I purchased 4 Michelin Premier LTX Tires from Tire Kingdom of Ponte Vedra Fl. These tires have a 60,000 tread warrantee. I have 26,400 miles on these tires and the tread is down to the replacement status. I call Tire Kingdom and explained my issue. The manager told me that Tire Kingdom has been purchased by Mavis and couldn't help me, told me to contact Michelin, then he hung up on me. I have been purchasing from them for years, but now I will never buy from them again.
Desired outcome: I contacted Michelin and was given a claim number. I now need to go to a authorized dealer to evaluate my tires and then contact Michelin in hopes for an adjustment for new tires.
