On November 16th 2022 approximately 9:30am I went through drive at Blenheim location at the one adjacent from Canadian Tire.
I ordered a steak and egg on a biscuit and got bacon. So I went in to exchange the wrong item and they say to me yes they oh we thought you said bacon. So if they thought I said bacon it wouldn’t show up on the screen as steak and egg on a biscuit correct?
I “is the customer ever right anymore?!” No apologies nothing. I was very upset with how this was handled as well as I do believe it was the manager that out the sandwich down and here’s your sandwich and walked away. So I felt like I did something wrong but coming in to get what I ordered wasting time on my 15 minute break to be insulted like that? I will not be going back that location and things like this keeps happening I really will have to stop going period. Just not worth it. I have never gone this far as to write an email but this customer service crap has to end and treat customers with respect. Losing faith.
I hope these issues can be addressed over and over again until your employees actually start caring again.

I don't doubt their employees don't get the greatest deal but I'm betting working at any fast food place is about the same no?
My biggest issues are with their products. I think it's time for a new go-to donut shop, and my reasons are this :
They claim their donuts are 'fresh' but they're not, most are mass made and flash frozen, then shipped to the stores where they basically reheat them; I.e. It's why their croissants have such a rubbery consistency.
I drink 2-4 coffees a day depending and have for literally decades, so I like to think I know what I'm saying that when it comes to making consistently same tasting, unburnt, coffee out of a properly cleaned AND rinsed machine via a equally clean and rinsed pot Tim's is sorely lacking; even pots seem to be gone they're using those large carafs now (imo the coffee as of now has me looking elsewhere more than anything else).
They remove popular items from the menu that make no sense. You can get old fashioned glazed timbits but not plain? You can't get a blt anymore but you can get a chicken blt?
I think that covers the basics. I didn't want to be so negative but if people don't speak up nothing changes right? And it is just my opinion.
