Tim Hortons review: Managers/supervisors

The Tim Hortons owed by Marion McKenzie on Lasalle Blvd in Sudbury needs to be looked at. It is totally disgusting especially the washrooms. No cleaning is being done and people are finding bugs and mice roaming freely in the store. We even have pictures to support this. Secondly, there is a group of teens coming into the store bullying older guests by throwing food at them and fighting in the store with regular customers on a daily basis and nothing is done by management or by the supervisors. They are not even calling 911 for officers to respond. Three of our friends were attacked already and one needed medical attention and possible surgery due to his injuries. The supervisor just hides in the back and comes out after the fact that regular members are the ones taking a stand and kicking them out. This is ongoing and needs to be dealt with. Need to have security present at all times or educate the staff to call 911 ASAP. This is a really dangerous situation on a daily basis and nothing is being done. Someone will for sure get seriously hurt or killed. That is how bad it is. They are even destroying the bathrooms and the owner's property. Need new managers and supervisors as well.
