Tim Hortons review: iced capp machine broke

I live in Washington Court House Ohio and we have 1 Tim Hortons. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months with Saturday 12/15/2018 being the last day I visited there to buy me a Ice capp. Each time I went there for the Ice capp the machine has been broken. I went inside on Saturday and I asked the girl working there how long it had been broken and she said at least 2 months. I visit Tim Hortons for donuts and coffee to but I really think this is ridiculous that it would take this long to repair a machine. Thank You Jackie Jenkins
