they should of asked, I have never had they service any of my vehicles only tires, therefor they should of ask first before ever going under my hood. sorry firestone, its not your tire but tires plus in Gardnerville that lost this sale and customer, who, there were severally, I will not be stepping into that building again, I will not buy these tires I will be returning them in morning and want a full credit and if Nissan says what they did caused what my car is doing, I will tell my attorney to start paperwork. unbelievable, this store, poor poor poor customer service, and they do not do it right the first time, every time I have gone in there, problem after problem and because of them.

Tires Plus Total Car Care bad tires

Purchased a set of prime well tire 05-18-2019 they wern't balanced right and made alot of road noise paid 630.00 I set up a appointment they exchange the tires and I put on good year tires the price was supposed to be 635 out the door but the girl [censored]ed me charging me 98 dollars I will never go there a gain I am posting on my bulletin board were in live in a retirement community 1 mile from the store and trust me mark my words you will feel the affects of [censored]ing me over

Tires Plus Total Car Care price match guarantee

At an Iowa Tires Plus Store: Best Tire Price put in writing on their web site state they will match any locally advertised price on tires.
I have been a customer for 9 years at this location. I happen to want to replace my Michelin Tires with another set of Michelin. I do all the leg work for the Price Match Guarantee and after speaking with 3 store employees (whom all state they are a manager), & who all had told me something different, I speak with the District Manager whom states, "We don't price match tires that we don't carry." I also told him none of the other 3 "managers" mentioned this to me. I asked, Where in their advertisements is this located? He could not tell me. False Advertising!?!

Tires Plus Total Car Care oil change/guard fell

On May 4, 2019 I was scheduled for an oil change at 11:00 am in Grandview, Missouri. I take my car there as I have many times before for the same service. Once the service was done, I drove on to my next destination which was approx. 17 miles away. As I was nearing my destination, I heard something dragging. I pulled into the parking lot and there was this black piece that was partially connected to the bottom of my car and the other part was lowered touching the ground. As I looked down on the ground a gentleman came over to ask what was wrong and I told him that something fell from my car but I wasn't sure what it was. He looked at it and asked had I recently had my oil changed and I told him that I did just a little while ago. He told me that was a guard to protect the car from catching things from the ground and that I should call the company back. I did. Kimbro is who I spoke with when I called Tireplus of Grandview back. He said to drive it back. I told him what the gentleman said about mot driving it, but he said it would be okay, and if there's any damage, they would replace it. Well I drove it back those 17 miles and this other guy (Andy) from the store waited on me. I told him what happened and also said what I was told by Kimbro. He took the car back to the garage. I watched through the glass as he zip tied the part to my car. I asked why did he do that, he said, well your car is old and that part was already worn down. If I have any more trouble to bring it back. Well, the piece fell down again today and once again I spoke with Andy. He started talking the same old thing about my car being old, etc... I told him that I have take my car to this service center for years and I've never had this happen. I also said that it appears that someone evidently didn't know how to put the bolts back meantime the piece is damaged by now. I also asked, it you do a thorough check of the car like you claim, then how come it wasn't told to me that some of the holes were worn? He said, well we might've missed it. I told him I want this resolved and he said I would have to call tomorrow cause he was busy right now. This is the first time I've had such bad service from this service center. When they broke my windshield a couple of years ago, the store manager was so concerned and he made me feel like it was a priority unlike Andy who seems to be making excuses for a problem I didn't have. He didn't even offer any apologies for my troubles that are not not still resolved. Resolution: I want the part replaced like it was, not ziptied. Tires Plus Total Car Care tire repair service

I took my rim/tire in to get the tire replaced due to pothole damage to the tire. This was on a sunday so they couldn't do anything until monday. They told me the price of the tire was $235. There was a 3 day delay which was my fault in not following the road hazard warranty process.
After that, I picked up the rim/tire and they had 3 new scratches in my 8 day old rim (now sat, 6 days later)! They didn't even argue with me about the scratches and said they'd replace the rim. I gave them the receipt from tirerack and waited 5 days. Now, it's been 11 days. I stopped by and they told me they sent the rim to wheel tech in omaha to get refinished. I had no problem with that and they told me it would be done by the end of the week. 3 days later (friday, 12 days into this process), they said it was on a truck getting sent to tires plus and they would locate it and call me back. Nothing. I was upset and gave them a few more days.
Tues, I called them and they said that wheel tech lost it (now 16 days)! They were going to buy a new rim from tirerack and bill wheel tech.
Saturday (now 20 days), I went to tires plus. They had the original rim/tire back with a new rim in a box that I could have for free (what will I do with that?).
I got the rim/tire home to install it and found that the original rim was still scratched and the tire pressure was at 24psi.

The right thing to do was at least put the new tire on the new rim!

And... The price for the tire went from $235 to $275. With $35 to mount/balance. So now i'm over $75 out of pocket because the road hazard warranty will only cover the original price of the tire.

I just don't want anything to do with that place any more. I know... I should go back and have them make it right but I really don't want anything to do with them.

Stay away!

Tires Plus Total Car Care theft of coins from vehicle at store #267642

On April 9th I left my car for a oil change. On April 20th I looked in my arm rest for some coins, much to my surprise and disappointment all my coins were gone. I then searched lower among papers deeper and discovered that my bag of Canadian coins mixed with U.S. coins were gone also. Now understand I'm the only person who drives the vehicle, and only a thief would take coins. The feelings are very bad regarding Tire Plus, and you can be certain it has happened to others. I will tell all my friends about it, and please avoid Tire Plus. I will also go online and express the experience. This is the first time in my life that something has been stolen while in service.

Tires Plus Total Car Care new tires

Incident from 11/21-11/29- Stopped at Store # 356707 in Shakopee, MN. on 11/21/18 to get 2 new tires put on the rear on my Yukon Denali due to a hole in one of the tires, but we wanted to get both replaced as the front ones were almost brand new, which we purchased from this location previously. Spoke to Ryan. He said he had 6 tires available for our truck (but needed only 2). He said they were booked until the following week, but said if we drop it off on 11/23, they would get to it when they had time that day. We dropped it off at around 7:00 am on 11/23. We got a call later that evening saying their inventory was off and they only had one. He said that they would replace the one with the hole in it with the new tire and we could come back when the other one came in. So we go to pick it up. After we inspected it, we saw that THEY REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE. They left the tire with the hole in it, but flipped it around. Not only that, they broke one of our center caps off! When we went back in the store, we complained about what they did. They denied breaking the cap off! They also told us that they didn't replace the wrong tire! The worst part about that, is we wanted to see the other tire they took off to show them that they did in fact take the wrong one, but they said that it went to recycling already! So now we are stuck there with a hole in the tire, one brand new tire and nothing to switch out the other tire so we could drive it home. We had to leave our truck there & we called for yet, another ride. Called them on 11/24. Still no tire. They said that it wouldn't be in until 11/26. There were no calls throughout the day about an update, so my boyfriend called and asked for a status. He asked if our truck was done. The guy who answered said "Yes, it is ready. As a matter of fact, we are pulling it out of the shop as we speak". So we got a ride to go pick it up. It was about 6:00 p.m and dark. We got to the shop. Went in and the guy behind the counter said it was ready to go. I paid the bill, which seemed low from what we thought it would be. Went out to the truck, I told my boyfriend to double check their work. He turned on his cell phone light to check it out. Guess what? THEY NEVER PUT A NEW TIRE ON. THE ONE WITH THE HOLE IS STILL ON THERE! Went back in to complain. The guy didn't know what was going on. He called the manager on his cell several times. Finally- got ahold of him. He said that the tire wasn't gonna be in until 11/27. SERIOUSLY? Apparent miscommunication AGAIN. They said that they would do anything to make this right. Well, it is now 11/29 and we just finally got a call at noon, that the tire was in and done. The manager called my boyfriend to tell him this and the total due. The manager said he would take off $50.00 for us for the cap that they broke, as we could not find the style we have anywhere and need to get a new set. He also told us that the tire costs $306.00 itself and he would not charge us for labor and any other fees. So our total will be $229.00 + fees & tax. WELL...I think he forgot that I already paid for one of the tires and all the fees for that one. My bill for the other one was a TOTAL of $302.00 with all of the fees and taxes. The tire on that bill was $263.49 + $2.00 Rubber Valve Stem charge (which we didn't need) + $12.99 Labor Fee, $2.99 Recycle Fee and $19.80 tax. With a reminder, that he said he would discount $50.00. So after all of the fees and tax, I will save around $10.00 for everything I have dealt with? Just the gas for going there multiple times was a bill in it's own. This was all their fault and they don't want to do more for what they put us through? As for the customer service, it is HORRIBLE. They never once mentioned anything about the bad tire the first time they said it was ready. They had no problem with sending us away with a hole in the tire. They obviously do not care about their customers AT ALL. They obviously didn't inspect their own work. I have NEVER been treated like this as a customer from any company. They continued to screw things up, didn't take responsibility for their actions and to lie about the cost of the tire!?!? To not take care of a customer they caused so much stress on? If the manager does not take any more off the bill when I go to pick it up, I will be contacting the BBB & making sure these issues are known across all social media. I have photos of the invoice and the tire. I will attach them to this.

Tires Plus Total Car Care did not fix problem, fitted parts that was not faulty

About a month ago we hear a rattling and a high pitch squeal under our truck, we took it to Tires Plus Indian harbor beach, Florida for them to take a look at. They had it 4 hours and said its a loose shocker bolt and the heat shield was loose, we paid them and they said they had fixed it.
Upon leaving we heard the same noise so we called them back to take it in again, as we got there the engine light came on, he got his OBD meter out and it gave a catalyst error code, he said its probably them going bad so we left it for them to do a 2 hour catalyst systems check that cost $140.
We called them up asking if they had found out what it was, he said that the catalyst was bad and need replacing and would cost $940 to do it all.
He said they would call me back to tell me when they could get the parts from Orlando, which would take a few hours and to do it if we wanted to go ahead with it, so I said ok. But the price had jumped from $940 to $1200.
He called back about 30 minutes later and said that they could have it back to me by late afternoon and the parts was already at there shop. I thought it was funny as he told me earlier that they would be coming from Orlando and take a few hours.
When I picked it up the shop was closing and was seen by Jeff and he said the trucks fixed now and gave me a price tag of $1429. He told me that they didnt include things prior.
When I got into my truck it had the same noise as it did when I left it, so I called them back the next day and told them its not fixed . So we went to the shop and was told by the guys at the front that basically I was a idiot and was fixed and blew us off. As from the video, sounds terrible. And still isn't fixed This service is very bad

Tires Plus Total Car Care service complaint

9/30/18 Went to the Tires plus location on 577 Dekalb Industrial Way location in Decatur GA to have my tires rotated and was told that one of my hubcaps was broken and they didn't want to try to put it back on without breaking it. The hubcab was not broken prior to me bringing it there and it seems like every time I bring my car to this location something gets broken. I was told by Zenobia North that she would call and let me know before the store closed too see if they had gotten the hubcap and I received no call.

I called this morning and spoke to the manager who later called me back and told me that they would probably have it for me on today or tomorrow.

My in cabin air filter was changed 3/30/18 at your location and the handle had come off the glove compartment and I opened the glove compartment for them and explained very carefully that the handle had been broken and showed then how to get in. Week after I had had the In cabin air filter I tried to access my glove box and the latch was broken all the way off now I can't enter my glove box at all.

No one had the decency to tell me that it was broken and you can tell they tried to force it open because there were scratches.

What I would like to see happen if for TiresPlus to do is pay for a new glove box.

Tires Plus Total Car Care 2003 ford lincoln

I went to Tires Plus on McCarron Blvd in Sparks, Nv to have Spark Plugs changed. they charged me $355 for new plugs, which turned out to be the wrong style plugs. They were not Ford plugs, and the service manager was aware of it and told me they were the only ones available. I am not a mechanic and did not know what that meant. The check engine light would not go off, so I had to tow my car across country to Florida where I have moved. When I had the car checked, the mechanic I went to said the spark plugs were wrong and that was why the light would not go off. They charge $200 dollars for all new plugs and 2 new coils and said I got ripped off if they had installed the correct Ford plugs, but REALLY got ripped off considering they were the wrong plugs completely. I think I should get a considerable discount considering the problems and costs I have endured because of the incorrect spark plugs. They had access to ford plugs.

Tires Plus Total Car Care alternator warranty

Purchased a new Alternator the Alternator went out brought the truck back they fixed the Alternator then tried to charge $255 for replacing wires. Went outside looked under hood of truck they never replaced any wires arguing with someone he went to talk to several other people in regards to the situation comes back with no exscuse this is unacceptable and I'm not paying for work
That was not done this is a rip off.
