Tire Kingdom - Overall the trade name "Tire Kingdom"

The purpose of my complaint (poor management of staff, and appointment booking), As follows:-

I had ordered 4 tires, on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, three days before my Saturday, June 10, 2023 appointment, only to get an attitude from (James) that 2 of the employees had called out and I was looking at maybe 2:00 PM.

At 3:40 PM my car finally made it off the lift and other issues arose, Missing original alloy aluminum tire stem caps from Nissan, the embarrassment of (James), not knowing how to punch in my credit card number, making a stern condescending remark, your card was declined, (suggesting I call the credit card company), it was only after a female store Tire Kingdom employee came to assist this dilemma "of my alleged credit card decline" was my credit card approved.

Reading the other complaints from general consumers; you see a disturbing pattern that goes beyond the Better Business Bureau but, rather a class action litigation against the (TM) "Tire Kingdom" for repeated defacto management and or; the corporate officers that dictate a standard operating procedure have failed to address or; validate this poor local store managers and staff services, falling on deaf ears.

Desired outcome: I am seeking a response from a district manager or; CEO to discuss what I saw firsthand as a consumer, to alleviate my further legal action against Tire Kingdom.

Update: June 11th, 2023.

After leaving the Tire Kingdom Royal Palm Beach, Fl. on 6/10/23, I noticed that the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor (TPMS) indicator was reading improper inflation of the 4 new tires replaced.

I drove for an hour, and shut off the car, hoping that the tire sensors would rest. Unfourtently, this was not the case, I had to return to the Tire Kingdom Sunday 6/11/2023 at 10:30 AM to have the tire installer remove the over-inflated PSI.

Nissan recommended tire inflation is clearly marked on the driver's side door frame 33 PSI, front and rear.

Tire Kingdom s in the business of tire replacement to meet safety standards according to their standard operating procedures and was grossly negligent in this case. (See Photos below)
