Tim Hortons review: Problem with the drive thru being closed.

Incident happened on Tuesday, September 13,2022. Approximately 3:15PM.

Hello, my name is JoAnn Howes. I live in Elma NY and frequent the Tim Horton's on Jamison and Bowen Roads. Today I went to go through the drive through and there were some cones at the entrance of the drive I thought they were there because of pot holes and that I was supposed to drive to the right of them and go around. There were no signs saying the drive thru was closed. When I drove around the cones, I hit the curb with my right wheel and went up and over it. I don't think anything is wrong with my tire or wheel but I just wanted to file a report with you in case I find out there is a problem. I'm not sure if I should contact the Tim Horton's where this happened or not. If the drive thru's are closed I think there should some sort of sign stating that. The only reason I went ahead and drove around it was because I've never experienced the drive thru being closed before. After I did my errands I drove by again to see if I had been mistaken and missed a sign or something saying it was closed and there was an employee moving the cones out of the drive thru at that time.
