I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience ordering from PartsTree. I thought I was getting a good deal on a part I needed, but when it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong one! And to top it off, I had to pay a whopping $195.00 in shipping charges. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous! It really feels like this company is just trying to make a quick buck off of unsuspecting customers like me.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from PartsTree. There are plenty of other places to find the parts you need, and you don't want to risk getting ripped off like I did. Maybe try looking on eBay or something instead. At least there, you can usually find a better deal and avoid all the hassle and frustration of dealing with a company like this.

Overall, I'd say PartsTree is a total waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to shop for your parts. Trust me, you'll be glad you did!

Ordered some parts for my lawn mower from PartsTree. Was hoping to get everything I needed in one go, but unfortunately the main part I needed wasn't available. They did end up shipping a small $6.00 part to me, but charged me a whopping $18.55 for it! I wish I had known beforehand that they didn't have both parts, because I wouldn't have bothered placing the order in the first place. But now I'm stuck with this overpriced bolt. Honestly, I wouldn't even give them one star if I could.

PartsTree is a website that claims to have all the parts you need for your machinery. However, my experience with them was not so great. I ordered some parts from PartsTree on January 19th, but they sent me the wrong ones. I asked for a return authorization on January 30th, and then again on March 18th and March 24th, but I still haven't heard back from them. It's been a long time, and I'm starting to get frustrated. I know my order was small, but it's still important to me, and I don't appreciate being ignored like this. PartsTree is the real deal! They have the best quality parts at an excellent price. I was in need of a rim for my riding mower, and I couldn't find it anywhere. I tried to order some parts from PartsTree and I gotta say, it was a real hassle. The customer service reps, Kareen, Eliena, and Melissa, were not very helpful at all. They kept hanging up on me and were just plain rude. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all. Stay away if you can!

I ain't too happy with PartsTree right now. I ordered some parts a couple weeks back and they still ain't showed up yet. And to top it off, they charged me $10.00 for 2-6 day shipping, but it's been way longer than that. And when I asked them about it, they straight up lied to me about where my parts are at. Ain't cool, man. I just want my dang parts so I can get my equipment fixed up.
