Tim Hortons review: steep tea and homestyle biscuit

I ordered 1 small and 1 medium steeptea with 2 homestyle biscuits toasted with butter.
They charged me 0.80 for cream cheese which i did not say and even it is not on biscuit aswell.
Steeped teas were cold and taste is also not good because of old brewed. It happened so many times about steepted but i ignored it that sometime it happens due to rush but this is happening consistently . I dont need any money back, but there service need to be improved thanks
