Tim Hortons review: what is this in my coffee??

I'm wondering what this could possibly be that I found in my coffee yesterday morning. I've been going to Tim Hortons for years this is my first time ever experiencing this. If they're wondering who I am I was a customer who ordered three coffees one medium black 1 medium 2 cream 1 sugar and one medium double double with caramel. I came between 6:50 a.m. -7:10 a.m. I would have just came in this morning to complain to them but every time I go in there the line is usually to long. Absolutely disgusted but I know stuff happens i used to work a Tim Horton before. Thanks
