Tire Kingdom

My mother opened an account for new tires on 9/21/2023 at the Ormond Beach location. She's almost 80 and asked me to bring the car in for the tires. When I arrived, the employee asked me tire size. I replied idk but the car is right there. This employee huffed, puffed, and had NOTHING but attitude as he was walking out the door to see the tire size. I asked Brandon (the store manager) why his employee had an attitude and if checking the tire size was his job. Brandon replied yes, that's his job. When the employee returned with the tire size, he still had an attitude as he was asking me questions WITH AN ATTITUDE, I called him out for his rudeness and lack of customer service and asked for a manager. Brandon spoke up and said he was the manager and then Brandon proceeded to tell me to get out of the store literally telling me "[censored] you!" The store manager was just as rude as his employee and I told him no wonder your employees have such attitudes, look at their leadership. Brandon then screamed [censored] you, get out of here and his employee said he would hold the door for me. As I was walking out his employee jumped at me as if he was going to hit me. I looked at Brandon and said you're really going to allow him to act like this. Brandon replied, "[censored] you!" I will be filing formal complaints with Tire Kingdom Corporate!
