Tim Hortons review: service

This is probably the single worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Every time I went there was an extraordinarily long line, I was lucky to be in and out of there with my item within 30 minutes. When I did go they were frequently out of items, and not obscure items really specific items like coffee and donuts and ice capps. The employees seem to wander around at a remarkably slow pace. they seem to become lost very easily and do not follow instruction well. Very often they incorrectly make your order. This is not just my experience I worked in Elora for a month on a contract, those who I worked with stated that this was the single worst Tim Hortons in all of Ontario. All of the problems that I had they had struggled with for years. there are numerous complaints on their Google reviews but it seems to not be taking heart. Please make this Tim Hortons suck less.
