I went to Tire Kingdom Saturday to have a tire repaired and was told my tires did not have enough tread to repair. So I came home and called a few places and after a few calls decided I was going to purchase my tires at Tire Kingdom. I talked to Alvin and decided what tires to buy. Called Monday and were told there were in. The manger told me if you can come right now I have an opening for you. I was there in 10 minutes after about 45 minutes I went in the office and asked how long before I get in, The manger said I am getting your wiper and then walked over to an employee and said "take care of this impatient customer". He then walked out in the garage. I went out the front door and he walked back in and I asked an employee to get him but he wouldn't come out.

I left and came back 90 minutes later and my car was done. A gentleman cashed me out. The manger was there in the office and all it would have taken was a simple apology but that didn't happen. I was not happy with his attitude when all I asked was "how much longer" and then he would not even come out to talk to me.

I came into to the Tire kingdom in lake wales to get my tire repair since it had a nail in it. But as soon as the manager came out to look at my truck and the tire he quickly turned and told me that he couldn’t fix my tire because he didn’t want to break his machine. But I purchased my tires and had them installed at this shop.

I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change at the Tire Kingdom in the Shenandoah Square at 10:30.

The bay was empty, and the lot was as well. I explained to the receptionist that my wife and I were going for the flu shot and would stop at Publix. We asked how long. We were told 1 1/2 to 2 hours. We got back to the garage at 12: 15. The oil hadn't been changed. However, I noticed a lot more cars there.

Now my wife is going on 78 and has trouble getting around. I'm a disabled Veteran. So, it's not easy to get around.

Waiting 2 hours for an oil change when the area wasn't busy, is inexcusable from a Business Model perspective.

I used to change my own oil within 30 minutes.

This is your bread and butter.

Personally, I wouldn't run a business that way.

Your staff needs to learn accountability.

I have used Tire Kingdom for years.

They hook up their friends first then they take care of the rest.i exceeded 3 hours already and they start working on it.but they took a couple of people before me that came after me with an hour cause they know them and forgot about me totally.this is ridiculous.i wish that my tires where good so that i can find another better store.that's not fair at all.. the 2770 military trail, west palm beach store

I took my suv in for an oil and filter change, i was stunned by the price of 96.00, the young woman at the desk told me that included the tire rotation, which I figured would be an average of 10.00 per wheel. Problem is they didnt rotate my tires and when i asked why she said the technician was suppose to take the wheel lock key that i had in my center council , i told her i could go get it and she said the tech will find it. When i approached the tech as he brought the keys in about the lock key he said he didnt look for it, and the desk attendant started arguing with him that he was to take care of business , got pretty bad she told him to get out of the show room.. i thought there should have been an adjustment in my bill , i have purchased all my vehicle tires and service here. Not ever again. I will change my own in future and rotate my own tires.

I bought four new tires on 2/27/23 at this store. I had a flat yesterday and had to take it in for a repair. I was looking over the invoice and found both charges, complete tire protection at $178.15 and road hazard warranty at $10.56.

Is there a difference?

I also paid to replace my brakes and now I get so much brake dust on my hubcaps that I have to clean them with a degreaser every month. I never had to do that before. It took about a year to build up as much brake dust as I now get in a month.

I called the manager of the store and he said that I could bring my car in and replace the brakes they put on with the high end brakes because the cheaper brakes sometimes do that, but that would cost me more for the brakes and a second labor charge.

Why wasn't I given options before the work was done? I thought that brakes were brakes. I am not happy having to clean the wheels so often. I am 68 years old, and I would have appreciated being told these things ahead of spending $1,270.00!

Visited Tire Kingdom on Wesley Chapel Blvd in Wesley Chapel, FL in July 2023 for tune-up work on my Honda Accord. I was charged $377 for 3 ignition coils which can be purchased for less than $100 in any auto parts store. I was also charged $225 for 1.5 labor hours to install them when YouTube videos demonstrate this is a simple install that would take a professional mechanic no more than 30 minutes. The total bill was actually $972 as they charged another full labor hour for the diagnostic.

On April 29, 2023 Tire Kingdom, located on 2301 North Federal HWY, Pompano FL 33062, performed services: PREMIUM CONVENTIONAL OIL CHANGE and related Services, FUEL SYSTEM CLEAN $52.90.

On Sunday, May 29, I noticed a lot of oil leakage under the car.

On Monday, May 30, I reported the oil leak to Tire Kingdom in person.

On May 30th 3 hours later, Kevin Hughes, the Manager said they inspected the car, it was an oil plug, fixed now car safe to drive.

As I was leaving, I noticed a strange noise, when I started the car. Reported to John, who said the car is fine. As I drove home I also noticed the car was not accelerating as usual.

On May 30, took for a second opinion. When he opened the hood, the oil cap was not on! It was placed on the side, the guy didn't put it back to close it!

Oil was very low! We had to put more oil.

Tire Kingdom advised the car was fine, oil plug fixed, however, car continue to leak as the oil drain plug was still loose, not fixed.

On May 30 at the end of the day I drove back to see if someone at Tire Kingdom would fix the problem but instead they had excuses. I couldn't believe when this guy john said to me: "We didn't put any oil, you didn't asked for an oil change"! I ADVISED THEM THE OIL WAS LEAKING!

Common sense is fix the leak and add oil, don't you think?

Not only they said they fixed the problem, when they actually didn't, but left me with no oil and no cap on the oil container!

I am absolutely outraged by the lack of professionalism and most important, lack of regard to human life. Not to mentioned I had been an usual customer there!

In addition I also noticed they didn't put back the Fender Wheel. They must've have removed it to see underneath the car and did not put it back either!

I took my truck in for brake pads and tire rotation. The service writer cam back to me with a series of repairs I didn’t want. They proceed to install new brake pads and rotate the tires. Soon I noticed they had knocked the Aligment out of my front right tire as the outside of the tire was wearing down rapidly. The 2 tires on the back are evenly matched ( they were in the front) evidence they tampered with my alignment because I refused the unnecessary repairs. Now the right front needs to be replaced

I had traveled to Tampa and the surrounding area on vacation. While there my vehicle overheated and the first place that came to mind was Tire Kingdom so I had it towed to the Henderson location in Tampa on 2/19.

The mechanic looked at it the next day and advised that it needed a new head gasket along with multiple other things needing to be replaced. The store manager quoted a price which in speaking with other mechanics what I paid was extremely high and unnecessary processes were done.

I received a call from the store that it was ready for pick up and living in Altamonte I had to arrange for a ride to Tampa that is 2hrs away. I went back to Tampa on 3/4 to pick up the vehicle. I drove it to the entrance ramp of 275 and my oil light came on and I got off of 275 and drove it back to the store. In that drive back to the store the engine hesitated and ultimately I did make it back to the store. They advised that the o ring (?) went bad and it needed to be replaced so I had to leave the vehicle with them again and left Tampa without my vehicle making the trip 2hrs back to Altamonte.

I received the call on 3/16 that they were going to keep it another day but should be ready for pick up on Saturday 3/18. I again arranged for a ride back to Tampa to pick up my vehicle. I drove it from Tampa and got almost all the way back home before it died on me again.

I had to have it towed to the store in Altamonte off 436. This location contacted me and advised they couldn't recreate the issue. I informed him to drive it on I4 and not just around town. Next day he contacted me and advised he was able to recreate the issue and it's misfiring on all 4 cylinders and advised I need to have it towed to the dealership because he is unable to correct the issue.

I have spent over $5600 on parts and labor that may have not be relevant to what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. I am still without a vehicle over a month later and the Altamonte location is unwilling or unable to fix an issue and it's still under warranty.

February 21, 2023, brought my Toyota Sienna to Tire Kingdom #6277, #277. 2965 Columbia Blvd., Titusville, FL, [protected], due to a mysterious vibration beginning at about 35 mph. They informed me I needed two new tires. Tires mounted, balanced and installed on the rear axel. The Rear tires moved to the front. $237.98 and 2.25 nours later, I’m done.

At first it seemed like the problem was solved. But The vibration was back if Driving over 58 mph.

Made an appointment and returned Feb 28, 2023. Was told the problem was the CV Axel Shafts (both) and a few other things. Estimated cost for parts and labor, $2,074.33.

My mechanic checked the items on the list and said there was no real problem except the CV Axels could be the source of the vibration. My car was in the shop. Six days.

When It got out, The test drive was good, except when taken out on the highway, the vibration was back at about 58-62 mph.

Today, March 7, 2023, I got my wife to drive down the road, while I observed the wheels from another vehicle. The right rear wheel vibrated and bounced considerably. Made an appointment to get the Right Rear wheel balanced. The Tech informed me that the tire was perfectly balanced, BUT the rim was bent.

Went home and found a source for a new rim. Called Tire Kingdom back and was told The tire was now considered “used” and Tire Kingdom could not remount it on another rim. That I could probably find a “Mom and Pop” store that would do it for me.

In my opinion, The fact that Tire Kindgom’s tire techs failed to diagnose the bent rim and installed the new tire on said rim, compounded by the second set of techs supposedly figuring out the cause of the vibration, also failing to figure it out, makes Tire Kingdom responsible for the considerable agravation my wife and I have endured.

I went to this tire kingdom since it is the only one close to my house.

My cam position senor kept giving me the CEL p0014 cam position sensor bank one so I went and had the four sensors changed. For the past 3 days the same codes keeps popping up after they said they changed all four. I had to explain to the tech that the Infiniti's take four and he tried to tell no I had to show him the diagram of the engine and he still said it was wrong. After the 3-day and waiting another 5hrs, got the car and within 30min of driving, the light came on again. I read the code and it was the same code that came on 3 days ago. SO I pulled the battery cleared all codes drove for 30min again and it came back on with the same code. I cleared it again last night and this morning the light comes back on going to work. Since they worked on my car, it take 30 sec for a push start to turn on. When the car turned on fine before they touched it. They also tried to tell me a brand new 14-day-old battery needed to be replace. Do not know if they changed all four or just to two top easy to get to sensors. So now, after $300.00 I have to go to the dealer and see what they say. I wasted 10hrs and two days for the same results. Checked the car to make sure everything was tight and the senors. they did not replace my senors. the OEM were still in the car. I'm calling to get my money back for the senors and the service they said they did.
