Today we went to this outlet as my son wanted him to buy him a hot chocolate from Tim Hortons. We had some other foods with us. So we planned while he was drinking his hot chocolate we will finish our food. But the cashier lady told us to leave the outlet with our food that we bought from outside even she didn't let my son to drink that hot chocolate that we bought from this Tim Hortons outlet. She was so disrespectful and embarrassed us in front of other customers. This is the 1st time that we have this kind of behavior from Tim hortons customer service whereas we are regular Tim Hortons customer.
