Tim Hortons review: property maintenance

The 12 foot fence between Tim Hortons is falling down onto the residential property behind Tim's and causing property damage. Sections of the wooden fence have fallen down onto our residential property several time in the past and the fix was to re-erect it and tie it off to the trees or hydro pole so it will not fall again. Currently the fence is leaning going about 30 degrees inward on our property and is only being held up by bracing 2 x4's so it will not fall down. This is unacceptable, will be contacting the city by law enforcement officer to address this issue to fix the problem. The fence is old and falling apart as well. This fence is on Tim Hortons property.
