PartsTree Terrible Customer Service Experience at PartsTree - Stay Away!

I tried to order some parts from PartsTree and I gotta say, it was a real hassle. The customer service reps, Kareen, Eliena, and Melissa, were not very helpful at all. They kept hanging up on me and were just plain rude. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all. Stay away if you can!

PartsTree Disappointed with PartsTree's Shipping and Customer Service

I ain't too happy with PartsTree right now. I ordered some parts a couple weeks back and they still ain't showed up yet. And to top it off, they charged me $10.00 for 2-6 day shipping, but it's been way longer than that. And when I asked them about it, they straight up lied to me about where my parts are at. Ain't cool, man. I just want my dang parts so I can get my equipment fixed up.

PartsTree Disappointing Experience with PartsTree: 2 Months & Counting with No Parts or Response

Been waiting for my parts for more than 2 months now and still no sign of them. I've been trying to get in touch with PartsTree through phone calls but no one seems to be answering. It's really frustrating because I need those parts for my lawn mower. I don't understand why they're not trying to help me out. I even tried to ask for an explanation but still no response. I'm starting to lose hope that I'll ever get my parts or my money back.

PartsTree Disappointing Experience with PartsTree: Wrong Part Sent and Poor Customer Service

So, I was trying to fix my lawn mower and I went to PartsTree (partstree.com) to order a part. I ordered a specific part number, but when it arrived, it was a different part number. I was pretty upset about it, so I contacted customer service to get the correct part sent to me. They told me that the part I received would interchange with the one I ordered, but it clearly wouldn't. I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation.

Honestly, I should have just ordered the part off of Ebay in the first place. At least then I would have known exactly what I was getting. I don't think I'll be ordering from PartsTree again. It's just not worth the hassle.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with PartsTree. The fact that they sent me the wrong part and then tried to tell me it would work was pretty frustrating. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your parts needs.
